I had problems with misfire. Cylinder #5 misfire about 135000 miles. It was under extended warranty. Still cost me some dollars because the dealership some other issues needed to be repaired that they say they found and without repaired the warranty company wouldn't replace the Cylinder #5. Now I have 151000 miles and Cylinder #6 has misfire. I have a 2018 GT Plus. Very nice looking car. Now with high mileage it seems like a problem. I had all maintenance preformed including oil changes. That was very important because without that the warranty company wouldn't have paid for the repairs.

I would have given five stars; however, I was disappointed with the service technician?s customer politeness. I understood that the technician can not always predict how long the service will take. When I expressed my disappointment in the additional two hours I would have to wait, he immediately became defensive! A simple, I understand and we will get you out as soon as we can would have sufficed.

I drove a durango GT for 300 miles its not bad the 3.6 V6 is plenty powerful and 30mpg but no hemi theatre. Interior is xxxx near luxurious and the ride is very good. A lot of reliability issues seem to stem from going long on oil changes and driving the car like it's a rental car aka the average dodge driver. If you keep up on the maintenance, this is a genuinely enjoyable car that does almost everything decently well.

Purchased my '17 DD GT with 25k miles on it. Have owned for around 4 years and now have 66k miles. Haven't had any issues. Routine maintenance only. Love the style and comfort. Interior seats are comfortable for long drives. Mine came with lifetime oil changes. Dealer support has been good (although we've only had oil changes so hard to say). I'm hoping this continues.

This my 5th Durango (2022 GT). Size is right, comfortable, powerful and good value for money. Just wish they would get rid of the piano black trim on the center stack. Led lighting vast improvement and lots of safety features.

I was the second owner for a 2023 Durango Hellcat Premium Plus. I wish I would have purchased this car first before my charger ScatPack. The Durango is a family car and it’s safer to drive. With the power and has lots of room I Woolsey say it’s a great car. I’m sure they’ll have them around in 6 years I’ll buy another hellca t Durango destroyer gray with the black red rally stripes!

Bought new in 2020. Has only 23,000 miles . Love this car. Roomy, comfortable, has 3 row seating and the hatch back for easy carrying groceries and unloading. Peppy with the Hemi V8, but mileage is only 15-17 mpg. Don’t care because it’s fun to drive, good looking and easy to maneuver and park. All the whistle and bells on it. Probably my last car. Registered on NHTSA so have had no recalls. We do have a 2024 Ram with the Hemi. Will keep that one too.

I am 56 years old and have purchased 6 brand new cars in my lifetime. I own them from 7-12 years, usually overlapping the ownership as I sell the old one rather than trade it in. I have previously purchased 2 other Dodges, 2 Chevys, a Toyota and Subaru. The 2015 Dodge Durango I currently own is the only vehicle that I have never had an issue with, nothing broken, no engine lights, nothing. I simply kept up with the maintenance. I had planned on replacing the front brake pads at around 60,000 miles and when I took the calipers off, the old pads showed little wear, so I left it. At 9 years of ownership I decided to change the battery even though it was still good. At 130,000 miles I changed the spark plugs and figured I should change the coils while I was at it, again no indication of wear, I just felt it was time. It was at this mileage I finally changed the pads and planned on doing the rotors as well, but the rotors showed little to no wear so I only did the pads. I went to my local Dodge dealer the other day and talked to a salesperson about getting a new Durango, hopefully it will be as good as this one.

I would have rated Sport Honda a 10 if I could have. I attribute this to Honda’s owner Gibbs Fogarty. He is hands-on and very customer-oriented. He listens to and cares about his customers, treating us as valued and respected Sports Family. On May 16, I bought a 2025 Honda Civic Sport. The entire process was seamless, so unlike the usual, dreaded car buying process. This fear was evident by my old 18-year-old car. My initial welcoming was with Sales Manager Joshua Pesantez. I had talked to him prior to my coming in, in order to advise him of which model I had in mind. When I arrived, he had my desired car waiting for me. After greeting me, he introduced me to Senior Sales Consultant Michael Canter. Mike was awesome! He patiently familiarized me with the numerous functions of my car before, during, and after the test drive. He had extreme knowledge of my car and ensured that I was comfortable handling it. Then, he introduced me to Business Manager Josue Canas-Benavides. Josue handled the financing. In addition to handling my financing, he also guided me through the necessary warranty and beneficial protection plans. I felt as if he acted in my best interest, particularly answering all of my questions. After we wrapped up the financing, I returned to Mike who would “see me off” in my new car. Mike assisted me in transferring items from my old car to my new car. Even though they closed at 6:00, Mike was there wrapping things up with me until I happily drove off at 8:30. The next day, Mike followed up, thanking me for being a loyal “Sport Fan” and also provided a link to watch videos that would familiarize me with my new car. I also received emails from: 1) Corporate Headquarters welcoming me and ensuring my satisfaction and 2) Service Manager Jeanne Dugan thanking me for my purchase, welcoming me to the Service Department, and advising me of the services and benefits of her Department. R/T Blacktop Edition, had wheels chrome anodized as part of deal. Incredible pep and still I have life-of-car mpg of almost 19mpg! Infotainment system rated as the most intuitive on the market. THAT is true! Approaching 30k miles and so far only in last month one problem. Water pump sprung tiny leak. In 2017 dealers offered LIFETIME warranty for entire drivetrain plus some. YEP! They replaced it and it cost me ZERO. DEALERSHIP that did work told me NEVER sell this car! Someone that has a business bought an entire fleet and have had engines replaced after 500,000 miles! Free! Captains seats and console in second row, sunroof, towing package, BEATS stereo kicks a$$ !!! Air conditioners for front and rear. Plenty of cargo room convertible to (2) more seats if necessary for short trips or smaller people. USB ports and electrical plugs everywhere! Sport Mode, Paddle shifters, tons of goodies. Don’t get one with Auto-Stop though. Dealer said I made the right choice not ordering that. He said people hate it. Mine has the “turn-knob” shifter that was a downer at first. Didn’t think I’d EVER get used to that! But I did and it is so much less of a pain because it is so flat and doesn’t stick up in your way. Plenty of cup-holders, pockets on doors, etc. Car has a wonderful and SOLID feel. No squeaks or rattles at all. Love the options with the dashboard instruments too. Yes. This car will stay with me a VERY LONG TIME.
