Another excellent service experience with the dealership’s service staff; in this case, Service Advisor Roland and two porters, Manny and Jose! Roland addressed me immediately at my scheduled service appointment time, the inspectional and other need commenced, and Porters Manny and Jose provided transportation to and from my home during the efficient service of my vehicle (second one purchased through the dealership). Roland and the porters were attentive, professional, and friendly. Roland kept me apprised of the service process. DuPage Chrysler Dodge and Jeep is a winner!

My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from Zeigler CDJR in Schaumburg, and we want to recognize the outstanding service we received from Hamza Ali and Vance Isom. Because of Zeigler’s excellent reputation, we felt comfortable purchasing our vehicle sight unseen and even flew in from New Hampshire to Chicago to complete the deal. The service experience was very good. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and a recall. It went well but then a few minor things happened with the electronics. They were quickly fixed except I couldn’t then get the AM stations back on the radio. So the Service Dept ordered a new radio for me, which should fix this issue.
