WOW! Nick P and the staff went above and beyond to help me lease the vehicle I wanted! Everything was ready to go and it was such an easy process!! I drove 7 hours to pick up the new vehicle they had for me and I would drive it again to work with them!

I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. Wonderful experience! Brian worked with us to find a car for me within my limited budget. We went through several test drives before we found the perfect fit. Brian was great-straightforward, patient, and pleasant throughout. The financing process was quick and enjoyable. The entire staff was accommodating, friendly, and fun even though the process kept everyone past closing. It's rare to be able to say you had a good time buying a car, but I can honestly say I did. The process was easy. Went to see the car but they were waiting for a part. We liked it right away. When it was finished they called us to test drive. Dan and Dave were terrific no pressure. They gave us a figure and we gave them ours and they did more than we asked for including accessories. John in finance and John the gm were also terrific. I rate this dealership very high.

I’ve called different places for jeep information but this place actually truly helped me a lot, he explained everything to me and broke everything down for me considering I don’t know much about cars. Definitely looking forward to coming in with David and potentially buying my first car!!!

Roland addressed me immediately at my scheduled service appointment time, the inspectional and other need commenced, and Porters Manny and Jose provided transportation to and from my home during the efficient service of my vehicle (second one purchased through the dealership). Roland and the porters were attentive, professional, and friendly. Roland kept me apprised of the service process. DuPage Chrysler Dodge and Jeep is a winner!
