I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

I bought the Crew trim. It is very comfortable inside and from out side it has a sporty look. Toyota Sienna and Honda Odyssey look kind of bulky. I suppose those who complain about Dodge Grand Caravan are looking at the base model which, yes, is not good from inside and it has not changed since I believe 2011. They should at least add a centre console. (I am sure you will increase your fans). But the upper models (SXT and up) are really good.

I drove from far to see a Tesla that was sold before I got there. I was frustrated at first but Ms. Felicia the customer relations manager stepped in and genuinely was apologetic I wanted to make things right I appreciate her sincerity and she sent me over to the Orlando location where I bought my new Tesla with Eddie. I have had this '19 GT for a little over a year and 10,000 miles or so, including two long trips. It is comfortable, performs reasonably well, and has a lot of helpful features, although not "the latest." I like the look of it (Black/Chrome trim), and my impression is that they made it as close to a Minivan as possible in an SUV. It has wide-opening rear doors, storage under the seats and cargo area, and three rows of seats. My actual fuel economy is about 22 on trips and 19 around town. I am entirely satisfied with the vehicle and have had no problems at all. As for the 3.6 I am very encouraged that they use this thing in everything from the Challenger to the RAM 1500, plus the Gladiator (only motor offered). They must have confidence in it.

The Durango drive ability is very good, power is very adequate. But the cam shafts developed a ridge which caused a loud ticking noise. They had to be replaced. This was an expensive undertaking. In a low mileage vehicles. Dodge should pay me for my expenses.

Good looking van,however, the rear electronic locks on both rear side doors failed within 4 months of each other and the Chrysler consumer center denied to pay the repair costs despite their recall letter saying they would consider reimbursement. Technicians taking the call were accusatory and discourteous. Repairs were $2200

I am 56 years old and have purchased 6 brand new cars in my lifetime. I own them from 7-12 years, usually overlapping the ownership as I sell the old one rather than trade it in. I have previously purchased 2 other Dodges, 2 Chevys, a Toyota and Subaru. The 2015 Dodge Durango I currently own is the only vehicle that I have never had an issue with, nothing broken, no engine lights, nothing. I simply kept up with the maintenance. I had planned on replacing the front brake pads at around 60,000 miles and when I took the calipers off, the old pads showed little wear, so I left it. At 9 years of ownership I decided to change the battery even though it was still good. At 130,000 miles I changed the spark plugs and figured I should change the coils while I was at it, again no indication of wear, I just felt it was time. It was at this mileage I finally changed the pads and planned on doing the rotors as well, but the rotors showed little to no wear so I only did the pads. I went to my local Dodge dealer the other day and talked to a salesperson about getting a new Durango, hopefully it will be as good as this one.

Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!

Great performance, great handling. The dual zone A/C is a really nice feature. I actually like the rearview being in the mirror, it's a good safety feature, as your eyes are in fewer places.

I traded in a 6 month old Lexus hybrid for a Mitsibushi lancer. I paid $20k for the lexus and my 16 year old pretended to like it but he hated it. It was a lame hybrid and his friends laughed at him. So before he even got his license and had only added 400 miles to the car I took it back. Eliot got me a deal on a Mitsibushi with 19,000 miles. The trade in came back at $14,000. Eliot WENT BACK AND GOT ME A BETTER DEAL! because I was a previous Carmax customer. I ended up with a 5 year warranty on the Mitsubishi and a $700 refund... You cannot beat Carmax. If you buy cars from this dealership THEY LOOK AFTER YOU. Genuine customer.

My crystler Pacifica had multiple issues but last straw was after being back in a rental for the 2nd time in a week with young children in August in Florida I was getting really frustrated I took it back for 3rd they promised me it’s good. Next day no air driving to school and sitting in drop off lane They put me in a Durango. My only request was heated seats because I am a retired firefighter paramedic and it helps with spasms. I got the 2015 limited in a stone grey. This compressor stopped working about 5 years. It was fixed and no issues. My back suspension needed to also have a repair. I only have 50,000 miles on it. I use it for trips up north for family or splitting up car xxxxxxwith my ex. I love that it gives me the space of a van but it drives like my older 4 seat cab pickup. I like to be higher than everyone and still is very easy to control and park. I was in an accident right after Covid hit. The other driver took off most of the front 12 of my fender. I was hit hard they had him speeding and going at least 50. 15 over, I have a herniated neck and back from being a firefighter. I was not hurt at all. I did suffer a mild concussion and bruising to the chest from the airbag. By the looks of the Durango it looked like no one survived. So I give it an A+. Not an issue but annoying is the have the ability to change the automatic transmission to manual by touching to silver switches. Which are unfortunately hit by accident more then I care to admit then your pushing the gas and the car will just rev . To turn manual off u need to shut the car down. Makes it very dangerous sitting for a light and u accidentally hit it unknowingly. That needs to go.

Very good experience! My daughter was looking for two specific used car models, and we had spent the entire day driving from one dealership to another. Winter Park Auto Mall was our last stop, and we weren't hopeful, because the price was lower than any we had seen advertised, and the vehicle had 20,000 fewer miles. However, it turned out to be exactly what she was looking for. The trunk liner was missing, but the dealership ordered one and had it sent to my daughter in MD as promised. Also, there was a small stain on one of the seats, so they gave the whole car a steam cleaning and detailing while we waited. If you are looking for a shiny dealership with free coffee, this is not your place. If you are looking for a no-nonsense car purchase with lower-than-average dealer fees, this is your place! Small hometown car lot. Troy wasnt pushy at all and let me take the truck on a test drive alone. The truck was mechanically very good as advertised, with some smaller issues that I found upon inspection. After test drive, i noted those issues and Troy offered to fix them but we instead agreed upon an as-is price at my suggestion. The dealer fee was reasonable and the process was very relaxed.

I bought this Dart used. It was a one-owner car with 26,970 miles. The fit and finish are excellent. Amazing standard features for a car of the original MSRP. The car's looks are still current 9 years after production ceased. It normally gets around 25-30 MPG. My only complaint is the Hyundai 6-speed automatic as I wish that it had an American-made 9-speed automatic instead. I had been driving various Plymouth and Dodge Neons for 31 years prior to the purchase of this Dart.
