The fuel injector went out on my 2019 F150. This is an employee-driven vehicle and I needed to get it back on the road fast, or we'd miss serving clients. Because I have an extended warrantee, the repairs were fully covered. Northbay is down a couple service people, as one of their longtime people just retired, and it's hard to find qualified people to hire in our small city. But they escalated my truck, and got it done in a couple days. It was driving beautifully after that. Marcus, my contact, is awesome at customer service. He is great in person - goes beyond. I absolutely LOVE this car! Mine is the SXT base trim with the Pentastar V6 engine, purchased used at 37,000ish miles, but it is still the best car I’ve ever owned or driven. It is extremely comfortable to sit in (I am 5’10), on par with the comfort of my dad’s old ‘87 Camaro, which was also incredibly comfortable. It’s not a cramped space to sit in and the console is a comfortable arm rest height. But family conscious buyer beware, this isn’t a family friendly car; there’s pretty much no legroom in the back of the car. Maybe if you’re short and very skinny you could fit well, but taller or heavier folks will definitely not fit in the back. I certainly struggled to fit just to pull the seat down to extend the trunk space! The headrests of the backseats are a little tall and don’t let the front seats click back up all the way unless you pull the bucket seats up really far which is a little annoying but as someone who doesn’t lug around much it’s not something I’m really frustrated with. The trunk is super spacious! It rides very smoothly on the absolute garbage roads here in Western Washington (we have some of the worst roads in the US). Still bumpy because the potholes are insane, but smoother than our my parents vehicles and my old car (2011 Kia Soul). The audio controls on the steering wheel are mounted on the back which was odd to me initially but I have quickly adapted to their placement and make use of them a ton with Apple Music. Speaking of music, the base 6 speaker audio system sounds phenomenal as it comes; loud and I can really feel the drums and bass on higher volumes which I love, though I’ll be adding a subwoofer at some point. Let the music play! The engine and transmission run and function well and shifts smoothly in both regular and sport driving mode; I love sport mode, the slight engine sound difference and touchier throttle is fun, but it does reduce fuel efficiency a bit so I don’t use it too terribly much. I do wish the car was fitted with a cat-back exhaust system so it at least has the sound of a muscle car (where’s the allure in a muscle car, particularly one that revives the classics in a modern form, that has a quiet engine?) while retaining the more dependable and fuel efficient motor. That is something I will be saving up to change out, but that’s just me; for many that doesn’t matter, but is something to note if you are an avid lover of classic muscle cars and want to enjoy its allure even if you can’t afford the higher trims with the V8s, I certainly couldn’t; but that’s okay, I still cherish this car and appreciate the reliability of the V6 as a lower income individual. One thing I really don’t like (but chose to live with as I love the car to death otherwise) is that a lot of the climate control features are “locked” behind the infotainment screen; making it a big distraction and hassle to change between max or regular air conditioning and the which fans are blowing. The only buttons for it is a dial for fan strength, an off switch, an auto button, defrosters, and the AC on/off button. The USB and aux plug ins are inside the console, which is kind of awkward, but I actually like that as it makes you put your phone in the console (unless you have a long cord, mine is coiled) which prevents it from being a distraction. There is a moderate blind spot, but it is easily corrected with *properly* angled side mirrors. All in all I love this car and couldn’t recommend it more than I do. I plan to try to make this last the rest of my life in the best shape possible. It’s Mopar or no car! 🚗

I was searching for an Ecosport on Cars.com and found an awesome deal at Watsonville Ford. I live 400 miles away, so I was wary of bait and switch which some dealers practice. But, we negotiated a deal and arranged financing online, I flew into san Jose (about 50 minutes away), they had a nice young man pick me up, I test drove the vehicle I was buying to the dealership. The paperwork was waiting for me, I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. No games were played, the process could not have been easier. I would feel very comfortable buying from them again.

2015 SXT plus V6 full leather interior absolutely love this car. Don’t let the V-6 fool you. This thing really runs out. My last car was a 2014 challenger hemi RT and this would’ve kept right up with it. Great car for the money. Cold air kit, and this eight speed transmission really made all the difference. Best 0 to 60 time 5.6 seconds.

On 1/27/25 took my 2015 Wrangler in for a check engine light and the code I provided was for a faulty thermostat. My Service Advisor Michael gave me a price quote of just under $800 to replace the thermostat and housing which is after a $220 diagnostic charge. I was told that the part was on back order and would be a month or more before they could get it, "Sorry thats all we can do, we'll call you when it comes in," was their only reply. I took my Jeep to Firestone in Watsonville, they ordered the part from Santa Cruz Dodge and had it installed the next day. Watsonville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram also at the time quoted $270.42 plus labor for a power steering flush that they said "failed." I called the Santa Cruz Dodge dealership and they quoted me $150. I purchased my vehicle from the Watsonville dealership and this is not the first instance of very poor customer service and price gouging in the service department. I have spoken to the service manager before who was responsive at the time but at this point I felt others should be forewarned.

I have had several Chargers over a lot of years, and this is the best! It is just so stupid that Dodge quit making one of their best selling cars.

I flew in from Phoenix az to purchase my 2015 BMW X4. Comparably equipped X4's in Arizona are $3000 more than United Imports price. But none had the color combination I wanted anyway. United did. Isaac knew the vehicle inside and out and didn't pressure me to buy. Transaction was smooth and quick and I was on my way back to Phoenix before the sun set. Btw, they have sooooooo many very nice pre owned vehicles. If cars are your weakness, stay away ��. You will want to buy something.

