I have never had the process of buying a car or truck be so absolutely painless as it was working with Steve Scott. Steve took care of me, found me and my wife exactly what we needed and didn't try to upsell me on features because he was clear on what we wanted and knew that that was the best way to keep us happy. I was the second owner for a 2023 Durango Hellcat Premium Plus. I wish I would have purchased this car first before my charger ScatPack. The Durango is a family car and it’s safer to drive. With the power and has lots of room I Woolsey say it’s a great car. I’m sure they’ll have them around in 6 years I’ll buy another hellca t Durango destroyer gray with the black red rally stripes!

In September 2023, I purchased a 2023 Jeep Compass from this dealership, and I have been treated with the utmost respect from everyone that I have ever dealt with. I have dealt with several dealerships throughout my life, and I must say that this dealership location has some of the best people that I have ever dealt with. The professionalism and kindness I have experienced from everyone there have been nothing short of exceptional. This includes the sales personnel, the finance department, and the service department. This is my 3rd Hellcat vehicle but first as a Durango. Always wanted this vehicle since it was announced some years ago. It does not disappoint. My dealer, Dodge of Burnsville has/is always taking great care of my needs and always works out a deal that works for me. The only improvement I can think of is the have more space in the 2nd row seating. I am tall and eat of almost all of the legroom behind me.

I wanted to give a big Thank You to Miguel Segundo. I came in on Wednesday, June 7th with an issue with my radio. Accordingly, to the dealership I originally purchased my vehicle from stated that I did not have a warranty when the vehicle was purchased. I went home and was able to contact Miguel with the information. I had my radio purchased and installed within a week. Again, thank you for your taking care of me. You went out of your way to provide good service. Not many service advisors take their time to really help a person. Thank you!

I drove a durango GT for 300 miles its not bad the 3.6 V6 is plenty powerful and 30mpg but no hemi theatre. Interior is xxxx near luxurious and the ride is very good. A lot of reliability issues seem to stem from going long on oil changes and driving the car like it's a rental car aka the average dodge driver. If you keep up on the maintenance, this is a genuinely enjoyable car that does almost everything decently well.

Bought new in 2020. Has only 23,000 miles . Love this car. Roomy, comfortable, has 3 row seating and the hatch back for easy carrying groceries and unloading. Peppy with the Hemi V8, but mileage is only 15-17 mpg. Don’t care because it’s fun to drive, good looking and easy to maneuver and park. All the whistle and bells on it. Probably my last car. Registered on NHTSA so have had no recalls. We do have a 2024 Ram with the Hemi. Will keep that one too.

Service was completed much quicker than expected. My concerns were noted and one was addressed. The other they did try to recreate but we’re unable to at this visit.

I had problems with misfire. Cylinder #5 misfire about 135000 miles. It was under extended warranty. Still cost me some dollars because the dealership some other issues needed to be repaired that they say they found and without repaired the warranty company wouldn't replace the Cylinder #5. Now I have 151000 miles and Cylinder #6 has misfire. I have a 2018 GT Plus. Very nice looking car. Now with high mileage it seems like a problem. I had all maintenance preformed including oil changes. That was very important because without that the warranty company wouldn't have paid for the repairs.
