I went to Shea Buick GMC because their inventory of preowned vehicles had many selections of the models that met my needs as far as mileage, year of manufacture and price. I actually bought the vehicle I had been the most interested in since March. I made an appointment, the salesman met me at the door and had the vehicle I was interested in with the air running ready for a test drive. It was perfect! We added a tonneau to the package, agreed on a price for the trade-in and the purchase price for the truck I bought. We arranged for the insurance, the installation of the tonneau and for a pick up time at my convenience. All was done in a matter of 2 hours! I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

I got this car approximately 3 months ago from a close relative, and I can say there have absolutely been no issues that would make you regret your decision, (knock on wood). The car has never left me stranded, and has always started. When I first got the vehicle I got basic maintenance such as a synthetic oil change, oil filter, an engine filter, and an in-cabin air filter. After some time, the check-engine light appeared due to a thermostat. After one new installment of a thermostat, and some freshly topped coolant, there have been no other issues. I give the comfort rating a 5, due to the spacious interior, and captain-chair seats. I give the interior a 4 because while it may not have "everything" you want, it has everything you need (even coming from a base model). Performance is a 4, because it's not an M3. I give the value a 4 as well simply because of the fact that you can buy one as a consumer fairly priced, and you can sell one as a seller for a decent price. Exterior is a 3, due to the largeness of the vehicle. However, LED brake lights, and rear turn signals are standard, which is really nice. And lastly, other than basic maintenance, and one mishap, I give this car a 5 star rating for reliability.

Bought new 2014 and have lifetime warranty that only costs me $100.00 to fix it. I have already paid for the warranty and more. Knock on wood. Only 80,000 miles on it and looks great!

I brought my 2014 Dodge Journey limited 2 years ago, absolutely love it. I take it in for regular maintenance and everything runs great. It is speedy and feels like you are floating down the interstate. Love the 2 row seating, the back row that folds down and the HUGE trunk area. There is also soo much storage in this thing. Only issues I have had with it is my rear tow just went out and I have a small exhaust leak. But I will not trade this thing in until she dies. This is the best car I have owned. Heated steering wheel and seats, outlets in back, power seats, rearview backup camera and the sunroof are all awesome. For the price you pay you really get more than what you think. Put new tires, rims, brakes and rotors and now it looks even better. So happy with it

This is a great van. Stow and go seats mean tons of room. Driver seat is fully powered and very comfortable to sit in. Without a doubt the most comfortable vehicle I have ever had.

I bought this car with 70,000,when it was one year old. It has been very reliable, I still use it and I am at 250,000 miles right now. I did have to do a transmission repair at about 150,000, and I do have a small oil pan leak right now at 250,000. Both of these fixes are not unusual for the number of miles they have. I use it for my every day commute of about 50 miles/ day, and have traveled all over the US with it and used it as a ride share vehicle for a period. So I will say I am very happy with the overall purchase and reliability of the vehicle. It has been great for my family of 5.

I had 6 of these in the last 15 years. Mostly do breaks, change tires and fluids. NEVER in any of these did I have a transmission issue. Love the stow away seats. Plenty of power in the V6 3.6L engine. I sold 5 of these, and got only thanks. Was never stranded, Countless Florida and Canada trips, Great family car.

Overall experience was great. Just bought my 4th vehicle from this dealership, and will continue to come back and recommend this place to anyone I know in the market for buying a new vehicle!

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

I've had a 2007 Caravan that I drove for 7 years then sold still running well. Then bought a 2009 Grand Caravan that had a couple of minor electrical issues and sold it still running 2 years ago. Just bought another Grand Caravan (a 2014) and I'm hoping to get as much out of it as the others. Cargo space : Awesome, you can get 4x8 sheets of plywood in the back with the Stow N Go down and unlike a pick up your load stays dry. Not super but not bad on fuel. A Fairly comfy ride for around town and on trips but it's build more for family to-and-fros. I hear some folks complaining about transmissions but if you follow the recommended trans fluid and filter changes and don't try to haul anything too heavy you should be ok. I've never had an issue with any CG trans. If you're buying used and want to be sure - avoid any with hitches already on them or obviously had them on at some point. Bottom line for me - great vehicle, fits a tight budget, lasts without constant repairs, very utilitarian, useful investment. Too bad they don't make them anymore.

I purchased my 2005 Dodge Neon SXT with 140,000 miles on it, and now it has just over 178,000 and still going strong. I replaced the engine mounts,btires, and fluids, and it hasn't given me any other problems. I did have to bypass the heater core, but have plans on replacing it, but I'm in no rush, because I live in Southern Georgia where the weather isn't so cold. It's a peppy little car, and is excellent on gas. Mine is still in excellent condition inside and out.

My parents have had a 2004 SE for 18 years. When taken proper car of, it will last. We have used it a few times to travel between Mexico City and Austin several times and have had little issues. Since Ive been able to drive, (3 or so years) I have pushed it a bit, but still no problems. Major repairs consist of changing out the clutch due to heavy use (that may be my bad) and new coils. It has the occasional whining serpentine belt, but has never broken down on us and keeps looking great. Despite the SE being front-wheel drive and a little over 100 hp, its super fun to drive because it's relatively light. I'm around 6 feet tall and have no trouble driving the car. You could probably be up to 6'5 and be comfortable. Air conditioning hasn't been the best experience in my opinion (Texas heat is something else) but we have never had to have any major repairs on it (white exterior also helps). The back seats are roomy enough, but there is no ac in the back, but because it's a smaller car, the ac works well enough. It has decent MPG and sits around 22 - 25 MPG. The ride could be better, though. Because it's a sports-ish car, it tends to not do great on bumps, and it is not very soundproof, so it's not a silent cruiser (although not a bad thing if you like to hear the engine). I have a cloth interior that makes sure that you don't stick to the seats, but the black interior color makes it hot in the summer. It's also not the most attractive design in the inside, but It's nothing to complain about. It's definitely a much more beautiful car on the outside (especially if you take care of it) and stands out as they are not very common. Overall: A great, fun, and reliable car. I'd especially recommend it as a first car, as it is safe (due to the FWD) and looks great. I'm not planning on buying another car for the foreseeable future.

The Durango drive ability is very good, power is very adequate. But the cam shafts developed a ridge which caused a loud ticking noise. They had to be replaced. This was an expensive undertaking. In a low mileage vehicles. Dodge should pay me for my expenses.

Hi guys: This is my 4th report on this vehicle. The car is now 10 years old and has 140,000 miles on it. Our car has the 3.6 Pentastar, 3rd row seating, 8.4 inch Uconnect system, roof racks, premium sound system, DVD player, rear air conditioning, push button start, heated seats and steering wheel, back up camera and is front wheel drive only. Engine, transmission and air conditioner have been excellent. Never a problem. 30 miles to the gallon on the highway. Many suspension components have been replaced and vehicle is starting to rust around the rear wheel well. Uconnect has had issues. All in all a very reliable and very comfortable vehicle. Highly recommend it.

I love it! It's comfortable and big for my family. It rides smoothly and I love the heated seats. It will be nice in our cold winters. I feel safer for the winter months worth the AWD.

Mine is great on gas! I use mine for work, traveling + family and have experienced no issues besides having to fix front brake calipers. Runs + drives super smoothly. Interior is beautiful, everything works as it should. I only have a 114k miles on mine which is super nice.
