I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

I arrived knowing the used car I wanted to buy. I had been following the posted ads for this car and was concerned about the pricing changes, first down and then up for a couple of times. There is no negotiating the price since I had no trade. The financing was done professionally. My salesperson was super nice and instrumental in the registration and changing insurance.

Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!

Johnny and Adam are THE BEST!!!! I bought my first Subaru Forrester there 10 years ago. But my experience today at was.....I have NO words to explain how awesome they both were. They were SO helpful with EVERYTHING. I hated to let my Forrester go, but it was time. 😟 Those are two of the greatest guys OMG.....They had us feeling relaxed. I have never had so much fun buying a car. Both Johnny and Adam had us laughing the whole time. And again, who laughs at a time when you HAVE to get another vehicle. I don't! But I did! Purchased 2019 Crew Plus with 30k in July 2020. So far only complaint is the clunky UConnect system. Having owned 1988, 1995, 2000, and 2005 model years we have always found Caravans to be sensible, reliable, all round family centric vehicles. Could spend an extra $10k or more for a comparable Odyssey (Primary cars/bikes are Honda’s) or Sienna but personally do not seethe long term benefit. As with all vehicles maintenance is key.

I had looked everywhere for a 2021 Cross Sport with Black/Burgundy interior. They had 2 even though I'm in Colorado, they made it so easy, they are bringing the vehicle 700 miles to me and picking up my trade Bruce is Awesome!

Amazing and reliable this vehicle will make it to half a million miles And it holds and sits legally seven Children and adults. All seats stow away with simple locksystem

We left our house this morning on a mission to look at 5 dealership with basically the same style trucks and packages, just different add ons or colors. Reineke Ford was the first stop. From the second I hit the lot I had a comfortable feeling. We weren't swamped or ganged up on walking the lot. I walked in and asked for the online sales manager who paired me up with a sales representative named Melissa Kia and I was extremely impressed. Her knowledge of Ford trucks and how to operate all the tech and features was spot on. She answered all my questions and showed me every inch and feature in about 15min and already had it by the front door with a tag on it waiting. Prior to this, I had a lifetime of GMC trucks and a recent past with a couple of Rams. Both brands had failed with either an engine rebuild or a transmission so I was ready for something different. She sold me on the features and had me very interested. After the drive I met JB Brentson to put our deal together. We're both hard working parents but given the past few 10 years or so, we've had some life happens kind of things so we knew it would take some help. When our preferred lender Capitol One refused the offer they told us to make, we decided it was time to leave. JB asked me to trust him and give him a chance. He'd make it work. So we did because I truly felt this was going to be the dealership to make it work. So I abandoned the other choices and after about 20min we were signing the papers and shaking hands. It was absolutely refreshing to actually find a dealership that was there for us. The entire building staff talked to our autistic son and offered our kids drinks and snacks like we were family and I greatly appreciate it. Thank you "Kish" and JB for your support and help! This vehicle has been very good for my wife and myself love the hidden storage compartments. Having only 74000 plus miles on it. It is now getting broken in . However, we got into our car today it would not start. Battery was good. Mechanic I am not. It appears to be a censor. Had to call a tow truck to take my vehicle to a car dealer. Will not know the results until Monday, 13th, 2023

I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

I got this car approximately 3 months ago from a close relative, and I can say there have absolutely been no issues that would make you regret your decision, (knock on wood). The car has never left me stranded, and has always started. When I first got the vehicle I got basic maintenance such as a synthetic oil change, oil filter, an engine filter, and an in-cabin air filter. After some time, the check-engine light appeared due to a thermostat. After one new installment of a thermostat, and some freshly topped coolant, there have been no other issues. I give the comfort rating a 5, due to the spacious interior, and captain-chair seats. I give the interior a 4 because while it may not have "everything" you want, it has everything you need (even coming from a base model). Performance is a 4, because it's not an M3. I give the value a 4 as well simply because of the fact that you can buy one as a consumer fairly priced, and you can sell one as a seller for a decent price. Exterior is a 3, due to the largeness of the vehicle. However, LED brake lights, and rear turn signals are standard, which is really nice. And lastly, other than basic maintenance, and one mishap, I give this car a 5 star rating for reliability.

I never thought Dodge built the best van of the century ! It was the most convenient in style and capacity I have even seen the only thing missing is the cruise control ! So far it’s my best caravan it’s sophisticated at first cause I am old school from a dinosaur technological disadvantage era but as times goes on owning it for three weeks it gives me and my dog a haven to transportation for all our summer journey together! I love it better than my old Chrysler minivan!

I took a three hour drive from CT and met up with Mike And we had a great time talking card and driving a classic Fiat!! This may have been the best experience I've ever had with a car dealership sales dept! And coming from one who's been in automotive customer survive my entire life that says a lot! Only having the vehicle for a few weeks, I can see this will meet my needs. It drives and handles nicely, and has the ability to carry passengers and cargo depending on the occasion. Predominately it will be a cargo carrier for training supplies, so with the 'Stow-n-Go" seating I have plenty of room to haul my training supplies. For a 6 cylinder, it is also getting very good gas mileage (this is very helpful too)!

I just interested in a vehicle, I haven't even purchased one yet. I'm working with Jeff ODell, & I gotta say, what a not only nice but polite man. As car salesman go they remind me of lawyers. Jeff, he reminds me of like a preacher, very soft spoken, not pushy, well mannered, I really like him. I'm from a different city than his but it's well worth the trip to be treated with the kindness that they put out. Very nice man!

The staff and finance department were amazing! We traveled over an hour and we?re not disappointed it would have been worth driving even farther!!

I bought the Crew trim. It is very comfortable inside and from out side it has a sporty look. Toyota Sienna and Honda Odyssey look kind of bulky. I suppose those who complain about Dodge Grand Caravan are looking at the base model which, yes, is not good from inside and it has not changed since I believe 2011. They should at least add a centre console. (I am sure you will increase your fans). But the upper models (SXT and up) are really good.

Employees were welcoming, kind, and the environment was pleasant. Jackie was amazing and helped me to find a vehicle pretty quick and provided me with an abundance of resources. I drove from Los Angeles to Florida 4 times with 145K on the clock, no issues gas not bad on eco on freeway, fold down seats are a dream when you purchase some furniture and the ability to go camping with the seats down was great. Kept a mattress in the back if on a long trip I wanted to take a nap at the rest stop. A vehicle i though I would never own turns out to be the most practical I ever owned.

I bought it used in September, 2018, and it already had 45,000 miles. Was concerned that it had such high mileage after only 18 months but it's been great. Can haul stuff w/out worrying about weather, then put up seats for family. Am at 120k miles now and no regrets. Still very impressive looking vehicle, too. Will keep this as long as I can.

Good looking van,however, the rear electronic locks on both rear side doors failed within 4 months of each other and the Chrysler consumer center denied to pay the repair costs despite their recall letter saying they would consider reimbursement. Technicians taking the call were accusatory and discourteous. Repairs were $2200

Our 2013 Grand Caravan has 140,000 miles on it. No problems to date. Rear air conditioner tubing rusted, but covered by warranty. 2nd set of tires and brakes. 21 mpg around town and 32 mpg on highway. We’ve hauled everything you can imagine and pulls our boat around on the weekends. Needless to say we are very happy with our Dodge Grand Caravan. We will buy another one.
