Purchased the car about a month ago, had an amazing experience. Car runs great and is in fantastic condition.

Our Dart has been great. One thing it will needs a QT of oil every 1000 miles. We had low profile tires. Lots of problems. But I knew that when I bought the car. had to replace rims. Gas Mileage is 24 miles Combined. Spare tire was an option. I check that box. Need spare tire. Only real problem was air condition. Needed a hose it was under warranty.

Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

After looking for 4 months ,we bought a f150 and f250.Alex was awesome!!!! He helped us transport the cars from IL to Cali,paperwork was easy , he did everything for ! Wish we had dealers like this in San Diego! Will come again to buy another car! Thanks Alex!!!

I love it! It's comfortable and big for my family. It rides smoothly and I love the heated seats. It will be nice in our cold winters. I feel safer for the winter months worth the AWD.

I purchased a 2008 CL 550 that I absolutely love. It drives almost like it’s brand new despite being 18 years old. So I bought this car with no intention of owning it long... but now I love it! Have the SE with the 2.0 (which I read with the 6 spd is most reliable). My only complaint is that it could have more power for maneuvering into traffic... that said it's getting me 37+ mpg going 80 and even over mountain passes. It has great weight distribution and corners almost as well as my bmw 3 series did thanks to the Alpha Romeo chassis. The shifts are smooth - even in high traffic freeway driving and over the mountain passes (maintains whatever speed I want over the passes as well). It's comfortable on long drives - have a 5 hour drive 2x per month. I kind of hate that I love it so much - but also a value shopper - so I take that it was so cheap to purchase into consideration. It only has 68k miles, so interested to see how it holds up in the long run... haven't had any issues at all with it over the past 12k miles I've owned it. It was well maintained by the original owners.

This is a great van. Stow and go seats mean tons of room. Driver seat is fully powered and very comfortable to sit in. Without a doubt the most comfortable vehicle I have ever had.

This Sprinter is great. I have a sharpening shop set up in the van. It is roomy, I can stand up inside. The rear doors open fully and fold back to magnetic clips on the sides. Tremendous air flow through. I get 22 MPG in all sorts of driving. The vehicle handles very well and the brakes stop better than any van I have had. I have driven this van for a year (20,000 miles) and had no trouble. The only negative is not many Dodge dealers service the sprinter. That can be a problem.

Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.

They are in the midst of expanding their car lot and do not have a structured building. They only have a mobile unit currently on the property so it's a bit disorganized right now. Sales personnel did not seem very friendly but they also aren't pushy which I liked. Most of the cars exteriors were really dirty from a dust storm that occurred a couple of weeks ago. They have a large inventory of vehicle choices.

This vehicle was great when living down south, being rear wheel drive only, but moving to the northeast, not so good in snow. These rear wheel only Nitro's are great -- IF you dont have a lot of winter driving to deal with

Hi guys: This is my 4th report on this vehicle. The car is now 10 years old and has 140,000 miles on it. Our car has the 3.6 Pentastar, 3rd row seating, 8.4 inch Uconnect system, roof racks, premium sound system, DVD player, rear air conditioning, push button start, heated seats and steering wheel, back up camera and is front wheel drive only. Engine, transmission and air conditioner have been excellent. Never a problem. 30 miles to the gallon on the highway. Many suspension components have been replaced and vehicle is starting to rust around the rear wheel well. Uconnect has had issues. All in all a very reliable and very comfortable vehicle. Highly recommend it.

These vans are better built than the competition. Granted Sprinters require a higher level of maintenance and a mechanic who is experienced with these vans. Also parts will cost more but they will outlast any other van if properly maintained.

From the moment we arrived, Zee was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He gave us plenty of time to look over the car, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable during the test drive. There was no pressure at all, just genuine support. I was visiting the area for an extended weekend 800 miles from home, when on Friday evening the dash showed a check engine light, the information center warned about a transmission issue. First thing Saturday morning I called Biggers, and spoke with Mike, the service manager, who said they were booked up, but would be willing to check the diagnostic trouble codes. I arrived at Biggers, and noticed that the repair shop was very large, busy, clean, and well organized. The assistant service manager, also named Mike, checked the codes, showing issues with the transmission. He conferred with their transmission technician, who advised to either leave or tow the car, as there could be potential for a catastrophic failure. While we were waiting for a rental car, Mike came out to say that he'd found a Technical Service Bulletin describing the problem with the recommended fix being to load new software on the transmission control module. I agreed to go ahead; they did the recommended service, and 45 minutes later the car was back on the road. In the 1000 miles I've driven since, the car has been perfect. I really appreciate Mike going out of his way to fit in a stranded out-of-towner for an emergency repair on a busy Saturday morning. If I were local, I'd definitely be back for future service work.

I've owned the 2016 Dodge Journey SXT 3.6L V6 AWD SUV, since April 2017. Purchased with approximately 10k miles, this vehicle has been nothing but a pleasure to drive & own. I've had zero mechanical issues beyond regular maintenance (new tires, oil changes/scheduled manufacturer service, basic upkeep). I worked between Charlotte & NYC for more than 4 years, driving each way every 6-8 weeks and the car has had no problems at all. Super reliable with extra seating & massive cargo space. I now have 74k miles & still no major issues.
