From the initial pulling up to the dealership and freely walking around looking at the inventory hassle free, then met with a friendly/senser welcome walking through the doors, working with our salesman Bryce was low intensity never pushing to make a hard sale but always there to provide options and information to make the best decision for us, then to an easy financing team that was quick and seamless. Went to this Carmax off of an advertised vehicle. Vehcile was as advertised with no hidden charges or add-ons. We wanted to look at others and the salesperson walked us through all available vehicles. We ended up wanting to see one at another Carmax They set up arrangeents and we went to the other Carmax and purchased that vehicle. Both dealerships were very helpful and courteous. Price was better than other dealerships and there was no haggling. Actually a very easy buying process. I have not found a better price at ay other dealership in the area.

Honestly, it seems like Kia dealerships are the best I've gotten to work with and I've bought cars from park place and sewell (puke).
