How many times have you been to a dealer service department only to wait infinitely to even get a 'Hello'? Have you walked away disappointed promising to never return to such a consumer unfriendly trench? I have, but yesterday gave me a much-needed dealer service department experience. I don't know about you, but to me, if the employee behind the counter has a disgruntled attitude, that will make me adapt the same attitude, and the experience will end up a total nightmare. Into the picture comes Mariel Sun. Mariel is a service advisor at Clay Cooley Mitsubishi in Arlington, Texas off I-20 1480 West. The details of my visit are not important to my review. What is important is how amazing Mariel was and how she very kindly and professionally took care of my vehicle. Dealer service advisors like Mariel are a needle in a haystack. I absolutely LOVE this car! Mine is the SXT base trim with the Pentastar V6 engine, purchased used at 37,000ish miles, but it is still the best car I’ve ever owned or driven. It is extremely comfortable to sit in (I am 5’10), on par with the comfort of my dad’s old ‘87 Camaro, which was also incredibly comfortable. It’s not a cramped space to sit in and the console is a comfortable arm rest height. But family conscious buyer beware, this isn’t a family friendly car; there’s pretty much no legroom in the back of the car. Maybe if you’re short and very skinny you could fit well, but taller or heavier folks will definitely not fit in the back. I certainly struggled to fit just to pull the seat down to extend the trunk space! The headrests of the backseats are a little tall and don’t let the front seats click back up all the way unless you pull the bucket seats up really far which is a little annoying but as someone who doesn’t lug around much it’s not something I’m really frustrated with. The trunk is super spacious! It rides very smoothly on the absolute garbage roads here in Western Washington (we have some of the worst roads in the US). Still bumpy because the potholes are insane, but smoother than our my parents vehicles and my old car (2011 Kia Soul). The audio controls on the steering wheel are mounted on the back which was odd to me initially but I have quickly adapted to their placement and make use of them a ton with Apple Music. Speaking of music, the base 6 speaker audio system sounds phenomenal as it comes; loud and I can really feel the drums and bass on higher volumes which I love, though I’ll be adding a subwoofer at some point. Let the music play! The engine and transmission run and function well and shifts smoothly in both regular and sport driving mode; I love sport mode, the slight engine sound difference and touchier throttle is fun, but it does reduce fuel efficiency a bit so I don’t use it too terribly much. I do wish the car was fitted with a cat-back exhaust system so it at least has the sound of a muscle car (where’s the allure in a muscle car, particularly one that revives the classics in a modern form, that has a quiet engine?) while retaining the more dependable and fuel efficient motor. That is something I will be saving up to change out, but that’s just me; for many that doesn’t matter, but is something to note if you are an avid lover of classic muscle cars and want to enjoy its allure even if you can’t afford the higher trims with the V8s, I certainly couldn’t; but that’s okay, I still cherish this car and appreciate the reliability of the V6 as a lower income individual. One thing I really don’t like (but chose to live with as I love the car to death otherwise) is that a lot of the climate control features are “locked” behind the infotainment screen; making it a big distraction and hassle to change between max or regular air conditioning and the which fans are blowing. The only buttons for it is a dial for fan strength, an off switch, an auto button, defrosters, and the AC on/off button. The USB and aux plug ins are inside the console, which is kind of awkward, but I actually like that as it makes you put your phone in the console (unless you have a long cord, mine is coiled) which prevents it from being a distraction. There is a moderate blind spot, but it is easily corrected with *properly* angled side mirrors. All in all I love this car and couldn’t recommend it more than I do. I plan to try to make this last the rest of my life in the best shape possible. It’s Mopar or no car! 🚗

I traded in a 2011 SE Challenger that I had for 12 years & was NEVER disappointed. I traded it for a "last call" 2023 Challenger GT AWD w/the blacktop pkg & am so glad I stayed with the Dodge Challenger! I love this car, more than any bf! It's stylish, looks great in Shazberry Pearl aka Octane Red. It's comfortable to drive, but not to sleep in, lol. I trust & expect it'll be as reliable as the 2011. The AWD really makes a difference in handling. I really like the interior being loaded butcwould be nice to have blind spot notification. The only thing I do miss is the V8 rumble sound, but the gas mileage helps me get over that, 18mpg in town. MOPAR forever!

This was by far the most painless process to get into the truck I wanted. Grant was a pleasure to deal with and had everything ready to go when I got there. I would definitely refer this place to everybody I know looking!

I've owned Porsche 911, a G35 and now this baby. I originally leased it for a few years and was going to give it to my son for his 16th birthday, but decided to keep it as it is STILL so much fun to drive. Fast, zippy, not one problem in 4 years. Just replaced the battery (AAA said I didn't need to, but after 60K, better safe than sorry). Replaced the tires at 40K. Other than that, regular oil changes. LOVE IT.

This Challenger Hellcat is a little uncomfortable meaning its tight for legroom but 717 horsepower makes it fun with a 6.2 supercharged hemi engine. It looks so beatiful 10/10 would recommended.

I went in with the intention of buying a car, I wanted to get a used but good car from the lot. I was trying to test drive some vehicles but the employee insisted we talk numbers first, that was a bit annoying but i could live with it. Over all the trip was ok and i learned a lot about financing.

