Though we were very wishy washy and changed our minds on what we wanted many times he was very patient and helpful. He also gave many suggestions that actually we turned out to love better than what we were originally looking for. They worked hard for us on financing and options and gave us several options to choose from. Hi guys: This is my 4th report on this vehicle. The car is now 10 years old and has 140,000 miles on it. Our car has the 3.6 Pentastar, 3rd row seating, 8.4 inch Uconnect system, roof racks, premium sound system, DVD player, rear air conditioning, push button start, heated seats and steering wheel, back up camera and is front wheel drive only. Engine, transmission and air conditioner have been excellent. Never a problem. 30 miles to the gallon on the highway. Many suspension components have been replaced and vehicle is starting to rust around the rear wheel well. Uconnect has had issues. All in all a very reliable and very comfortable vehicle. Highly recommend it.

I have purchased TWO vehicles from this dealer. First purchase, was easy peezy. In and out but my 2nd vehicle I purchased their gap insurance (major bad idea) because the vehicle was totaled and I had to put in a gap claim. Make a long story short, Smart Auto tried everything they could to NOT pay off my gap claim but the finance lady Debbie wasn't having it. I called her with my concern and she called those folks up and handled this for me. 4 months AFTER the insurance agent paid the claim, Debbie put fire to the gap company's xxx and guess what? My claim will be paid in 5 days. I'm so happy and forever grateful for her because good help is so hard to come buy. I think I'm going to buy another vehicle from them just off this service alone!

I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

I have had this '19 GT for a little over a year and 10,000 miles or so, including two long trips. It is comfortable, performs reasonably well, and has a lot of helpful features, although not "the latest." I like the look of it (Black/Chrome trim), and my impression is that they made it as close to a Minivan as possible in an SUV. It has wide-opening rear doors, storage under the seats and cargo area, and three rows of seats. My actual fuel economy is about 22 on trips and 19 around town. I am entirely satisfied with the vehicle and have had no problems at all. As for the 3.6 I am very encouraged that they use this thing in everything from the Challenger to the RAM 1500, plus the Gladiator (only motor offered). They must have confidence in it.

Bought the vehicle used with 90,000k. At 147,000k now for 3 years. Mostly highway driving. Downsides...Bad battery placement, poor alternator design, had to replace due to the pulley clutch. My 4cyl. Is a dog; way underpowered. The main power and is around 4,000rpm. That's really pushing this little 4 banger. The engine struggles over almost any grade in the road, especially in cruse. There are huge blind spots at the rear A pillar. The unprotected wires for the airbag sensors under the seats cause the airbag light to come on. Now the upsides. Best looking sedan in it's class, hands down. Alloy wheels, steering wheel controls, lighted cup holders, clean interior. Relatively comfortable seats. Excellent gas mileage (23-28mpg). The 6 speed automatic transmission makes the dogish 4cyl make the car driveable, as well as the slap manual for shifting. The radio has a HDD drive that holds a gig of music storage. Excellent sound system. Large trunk, rear seat access through the armrest. Overall; with preventive maintenance, driving responsibly, and regular oil changes/tune-ups I would expect another 100,000k (knock on wood).

Bought new 2014 and have lifetime warranty that only costs me $100.00 to fix it. I have already paid for the warranty and more. Knock on wood. Only 80,000 miles on it and looks great!

My 2010 Dodge Avenger Sxt V6 is an absolute blessing at 234,000 miles. This is a ride or die type of car. I have only had to do basic maintenance. I cannot explain how dependable and overall how great this car is. I understand some are better than others, but I have driven this car nonstop, including back and forth to Cincinnati from Indianapolis over a matter of 3 years every weekend, and this car still amazes me to this day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This is a great van. Stow and go seats mean tons of room. Driver seat is fully powered and very comfortable to sit in. Without a doubt the most comfortable vehicle I have ever had.

My wife and I purchased an RS Blazer with no hassle and very quick. Total transaction was less than 2.5hrs. Will go back if they have another vehicle that I’m interested in.

Good looking van,however, the rear electronic locks on both rear side doors failed within 4 months of each other and the Chrysler consumer center denied to pay the repair costs despite their recall letter saying they would consider reimbursement. Technicians taking the call were accusatory and discourteous. Repairs were $2200

I got this car approximately 3 months ago from a close relative, and I can say there have absolutely been no issues that would make you regret your decision, (knock on wood). The car has never left me stranded, and has always started. When I first got the vehicle I got basic maintenance such as a synthetic oil change, oil filter, an engine filter, and an in-cabin air filter. After some time, the check-engine light appeared due to a thermostat. After one new installment of a thermostat, and some freshly topped coolant, there have been no other issues. I give the comfort rating a 5, due to the spacious interior, and captain-chair seats. I give the interior a 4 because while it may not have "everything" you want, it has everything you need (even coming from a base model). Performance is a 4, because it's not an M3. I give the value a 4 as well simply because of the fact that you can buy one as a consumer fairly priced, and you can sell one as a seller for a decent price. Exterior is a 3, due to the largeness of the vehicle. However, LED brake lights, and rear turn signals are standard, which is really nice. And lastly, other than basic maintenance, and one mishap, I give this car a 5 star rating for reliability.

The paperwork was done in a matter of minutes as he had everything organized. He spent as much time as necessary getting me out the door for my enjoyable ride home to Memphis. I bought my 2013 Dodge dart brand new in November of 2012. My kids called it my in life crisis car I called it My last car I'm ever going to buy 😂 it is now April of 2024 and I have 24,500 mi on the car and the only thing I've had to do was normal maintenance, change oil and replace tires. I love the Dodge dart and I checked the gas mileage last weekend after a trip and I got 32 mi to the gallon. Very happy! When I dye my grandson will be happy to have it also.

I bought my 2013 journal avp brand new, and now have 123,000 miles on it. Haven't even changed brakes yet. Still original brakes on it. Just regular maintenance, had minor issues, wheel bearing, throttle body, and new battery and tires. Great car, comfortable. 4 cylinder engine is good on gas but very sluggish. Definitely would recommend V6 engine.

I brought my 2014 Dodge Journey limited 2 years ago, absolutely love it. I take it in for regular maintenance and everything runs great. It is speedy and feels like you are floating down the interstate. Love the 2 row seating, the back row that folds down and the HUGE trunk area. There is also soo much storage in this thing. Only issues I have had with it is my rear tow just went out and I have a small exhaust leak. But I will not trade this thing in until she dies. This is the best car I have owned. Heated steering wheel and seats, outlets in back, power seats, rearview backup camera and the sunroof are all awesome. For the price you pay you really get more than what you think. Put new tires, rims, brakes and rotors and now it looks even better. So happy with it

Brandon was great! I was buying a car for my oldest son, Inlive in AZ, my son lives in IN, and the car was in Michigan. Brandon was ultra helpful, I requested that he Facetime time me so I could inspect the vehicle inside and out. Then, Inasked that he start the car & drive it for me as well! He didn’t even hesitate at my requests, just service with a smile. Thus all occurred in the late evening just before the dealership closed and Incalled to purchase the vehicle the next morning! 2010 95,k miles . Hasnt let me down but once. Broke linkage when i didn't see a hole in my lane Has cvt trans . No problems and trans fluid never changed yet . Rubber trim on the outside and the paint is my complaint. In the sun all time!