I received my 2013 R/T as a Christmas present in 2015. 1 owner before me put 6800 miles on it. You have to put 5000 miles on this car for the launch to kick in. I have maintained my car with regular synthetic oil changes and recommend dealer tuneups and with now having 89000 miles on it, it performs as it did when received. I have put 3sets of tires on it in 10 years. Very good car as I always wanted another Challenger. When I was 14 my future husband had a 1969/1970 challenger. It’s first year. We started with a 340 then changed engine out to a 440, then again to 426 Hemi. The 2013 Hemi is faster. Love my Challenger

Car was ready for test drive as promised turned out to be what I wanted. Sales person was very attentive and helpful. The few items that needed correction was handled right away.

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

I was the second owner for a 2023 Durango Hellcat Premium Plus. I wish I would have purchased this car first before my charger ScatPack. The Durango is a family car and it’s safer to drive. With the power and has lots of room I Woolsey say it’s a great car. I’m sure they’ll have them around in 6 years I’ll buy another hellca t Durango destroyer gray with the black red rally stripes!

The Durango drive ability is very good, power is very adequate. But the cam shafts developed a ridge which caused a loud ticking noise. They had to be replaced. This was an expensive undertaking. In a low mileage vehicles. Dodge should pay me for my expenses.

I am so glad I decided to get a Charger in 2015. I now have a 2023 Daytona and LOVE it. Beautiful and fun to drive. Only problem is there is no spare tire, just basically a fix a flat kit.

This place is amazing! They have so many cars to choose from. Plus they have an exotics lane which is really cool, they have everything from a Benz to a Porsche! The whole buying process is very quick, I bought my car in two hours and drove home. In comparison to the Mercedes of Stevens Creek, which literally took me 8 hours to buy after I picked out my car. The only knock is the service department, which doesn’t do paint repair for scratches, even though they told me that the scratches on my car would be fixed, they only used touch up paint, which looks like I did it myself and not professionally done like I wanted. But it was a used car, so no big deal. Overall I highly recommend!

Just hit 10k miles. I have bought so many brand new cars in my life and this is the only car that has not had to go back to the dealer for warranty repair. So thrilled with it. Drives great, plenty of power and so responsive. Good looking too. Very comfortable in the front seat. All around a great car. Dodge has me for life!

I purchased an se ,03 back in 05 with 9k miles now has 75k ok I don't run around town a lot but considering the vehicle a 2.7 and my work it has been agree at vehicle and I became the second owner. To my wonder, I found an original owner of a 99 es who had just purchased a 300 s off lease I bought the 99 es and all the paperwork came with what a car impressed and more toys than the 03 se....faster too

I have 411,988 miles in my 2005 dodge ram Laramie 4x4 6 speed Cummins diesel.. For an 05 it’s unusually loaded… power leather heated seats factory moonroof factory blue tooth navigation … I don’t know of any option not ordered. This truck runs and drives absolutely amazingly. Only second clutch second set of injectors.Original fuel delivery offers no issues … I service myself with only the best OEM or better parts .Custom dual exhaust sounds awesome…Id drive it anywhere anytime.Have 411k in this and 352k on my 2004 Hemi ram…. I call them my Semi and my Hemi…750,000 miles between the 2 and both original drivetrains…. Love it when people say Japanese cars are the best… I say look at my 2 Dodge odometers!!!

Look around first so you understand that their prices can't be haggled but it is worth it. I couldn't find a single car within $1K of their price. And the quality of the car was outstanding. Easy. Great kid's corner keeps them occupied too. No pressure sales is a beautiful thing.

the car is absolutely amazing…. but they are out of there xxxx minds if they think this car is worth $70,000 . Completely over priced and someone is trying to screw someone over big time. The car is not worth that much and we have yet reached a time where they are no longer selling them at dealerships. There are a lot still out here and selling very well. This person who ever put that $70,000 price tag on this car is insane and shouldn’t be aloud to sell fruit no less a car smh.

I contacted them about a minivan in stock and set an appointment to visit. Marcel was able to set up a test drive and inspection. I noted 4 things to correct before going forward. He is currently working on fixes. I have put a deposit on the van to hold it and show my intention to purchase.

I really LOVE my new (used) car. We bought this vehicle so we can tow a travel trailer behind it. This will work perfectly for that.

The dealer I bought it from was horrible , Twenty hills dodge jeep, They were misleading. I found out 2 days later that the car had been wrecked. I love the car but the Rack and pinion. is bad on it, The service department is horrible. Still haven't got the car fixed yet,

I got the 2022 Challenger, all black,black..shaker hood. It's Winter here in NORTH Michigan so had to tuck the Harley in till Spring. This car helps me when I'm Jonesing for my bike. Bought this car new in July 2016, it has a been a great experience. It has 12,400 miles on it, and is barely broken in. Well engineered in my opinion.

Updating my review on the service department. I was contacted by Makan Ardalani who was amazing. They looked at my Rav4, inspected all of the brakes, ensured it was safe and even offered free detailing. Makan really made me feel heard regarding my concern with the brakes sound, and after the team re-looked at the brakes, I am no longer hearing any noises. I am hoping Makan gave feedback to the service dept regarding listening to folks' concerns, and I will definitely give this service department another try.