I am on my third Challenger and my second Scatpak. I have a 2021 T/A Scatpak in Octane Red! Completely happy with it, only problem is I cant get the wife out of it so I am stuck driving our new Dodge Durango, another smart choice i made!

I absolutely love this entry level V8 Challenger RT. Reminds me of the muscle cars of yesteryear. I love it. It’s naturally aspirated. Sounds like a monster. Enema say relatively inexpensive if you buy a used one. Almost always have low mileage. Put a smile on my face every time I start the darn thing up. Thinking about stepping into a challenger scat pack widebody next. I’d like to try and find a way to keep both vehicles because I would just love to drive them every day without putting too many miles on a single one.

The seats in the challenger will suck you into them and hold you securely while you are operating the car. Wether it be taking a nice Sunday stroll or flooring it around a corner drifting, the seats will hold you securely and snugly. The Challenger has a huge trunk space for additional groceries or clothing for trips or the grocery store. The back seat is big and can lay down flat. For an adult they back seat will be cramped. A car seat will fit back there and works well. There are multiple models of challenger out there. From the SXT, GT, RT, TA, Scat Packs, Red eye, xxxx cat and demon. The challenger turns heads no matter where you go or what model you choose. The performance you will get out of your car will leave a smile on your face every time you drive it. It will also leave you wanting to drive all the time. When you first step on the gas and the challenger responds. Pushing you back into your seat a little giving you the feeling of the power it holds. If that doesn’t make you smile you are in the wrong vehicle. If you want the best modern Muscle car look no further the Challenger is it. Since the 60’s and 70’s the challenger hasn’t changed much unlike the Mustang and Camaro. If you want a Modern day Muscle Car you cannot pass up looking at the Dodge Challenger.

Leased my gt awd new drive is comfortable power is good. Love exterior and interior. Handling is ok but what you can expect from a car this large and heavy. Doesn’t compare to the GTI I came out of when it comes to handling. I leased and plan to buy after lease. On problems with it that weren’t covered buy warranty. I have over 50000 on it. I would recommend the car as a cruiser. Plenty of room inside and in the trunk. One draw back is there is no spare tire and Dodge doesn’t make one that fits the larger tires that came on mine with the black package. If your looking for a 2 door with all wheel drive and don’t want to spend the money on a BMW or Audi A5 coupe it is your only choice.

I always wanted a muscle car and the challenger was it. It had new features as well as the old simple features and controls that I liked. This is my first V8 engine and I love the power. It's a 2021, but feels new. I will always keep this car in the family.

If you like classic American muscle car styling, the Challenger is the best of what’s out there. It’s closest to the original design but looks even better than the original. It’s puts a smile on your face when you drive it, look at it, clean it, etc.

I approached buying my Miata with usual fear and trepidation... price was a concern... I didn't want to part with my 2001, yet thought it was time. Lori was very patient and relaxed. At one point I decided not to buy and she, without argument, placed it back on inventory. Also, at other points I'd dealt with Mark and Luke, co-workers with Lori--all cooperated with each other in a very professional and friendly spirit. I had two issues under 30 day warrantee--I was given a loaner car and was called in 1/2 day that car was ready! Location is a problem, gps a necessity for someone new to Dallas. I can now find it after 8 or so visits, but laugh when I finally do get there each time. I'll probably return for service, as I have a warrantee contract, though it allows me to go elsewhere. I feel I have some real and honest friends there, a good experience.

Love my 2021 scatpack challenger. Every friend so far I took for a ride became a believer. Car hugs the road and begs to go faster just too dangerous. Had her up to 122 had to back off because I was not on a track but back road. She is triple nickel silver with the bee stripe across the trunk. I am in paradise! Nice Family ride is why I bought this car!!

TLDR; AutoSavvy of Duncanville is a 10/10 car dealership, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good deal on a used car. My salesperson, Tyler, was willing to work with me on my first car loan and was very reasonable and accommodating. The trade in amount on my old cash car was also very reasonable. I did do a VIN history check on the vehicle before buying it (all vehicles at AutoSavvy have branded titles, it’s their whole thing) and the nature of the damage was a minor front-end collision which was admirably repaired by the AutoSavvy team. I personally must advise against purchasing any vehicles with major structural or water damage, so the VIN history check is important. The vehicle was very reasonably priced for the age and mileage, and the 100,000 mile limited powertrain warranty provides me a lot of peace of mind. The experience was very pleasant and relaxing, come here if you’re looking for a use car!

Had always liked the current Challenger. When the local dealers heavily discounted the 23s they had, I located one and bought it. I knew what I was getting, so no real surprises or major disappointments. My only nitpick would be that my car did not come with nav. I hate depending on cell based maps. But hey, I'm old enough to remember how to use a paper map. The performance pages option really does it for me. The cockpit has a great balance of old and new too. I would not have bought the car as a commuter vehicle. It is a great getaway car!

Overall, the purchasing experience was good. Working with the sales associate (Tyler) and the financing consultant (Daniel) was a pleasant experience. When I drove the car away from the dealership, I was satisfied that I had made a good purchase.
