I recently bought a lightly-used 2019 Honda Passport Sport. My agent was David Lopez and Don (the director of finance) also helped with the process. I had an excellent experience as a whole at this dealership, and in particular working with David Lopez and Don. I had four cars I was interested in looking at- David made sure to get them all ready ahead of time- to make everything easier for me to compare and contrast them. He was very genuine- he didn't give off any bad "salesman" vibes that make you feel pressured or manipulated. It was like having a exceptionally well-informed friend helping me pick which car was going to best fit my needs and lifestyle. He was able to answer all of my questions and was very patient while I waffled between two very similar cars. I would *highly* recommend working with David Lopez. Don was (obviously) excellent at his job- and made sure I completely understood everything we were going over. Overall, I had an absolutely phenomenal experience working with David Lopez, Don and everyone else behind the scenes at Luther Westside Volkswagen.

I’ve owned 3 of the newer models and loved each one . The 2019 SXT bought new , 2018 GT bought used as well as the 2022 Scat Pack , all 3 were great cars and about to look at number 4 a 2021 SXT

Top notch service. They tended to every item that we needed and then some. Kept us informed as they did the work on the car and did not make us feel rushed to get back and pick up car. Price was reasonable and staff very efficient and friendly.

As usual, Brad and Tom (service writers) took excellent care of me and the shop took good care of my truck. Once again service was timely and fair. Even though I'm retired now and not driving much, me and my 20 year old Avalanche still get treated like I did when I was working, putting 75,000 miles a year on my Ryan purchased Chevys. I had problems with misfire. Cylinder #5 misfire about 135000 miles. It was under extended warranty. Still cost me some dollars because the dealership some other issues needed to be repaired that they say they found and without repaired the warranty company wouldn't replace the Cylinder #5. Now I have 151000 miles and Cylinder #6 has misfire. I have a 2018 GT Plus. Very nice looking car. Now with high mileage it seems like a problem. I had all maintenance preformed including oil changes. That was very important because without that the warranty company wouldn't have paid for the repairs.

We had an awesome salesmen. Explained everything and also redid the paperwork after I decided not to go with the extra warranty. When I got home from buying the car I noticed online the price of the car was less then originally charged. I indicated this and they granted me the lower price. I just got a check in the mail for the$800 difference.

I drove a durango GT for 300 miles its not bad the 3.6 V6 is plenty powerful and 30mpg but no hemi theatre. Interior is xxxx near luxurious and the ride is very good. A lot of reliability issues seem to stem from going long on oil changes and driving the car like it's a rental car aka the average dodge driver. If you keep up on the maintenance, this is a genuinely enjoyable car that does almost everything decently well.

Rich was very knowledgeable and helpful in the purchase of my new Sonata. He wanted to make sure that I found the right vehicle for me. He took the time to ask me what I liked about my previous vehicle and what I would like in my new one. It was hard to trade in my old Sonata because it was such a great vehicle but Rich made it a very easy transition. This my 5th Durango (2022 GT). Size is right, comfortable, powerful and good value for money. Just wish they would get rid of the piano black trim on the center stack. Led lighting vast improvement and lots of safety features.

Josh Hartigan had absolutely terrible customer service. You should absolutely try to avoid him. He was incredibly rude during the entire financial process. It seemed like he was upset I didn't take his loan insurance offer that would give him commission. I expected Luther Toyota to hire better employees for a more friendly experience. Cheer up Josh, come on. Dave Thomas was a great guy! I loved my experience with him, and he made the process very smooth. I got the car that I liked and he didn't try to sell me anything extra on top. Class act. Superb service. Friendly guy. Bottom line: ask for Dave, avoid Josh.

Full loaded, excellent power and towing capacity, 97000k miles and runs like a champ, One of the best cars I ever owned. I a good family SUV.

I received my 2013 R/T as a Christmas present in 2015. 1 owner before me put 6800 miles on it. You have to put 5000 miles on this car for the launch to kick in. I have maintained my car with regular synthetic oil changes and recommend dealer tuneups and with now having 89000 miles on it, it performs as it did when received. I have put 3sets of tires on it in 10 years. Very good car as I always wanted another Challenger. When I was 14 my future husband had a 1969/1970 challenger. It’s first year. We started with a 340 then changed engine out to a 440, then again to 426 Hemi. The 2013 Hemi is faster. Love my Challenger

I have gone to no one else for service on my 2016 Town & Country van. Their customer service skills are unprecedented, even compared to customer skills of yesteryear!! They don't over-sell repairs. They check your vehicle according to the maintenance manual and make you aware of issues.... with no pressure to repair said issues! My next vehicle will be purchased from them!

I am 56 years old and have purchased 6 brand new cars in my lifetime. I own them from 7-12 years, usually overlapping the ownership as I sell the old one rather than trade it in. I have previously purchased 2 other Dodges, 2 Chevys, a Toyota and Subaru. The 2015 Dodge Durango I currently own is the only vehicle that I have never had an issue with, nothing broken, no engine lights, nothing. I simply kept up with the maintenance. I had planned on replacing the front brake pads at around 60,000 miles and when I took the calipers off, the old pads showed little wear, so I left it. At 9 years of ownership I decided to change the battery even though it was still good. At 130,000 miles I changed the spark plugs and figured I should change the coils while I was at it, again no indication of wear, I just felt it was time. It was at this mileage I finally changed the pads and planned on doing the rotors as well, but the rotors showed little to no wear so I only did the pads. I went to my local Dodge dealer the other day and talked to a salesperson about getting a new Durango, hopefully it will be as good as this one.

Bought new in 2020. Has only 23,000 miles . Love this car. Roomy, comfortable, has 3 row seating and the hatch back for easy carrying groceries and unloading. Peppy with the Hemi V8, but mileage is only 15-17 mpg. Don’t care because it’s fun to drive, good looking and easy to maneuver and park. All the whistle and bells on it. Probably my last car. Registered on NHTSA so have had no recalls. We do have a 2024 Ram with the Hemi. Will keep that one too.
