I am leasing a Toyota Corola, I have leased from Toyota since 2020. The last 2 leases was from AutoNation in Libertyville, Illinois. I hav had served done in Wisconsin and Kentucky, provided excellent service.

I called in the morning with an alert about the oil level And without an appointment, I was told I could just come in anytime I was able. The service department was efficient and competent at addressing the issue. Thank you!

Although I ultimately did not buy a car from this dealership, I was thankful for their assistance during my shopping process. Rep was great, no hard sale, spent time with me, looking at various options. Manager was also easy to work with and make my deal happen. Made extra effort to make deal happen and drive car out that night (stayed an hour after closing!). Found a spot later on car, without hesitation, took it to shop and buffed out, they could have easily not done this. Great experience!
