I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

So far above and beyond what I could have expected or even hoped! Before I was able to drive my new purchase home, Legacy Auto wanted to, as is their practice, go through every inch of the car replacing everything that seemed in need of being replaced, regardless of whether an actual safety issue or not as might come out of a cursory safety inspection. I wasn't surprised yet I was a little disappointed that it would take a while for their shop to get my car in for the inspection and corrections, primarily because my insurance company could not cover my rental car for as long as it would take but, Legacy Auto provided a loaner so I at least had a car to drive away with and use until mine was ready. That though turned out the be the least of the professionalism in the service they provided as the cost out of their pocket that they put in for parts alone for issues they dealt with, far beyond any safety concerns, was 10% of the agreed-to price in the first place! They put in 10% of the price of the car AFTER I had already paid for it. In any other dealership I have experience with the best I could have expected is a legally required safety inspection and a detailing of the body and interior. I had to drive about 45 minutes to reach Legacy Auto but the time and effort was more than worth it!

Our Dart has been great. One thing it will needs a QT of oil every 1000 miles. We had low profile tires. Lots of problems. But I knew that when I bought the car. had to replace rims. Gas Mileage is 24 miles Combined. Spare tire was an option. I check that box. Need spare tire. Only real problem was air condition. Needed a hose it was under warranty.

Now, I did just purchase this car, just a couple of months ago, and even though it's an older car, it only had 55,000 miles when I bought it, and I purchased a 5-star warranty as well. First, I'm probably being a bit bias, b/c I'm a Dodge fan, due the Nitro I had previously. But so far, the other reviews I've read are pretty much spot-on. Mine has the 2.4L 4-cylinder. It's not as good on the gas mileage as other 4 cylinders, from the Reviews I had already read, b/c the Journey is heavy, but for me, it's also less to fill up than the 3.6L, 6 cylinder Nitro I owned previously. I also wouldn't take it on any sharp turns either. As other reviews had said, the engine does make some noise, but it's not that big of a deal to me. However, unlike the other reviews I had read, I have plenty of space as a driver, it's not as compacted as I thought it would be, but the cargo space has plenty of room, just like I've read. The infotainment system is really good too, just like the reviews I'd read had stated. I have SIRIUS, don't know how, I'm not paying for it, but if it's a feature with this car, fantastic, BB King's Bluesville station is on constant play, as other stations are too. It doesn't have the vehicle backing system nor an AUX connector that most cars now have, but it's a 2015, and the Journey wasn't Dodge's most elite model either. However, so far, I'm growing into this car, and glad I purchased it. I'll probably get the Hornet next. Ha.

Autoland Outlets service is second to none. I have bought 2 trucks from them and had great experiences. There is no high pressure sales, and there vehicles are all high quality. I can't recommend them enough.

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

Anytime I call and let them know that there’s a problem with my vehicle I bring it in and they take care of it. Found out yesterday that there’s something wrong with my transmission. Thank God for their warranties. I have a special needs son and I need a bigger vehicle and because of them I have that bigger vehicle.

Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.

We viewed a 2024 KIA Forte online, and Gary was great in assisting us in the process. Stand up salesman. After buying the car I noticed a decent crack in the body underneath the front bumper. Gary had told me to reach out for anything so I did. He quickly consulted with the GM who said they would charge me there cost with minimal labor. I should’ve noticed it originally so I really appreciate the help with the estimate. I will be back to get fixed. Also thanks to John in collision. Very knowledgeable and friendly. This is the only place I take my heavy duty pickup for repairs they always get it done in a timely manner and very reasonably priced !! I bought the 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 SLT Mega Cab Diesel Heavy Duty as a dealer demo with 8,000 miles on it. Didn't need a mega cab but needed to replace my 1996 so they offered it to me for a deal I couldn't refuse. I have to say, it's a monster and I love it! Have had minimal issues other than the ECM going out at 110,000 miles and Dodge wouldn't warranty it. It tows anything I hook up to and with diesel prices in CA, I can brag about 17 to 21 mph around town and 27 to 30 on hi ways. Towing can cut mpg in about half, if you get stuck in slow lane up a grade, but still, who can boast about that with 195k miles on it today. I agree with the reviews on parking and turn ratio but I can back it in easier than doing a 3 point pull in at any parking lot. How's that for lady with a big truck!!

I bought this truck brand NEW, I now have 362,000 miles on her and she is still running great. My only repairs were a shaft in the transfer case and new bushings in the rear suspension. . I am planning on replacing the front struts and I am thinking about 3/4 ton leaf springs. Why ? Because the truck is used as a truck not a family sedan. But I can see why people use it as a family sedan. Rides like one. . I will never sell this truck. Best truck I ever owned ! Thank you Diamler Chrysler. Awesome truck.

I recently had to bring my used car in for a vibrating brake pedal, and the service I received was outstanding. The experience was impressive from the moment I drove in; a machine automatically checked my car's alignment on the way into the service bay, which is very impressive. -- What really set them apart was the customer service. Not only did they provide a convenient shuttle to and from work, but they were also completely transparent and honest about the repair. Instead of pushing for the more expensive option, they suggested I resurface the rotors, which saved me money. -- That kind of integrity is few and far between; it earned my complete trust. Purchased 2019 Crew Plus with 30k in July 2020. So far only complaint is the clunky UConnect system. Having owned 1988, 1995, 2000, and 2005 model years we have always found Caravans to be sensible, reliable, all round family centric vehicles. Could spend an extra $10k or more for a comparable Odyssey (Primary cars/bikes are Honda’s) or Sienna but personally do not seethe long term benefit. As with all vehicles maintenance is key.

Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!

My vehicle has been pretty good up until two weeks ago , September 9, 2022. I experienced a no start situation with the vehicle towed to the dealership and the dealership has no idea what’s happening or watt they report bad battery no charge etc. I’m suspecting that the PCM has a bad chip due to a recall that was performed supposedly in 2018. I don’t believe my vehicle was recalled and have not received a recall notice from Chrysler Corp. so now I’ve got a dead vehicle in the shop the dealership has no concept of what’s happening and the service writer seems to be not knowledgeable enough to research the problem.
