I was the second owner for a 2023 Durango Hellcat Premium Plus. I wish I would have purchased this car first before my charger ScatPack. The Durango is a family car and it’s safer to drive. With the power and has lots of room I Woolsey say it’s a great car. I’m sure they’ll have them around in 6 years I’ll buy another hellca t Durango destroyer gray with the black red rally stripes!

Keith my service manager did an amazing job of keeping aware of every aspect of the repairs. I brought in two cars and he was able to arrange a smooth transition between the both vehicles.

I drove a durango GT for 300 miles its not bad the 3.6 V6 is plenty powerful and 30mpg but no hemi theatre. Interior is xxxx near luxurious and the ride is very good. A lot of reliability issues seem to stem from going long on oil changes and driving the car like it's a rental car aka the average dodge driver. If you keep up on the maintenance, this is a genuinely enjoyable car that does almost everything decently well.

This is my 3rd Hellcat vehicle but first as a Durango. Always wanted this vehicle since it was announced some years ago. It does not disappoint. My dealer, Dodge of Burnsville has/is always taking great care of my needs and always works out a deal that works for me. The only improvement I can think of is the have more space in the 2nd row seating. I am tall and eat of almost all of the legroom behind me.

I first purchased a car from Ralph in 2020! A great C300 Benz, LOW MILES & till this day it still runs like NEW! I still have the car no with issues ! The Durango drive ability is very good, power is very adequate. But the cam shafts developed a ridge which caused a loud ticking noise. They had to be replaced. This was an expensive undertaking. In a low mileage vehicles. Dodge should pay me for my expenses.

Purchased my '17 DD GT with 25k miles on it. Have owned for around 4 years and now have 66k miles. Haven't had any issues. Routine maintenance only. Love the style and comfort. Interior seats are comfortable for long drives. Mine came with lifetime oil changes. Dealer support has been good (although we've only had oil changes so hard to say). I'm hoping this continues.

Dropped off my TRX for service on Monday, I spoke with Joe who was very helpful & knowledgeable. He told me it would be done in a day or so. This morning he called me to tell me it was ready. I am 56 years old and have purchased 6 brand new cars in my lifetime. I own them from 7-12 years, usually overlapping the ownership as I sell the old one rather than trade it in. I have previously purchased 2 other Dodges, 2 Chevys, a Toyota and Subaru. The 2015 Dodge Durango I currently own is the only vehicle that I have never had an issue with, nothing broken, no engine lights, nothing. I simply kept up with the maintenance. I had planned on replacing the front brake pads at around 60,000 miles and when I took the calipers off, the old pads showed little wear, so I left it. At 9 years of ownership I decided to change the battery even though it was still good. At 130,000 miles I changed the spark plugs and figured I should change the coils while I was at it, again no indication of wear, I just felt it was time. It was at this mileage I finally changed the pads and planned on doing the rotors as well, but the rotors showed little to no wear so I only did the pads. I went to my local Dodge dealer the other day and talked to a salesperson about getting a new Durango, hopefully it will be as good as this one.

This my 5th Durango (2022 GT). Size is right, comfortable, powerful and good value for money. Just wish they would get rid of the piano black trim on the center stack. Led lighting vast improvement and lots of safety features.

Dante was phenomenal from start to finish. The manager Russ introduced himself as well. The entire time felt relaxed and not pressured. Total opposite from previous dealerships I dealt with. I never really LOVE the vehicles I choose, but this one I truly love! I am very happy with my whole experience, they even filled my gas tank, a little gesture that goes a long way. I have always thought of the Durango as a sharp looking automobile. I had recently traded my 2012 Camry for a 2023 Camry but soon became tired of climbing out of the car, so I looked for something I didn't have to climb into, nor out of. The 2022 Durango GT+ (new) was the ticket. It had the ingress and egress I was seeking, the amenities the 2023 Camry XLE had, and the space to carry my two dogs, as well as people passengers. The vehicle is AWD, gets about 22mpg commuting to work, and around 25-26 on the Interstate and other highways. I love the quiet ride, the smooth suspension (yes, in town with crappy city streets and intersections it isn't as smooth as the Camry). The Pentastar V6 is our second experience with the engine which has never failed or had issues. The leather seating is comfortable, the AC works well, though the old R-34 was a better refrigerant. The UConnect 5 / 10.1 system with navigation, SiriusXM, etc is great, I just wish it had a CD player, yeah, I know I can stream, BT, or aux it, but I do like to play my CD collection too, without having to rip the music onto my phone... I'd buy it again!

This place is absolutly awesome. At first I was hesitant to go to brooklyn for a car. I live on Long Island and we all know how that Belt Parkway can be. I spoke to Leah several times by text. After going from dealership to dealership I was exhausted with the games they were playing. She assured me we would work out a deal and I would go home with a car that day. I also had a trade in that the other dealers were beating me up on( Make sure when you trade your car in they give you trade in value not wholesale value) Several dealers tried that game on me, not Brooklyn Dodge. I walked in we spoke for about 30 minutes and the manager Steve along Leah carved out the perfect deal. Traded my car in for a fair price, drove home with my beautiful 2025 Frostbite Blue Durango RT Plus. Respectful, treated me and my son as gentlemen.
