I am a repeat customer and the Mazda vehicle speaks for itself... but GREAT customer Service cannot. When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Through the deal, I also met with Joel Cruz. He was a whiz at getting me the best price, the best vehicle and provided the best service. Now, I do not live close... I live about 35 miles away... but I will ALWAYS come back to Brunswick for this high quality of service. Kudos to Brunswick for doing it right! I dealt with Todd and he made the process extremely easy. We were coming from 2 hours away and were able to complete most of the legwork before we arrived.

Definitely a great dealership have gotten 2 vehicles from them and process was smooth and stress free. Amy in service has gone out the way each time to check on any work needed or that is recommended to keep vehicles up to date and has even took care of a loaner if it was needed at time of service. They were very helpful in finding me a truck that I wanted, And the service was even better ,I brought my truck up there for a small repair during the winter , they repair my truck and then they wash my truck for me.
