This is my 2nd Journey and I was so happy with the 2014 that when I upgraded, I decided to get another one. I've only had this for a month but have been very happy with it so far.

On August 9th, 2025, a family member requested my assistance in purchasing a car at McGrath Acura dealership in Westmont, Illinois. I have had this '19 GT for a little over a year and 10,000 miles or so, including two long trips. It is comfortable, performs reasonably well, and has a lot of helpful features, although not "the latest." I like the look of it (Black/Chrome trim), and my impression is that they made it as close to a Minivan as possible in an SUV. It has wide-opening rear doors, storage under the seats and cargo area, and three rows of seats. My actual fuel economy is about 22 on trips and 19 around town. I am entirely satisfied with the vehicle and have had no problems at all. As for the 3.6 I am very encouraged that they use this thing in everything from the Challenger to the RAM 1500, plus the Gladiator (only motor offered). They must have confidence in it.

Great performance, great handling. The dual zone A/C is a really nice feature. I actually like the rearview being in the mirror, it's a good safety feature, as your eyes are in fewer places.

Karl here at rides unlimited was beyond helpful on our buying experience. He was able to somehow Get us down to the price range we wanted and worked on the overall price the whole time. My vehicle has been pretty good up until two weeks ago , September 9, 2022. I experienced a no start situation with the vehicle towed to the dealership and the dealership has no idea what’s happening or watt they report bad battery no charge etc. I’m suspecting that the PCM has a bad chip due to a recall that was performed supposedly in 2018. I don’t believe my vehicle was recalled and have not received a recall notice from Chrysler Corp. so now I’ve got a dead vehicle in the shop the dealership has no concept of what’s happening and the service writer seems to be not knowledgeable enough to research the problem.

My sales advisor, Izhar, was extremely helpful. There was a great selection of vehicles in stock, and all the employees were very friendly and supportive. My sister is very happy with the car we purchased. Highly recommend.

Purchased mines in 2021 brand new My daughter fell in love with it because she saw the 3rd row. She rode the 3rd row twice in 2 years. She said it’s too small and not comfortable. She loves the reclining back seats. I have found a few black pieces on the inside of the truck on the floor but don’t know where they detached from. The rear view camera is small and has worked my nerves. 98% of the time it’s upside down. Other than that I’ve enjoyed it

Love my Journey but have notice several with a missing antenna and also several with foggy headlights. Like moisture buildup inside the headlight assemblies. Bluetooth doesn't always hook up. Not the easiest on gas.

I am in the market for a nice used car for my wife and the team over at Auto Park Imports mainly the gentleman named Zazar were fabulous. The Journey I purchased has all wheel drive and drives great in the snow. Its very roomy and has plenty of storage even in the floor. I really like the heated seats and steering wheel.

3 row seats is a plus. Extra room for gear and groceries next to the used 3rd row seat is cool. Air conditioning is super. No problems with mechanical or electrical yet. Ride comfort is real good. Getting over 20mpg in city. Hope to keep this car for many years.

I bought this car last fall of 2020, its the GT model has 33000 on it i bought it with 30000 I was looking at another Dodge Ram, trucks are mote expensive now, so this car has great handling, 283 horsepower Pentastar V-6, 18000 grand I paid for it pretty cool car actually

Sebastian was amazing and so friendly to talk to, we visited a few other dealerships and came across this one , we met a few nice people while there but me and my husband wanted to see the whole lot ourselves , I guess you can say old fashion since we can look online to look into the vehicle instead.
