I had a very negative experience at a dealer on Hall Rd in Macomb and was about to wash my hands and walk away from Jeep altogether when Aaron Carter from Rochester Hills Chrysler Jeep reached out to me via email about my interest in a Renegade. I explained the nightmare I was dealing with and was rethinking Jeep altogether. They honored the price the other dealer and I had agreed upon even though this new car had all the bells and whistles and cost more. They made it happen! They sent a driver out of state to retrieve it and when it came time to come in and sign all of the paperwork, Aaron saw me walking over to Gus?s desk and stopped what he was busily working on to say, ?So, today?s the big day! Picking up the Renegade I see. I `m so happy it worked it. Are you excited?? with a huge smile on his face. Gus?s manager also came over to introduce himself and welcomed me to the Jeep family. Gus was nothing but extraordinary from that first phone call to the moment I drove off the lot. He walked me through each and every step of the process, explaining it all. On pickup day, he took me out to my new car and spent 45 minutes with me, showing me each and every single option and how it functioned and had me do everything with him there to make sure I understood how everything worked including setting up my radio stations and Bluetooth. Aaron and Gus are my Knights in Shining Armor! Both gentleman really worked hard to turn this very unhappy customer coming from another dealer to a happy one because of them at Rochester Hills Jeep. the car is absolutely amazing…. but they are out of there xxxx minds if they think this car is worth $70,000 . Completely over priced and someone is trying to screw someone over big time. The car is not worth that much and we have yet reached a time where they are no longer selling them at dealerships. There are a lot still out here and selling very well. This person who ever put that $70,000 price tag on this car is insane and shouldn’t be aloud to sell fruit no less a car smh.

If you are wanting a reliable car, that drives smooth, this is the car for you! Hands down the best car I have ever owned! I have a 2016 SXT Rear Wheel drive with the 3.6L V6 engine. I am the original owner and still till today I have the car. From mileage of 0-135,000, I have only had to have the oil changed, tires rotated, and of course brakes. At 135,000 miles I had my first major repair which was the passenger side lifters, cam shaft and Rods replaced. Now currently at 140,000 my drive shaft. But overall, this car has been hands down the best I have ever owned. The only thing that I am disappointed with is that Chargers are known for the door panels to peel away, and yet Dodge still has not put in a recall on this matter. Wake up Dodge put the recall in on the door panels pulling away, because honestly the glue you all used back then is not living up to its potential.

So I bought this car with no intention of owning it long... but now I love it! Have the SE with the 2.0 (which I read with the 6 spd is most reliable). My only complaint is that it could have more power for maneuvering into traffic... that said it's getting me 37+ mpg going 80 and even over mountain passes. It has great weight distribution and corners almost as well as my bmw 3 series did thanks to the Alpha Romeo chassis. The shifts are smooth - even in high traffic freeway driving and over the mountain passes (maintains whatever speed I want over the passes as well). It's comfortable on long drives - have a 5 hour drive 2x per month. I kind of hate that I love it so much - but also a value shopper - so I take that it was so cheap to purchase into consideration. It only has 68k miles, so interested to see how it holds up in the long run... haven't had any issues at all with it over the past 12k miles I've owned it. It was well maintained by the original owners.

Our Dart has been great. One thing it will needs a QT of oil every 1000 miles. We had low profile tires. Lots of problems. But I knew that when I bought the car. had to replace rims. Gas Mileage is 24 miles Combined. Spare tire was an option. I check that box. Need spare tire. Only real problem was air condition. Needed a hose it was under warranty.

