Brookpark OH. i needed a recall that was way over due on my "new 2013 " Dodge, they cared for that at no cost to me and an oil change , they found a mouse house hiding under the hood and evicted them at no charge , very helpful. With no other options, I went to Ken Gantley and spoke with Amy Prelipp in the service department. With only a half hour left in the working day, Amy was able to solve all my car problems. She was very helpful and professional. Without her efforts, I would not have been able to drive home on Monday. Greatly appreciated!
