Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!

Tom exceeded every expectation by going above and beyond through the entire sales process. He completely changed my perception of the car buying experience. I bought this car with 70,000,when it was one year old. It has been very reliable, I still use it and I am at 250,000 miles right now. I did have to do a transmission repair at about 150,000, and I do have a small oil pan leak right now at 250,000. Both of these fixes are not unusual for the number of miles they have. I use it for my every day commute of about 50 miles/ day, and have traveled all over the US with it and used it as a ride share vehicle for a period. So I will say I am very happy with the overall purchase and reliability of the vehicle. It has been great for my family of 5.

After not finding the new 2017 Jeep I was seeking at my local go to dealership I broadened my search distance. Now, I did just purchase this car, just a couple of months ago, and even though it's an older car, it only had 55,000 miles when I bought it, and I purchased a 5-star warranty as well. First, I'm probably being a bit bias, b/c I'm a Dodge fan, due the Nitro I had previously. But so far, the other reviews I've read are pretty much spot-on. Mine has the 2.4L 4-cylinder. It's not as good on the gas mileage as other 4 cylinders, from the Reviews I had already read, b/c the Journey is heavy, but for me, it's also less to fill up than the 3.6L, 6 cylinder Nitro I owned previously. I also wouldn't take it on any sharp turns either. As other reviews had said, the engine does make some noise, but it's not that big of a deal to me. However, unlike the other reviews I had read, I have plenty of space as a driver, it's not as compacted as I thought it would be, but the cargo space has plenty of room, just like I've read. The infotainment system is really good too, just like the reviews I'd read had stated. I have SIRIUS, don't know how, I'm not paying for it, but if it's a feature with this car, fantastic, BB King's Bluesville station is on constant play, as other stations are too. It doesn't have the vehicle backing system nor an AUX connector that most cars now have, but it's a 2015, and the Journey wasn't Dodge's most elite model either. However, so far, I'm growing into this car, and glad I purchased it. I'll probably get the Hornet next. Ha.

Our Dart has been great. One thing it will needs a QT of oil every 1000 miles. We had low profile tires. Lots of problems. But I knew that when I bought the car. had to replace rims. Gas Mileage is 24 miles Combined. Spare tire was an option. I check that box. Need spare tire. Only real problem was air condition. Needed a hose it was under warranty.

I bought this truck brand NEW, I now have 362,000 miles on her and she is still running great. My only repairs were a shaft in the transfer case and new bushings in the rear suspension. . I am planning on replacing the front struts and I am thinking about 3/4 ton leaf springs. Why ? Because the truck is used as a truck not a family sedan. But I can see why people use it as a family sedan. Rides like one. . I will never sell this truck. Best truck I ever owned ! Thank you Diamler Chrysler. Awesome truck.

This car is great. I discovered Its platform is based on an Alfa Romeo. If you want Alfa Romeo performance without the mega buck price, get a Dart!

Great buying experience. We live just over an hour away and received an excellent and honest phone description of the vehicle we were considering. All of the staff including the owner and his wife are very courteous and our salesman Mike was waiting for us when we arrived. We decided to buy the vehicle during the test drive and called Mike to negotiate an out the door price. We continued our test drive and drove 20 minutes to a branch office of our bank to get a check. I called Mike from the bank with the rest of the details and all of the paperwork was ready by the time we got back. Couldn't be happier with the experience.

I've had my 2015 Dodge Journey AVP for 4 and a half years now and I've Never had any mechanical issues what so ever. Just normal wear and tear, like tires, an alignment, wiper blades and oil changes is all I've had to do. I gets pretty good gas mileage and handles snow like a champ, being front wheel drive. I'd recommend this vehicle to anyone wanting a good reliable SUV. It's not like my Denali that I lost in a rear-ended crash, but it's a solid vehicle!!!

2010 95,k miles . Hasnt let me down but once. Broke linkage when i didn't see a hole in my lane Has cvt trans . No problems and trans fluid never changed yet . Rubber trim on the outside and the paint is my complaint. In the sun all time!

I just missed the car it was a van decent miles under 2k and I knew it was going to sell quickly and it did but Lori was so nice and suggested to look on the site and call because they get cars like that in often so I suggest her and this company and they jingle is catchy

This vehicle has been my dependable transportation for the past 16 years. It recently made the 4000 mile round trip from Phoenix, AZ to Eagle River, WI without any problems and at times averaged 30 miles per gallon. It is roomy and quiet, the air conditioning blows cold air, and the stereo system sounds great. It's a great car.

Brandon was great! I was buying a car for my oldest son, Inlive in AZ, my son lives in IN, and the car was in Michigan. I have purchased TWO vehicles from this dealer. First purchase, was easy peezy. In and out but my 2nd vehicle I purchased their gap insurance (major bad idea) because the vehicle was totaled and I had to put in a gap claim. Make a long story short, Smart Auto tried everything they could to NOT pay off my gap claim but the finance lady Debbie wasn't having it. I called her with my concern and she called those folks up and handled this for me. 4 months AFTER the insurance agent paid the claim, Debbie put fire to the gap company's xxx and guess what? My claim will be paid in 5 days. I'm so happy and forever grateful for her because good help is so hard to come buy. I think I'm going to buy another vehicle from them just off this service alone!

I love my Dart - in 7 years only one problem that was taken care of by the warranty. Anything else was ware and tear related. I am so disappointed that Dodge is not making cars other than 2 that are overpriced sports cars.