At 129,000 mi I replaced the plugs,igniti on coils,belt tensioner and belt,PCV,M AP sensor,water pump,new aluminum coolant crossover( by plastic), aluminu m thermostat housing and thermostat ,upper & lower radiator hoses,new all aluminum oil filter housing(by plastic),n ew lower& upper intake manifold gaske ts,cut out the plastic heater core "Tee" and installed a metal 1"x1"x1/2" and ne w hose clamps,flushed and refilled OAT antifreeze,drained trany pan and put in new oil filter and new trany pan"with a installed drain plug" in it,replaced the 3.5 qts of synthetic ATF+4 transmission fluid that come out of it and used the trany fluid check stick at 150° F throug h the "dealer only" trany fluid tube cap to 63 mm measurement trany fluid leve l,replaced both upstream O2 sensors, cleaned the throttle and throttle body, put on a new lower engine oil pan( that the oil change shop stripped the drain plug threads out on) changed the 5W-2 0 synthetic oil,and drained/ pumped out all rear end gear lube oil and put in new 75W-140 gear lube. I figure,that, my 2014 charger SE 3.6L should be good for another 100,000 to 200,000 miles ( of course,I will drain an d refill the trany fluid again after 10,00 0 to 15,000 mi to bring my fluid ratio up to 75% -90% clean/ new trany fluid) . I've already brought my MPG up from 18 mpg to 26mpg Lesson and advice--"take care of your car/ investment and you won't have to spend another $30,000 to $90,000 for/on a new car' (I call "the junk and crap cars of today)". Personally-im considering a 1960' s to 1970's dodge,Chevy SS,Pontiac,cuda,or GTO of yester-year I remember owning and diving in my youth( 45+ years ago).

Overall experience EXCELLENT they even drove my car at to my house----from beginning to end Tom was GREAT--I pretty much knew what I wanted when I got there--since I was not getting a loan for my car-we didnt have all that stuff--he even helped me get ahold of my insurance agent for my proof--it was only one day from start to finish--I was surprised when I found out they had 6 Malibu's---most dealerships don't have hardly any----LOVE my new (2021) car--last vehicle I purchased was 2010---I will recommend them to everyone--

Owned a Dodge Charger GT 2021 for 3 years now. Grey with the nice 245 tires. The care is BEAUTIFUL. I love the style and Dodge give you soo many options to customize it. I added a rear winder louver and some racing stripes. Its a car that looks super fast eventhough its on a V6. But who am I racing in my daily driver? The drive is nice, excellent 305 HP, and massive caliphers along with rotors gives you excellent stopping power. All is stock. This is a strong rear wheel drive. I see why many people like doing donuts in this car. its fun, but at $400 a tire, not me. The comfort could be better. Plenty of space, as a man who is 6'2 300, very spacious, but the seats are not comfortable for long distance trips, The stereo system is average, nothing to boom or even brag about. I do like all of the electronic features, such as checking your 0-60, sports control, and Mopar app. that keeps you updated on your car needs. The value, I think its a bit over priced. At the time it was $42K, but I traded a 2018 Challenger that knocked off $20k and then Dodge had a special that knocked another $3k off and with 0% financing using Chrysler Capital...it was a deal. I know without these perks I have settled for the SXT. A huge negative about this car, it depreciate badly. Only 3 years and the car lost almost half its value. I support over time, since Dodge stop making these cars in 2023...they may increase in value...but I doubt it. Ask Pontiac.

SXT AWD 3.6 V6 is a very comfortable and dependable car with enough power. I get 33 mpg on long trips and with AWD very handy for wet roads or snow. Lots of extra features like the Beats stereo and I also like the red door puddle lights, fold-down rear seat makes extra trunk hauling space, too. I recommend the Charger, No mechanical issues so far.

I am so glad I decided to get a Charger in 2015. I now have a 2023 Daytona and LOVE it. Beautiful and fun to drive. Only problem is there is no spare tire, just basically a fix a flat kit.

I bought a 2014 Dart Rallye 2.4 litre with 107k miles and I'm extremely happy with it. Its an automatic transmission and shifts perfect, in manual mode it runs great and the gas mileage is outstanding!!! It handles like its pn rails, and other than my 1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse it the sexiest,sleekest, most comfortable car Ive owned and this is the 30th car I've owned, so not bad Dodge. its a notch below my 2015 Chrysler 200C, but just barely, so for the price I recommend this vehicle to all drivers

i have a 2018 SXT it is plumb crazy purple love the color was going to buy a B5 blue until i seen them side by side. The biggest problem i have with it is the door panels warping on all 4 doors along with the drivers side console. This is a common problem with the Dodge cars. there should be a recall from the factory but alas nothing. Door panel run anywhere from 250 used to 600 new. Check the web about this before buying a Dodge.
