Was in the market for a pre-owned vehicle. After searching for a few days, ended up at Valley Motor. My salesman, Kevin, was very congenial and gregarious. Walked me through a few vehicles with a test drive in each. He wasn't pushy but was very eager to meet me where I wanted to go price and model wise. We struck a deal and signed some paperwork. I had unfortunately ran out of time that day, so had to pick up the vehicle the following day. Kevin was not working that day, but set me up with Kyle the previousday, who also did a fantastic job of taking care of me and my disabled father. I'll always remember a dealership, whether they treated me well or dropped the ball. Because of both Kevin and Kyle treating me so well, as well as my disabled father, I will definitely shop there when I need another vehicle.

I got the 2022 Challenger, all black,black..shaker hood. It's Winter here in NORTH Michigan so had to tuck the Harley in till Spring. This car helps me when I'm Jonesing for my bike. I've owned Porsche 911, a G35 and now this baby. I originally leased it for a few years and was going to give it to my son for his 16th birthday, but decided to keep it as it is STILL so much fun to drive. Fast, zippy, not one problem in 4 years. Just replaced the battery (AAA said I didn't need to, but after 60K, better safe than sorry). Replaced the tires at 40K. Other than that, regular oil changes. LOVE IT.

This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Don Sitts automotive and just like before the entire experience was excellent. The challenger turns heads no matter where you go or what model you choose. The performance you will get out of your car will leave a smile on your face every time you drive it. It will also leave you wanting to drive all the time. When you first step on the gas and the challenger responds. Pushing you back into your seat a little giving you the feeling of the power it holds. If that doesn’t make you smile you are in the wrong vehicle. If you want the best modern Muscle car look no further the Challenger is it. Since the 60’s and 70’s the challenger hasn’t changed much unlike the Mustang and Camaro. If you want a Modern day Muscle Car you cannot pass up looking at the Dodge Challenger.

We now have 40K miles on ours. We have had small issues such as a coolant leak and a blown speaker but all were covered at no cost under warranty. Performance is great. There are a few software bugs that have been getting resolved with updates.

I’ve had my 2024 Hornet GT for over 2 years now and I could not be happier! I’m just short of 28,000 miles. Love the sporty Dodge design with some Italian flair from its Alfa Romeo sister vehicle the Tonale. The standard all wheel drive is great along with a long list of standard features like blind spot monitor, parking sensors, lane keep assist, advanced brake assist, traffic sign recognition, 10.25 inch screen w/ wireless car play, etc. Quite the value for a car that starts at $32k! Highly recommend it to anyone!

Loved picking up our 2025 Corolla Hybrid in time for Valentines Day. Mike Butream and the dealership were able to order the exact car I wanted. This is the 4th Toyota we have purchased from Mike, so that says it all. Such personal service!

I had problems with misfire. Cylinder #5 misfire about 135000 miles. It was under extended warranty. Still cost me some dollars because the dealership some other issues needed to be repaired that they say they found and without repaired the warranty company wouldn't replace the Cylinder #5. Now I have 151000 miles and Cylinder #6 has misfire. I have a 2018 GT Plus. Very nice looking car. Now with high mileage it seems like a problem. I had all maintenance preformed including oil changes. That was very important because without that the warranty company wouldn't have paid for the repairs.

Everything was good except I felt there was a lack of communication and updates on the vehicle and lack of a accurate time frame of when it would be done

Recently purchased a GT Plus with black package. This is an underrated SUV and is a blast to drive. It has great performance, AWD, and features not found on other SUVs. It has a comfortable, very comfortable seats, and quiet ride. It handles really good, and the steering has good feel. The plus package adds leather heated and cooled seats and a heated steering wheel. The Harmon Kardon sound system sounds great. The interface system is loaded with apps and is responsive. The 268 HP and 295 torque puts other SUVs to shame. The Alfa DNA is what gives this vehicle the performance, character, and soul. The ONLY drawback I can find is limited cargo space. The discounts dealers are offering on this SUV makes this a steal. I think some of the negative reviews are from people working for other manufacturers.

This is better than the competition.in performance, handling, interior quality tech, and comfort features over the competition. The Hornet is made in the same factory as the Alfa Romeo. This is what gives the Hornet Suv it's upscale interior, handling, and character. With the $10,000 discounts being offered these vehicles are a steal. Be sure to check one out if shopping for a compact SUV. Advice from a person that retired after 33 years in the car business.

I purchased a Tesla from this dealership about a month ago. This was my first ev car purchase. Micheal Baldwin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful not only with helping me pick the right car. But even after I purchased the car stayed in contact with me making sure everything was right even sending me the correct adapters, I needed to plug in. Mike was super helpful and not pushy! I will definitely buy from Mike again!

We've had a few hiccups in the car the one I'd like to most point out that I think there needs to be a recall on the back LED light stripping failure

After searching the western/upstate NY area for a used truck and not finding what I was looking for, I ended up finding a few near each other in NE Ohio. One of those was here at Haasz. I got hooked up with Geno. Fantastic guy! Had the truck waiting for me, and tossed me the keys for a test ride the second I hit the lot. As it turned out, one of the trucks at another dealer was better suited for me - no reflection on Geno or his manager Justin. Had a great conversation with them, and though they really wanted to sell me their truck, they certainly didn’t make it an overly pressured, uncomfortable, or distasteful experience, and understood where I was coming from. I wouldn’t hesitate to make the ride down there again to do business with them…5 hours away!

Bought new in 2020. Has only 23,000 miles . Love this car. Roomy, comfortable, has 3 row seating and the hatch back for easy carrying groceries and unloading. Peppy with the Hemi V8, but mileage is only 15-17 mpg. Don’t care because it’s fun to drive, good looking and easy to maneuver and park. All the whistle and bells on it. Probably my last car. Registered on NHTSA so have had no recalls. We do have a 2024 Ram with the Hemi. Will keep that one too.

I researched a lot of 7-seater SUVs before deciding on a 1 year old Durango... we needed something that could haul our 5 kids and also double as a commuter car with good cargo space for my husband, who travels to construction job sites all over the place. We both love our RAM trucks (mine is the 2500 horse hauler), so Dodge was a natural choice for us, but we opted for the V6 model for better gas mileage than our Hemis. The Durango did not disappoint!! I've seen other reviews complaining about the power of the SXT... what do you honestly expect, people?! It's a 3-row SUV, a V6 simply can't put out the HP to move it like the Hellcat would (ohh, that one must be sweet!!). That being said, we're still pleased with the performance... which is impressive for a vehicle of this size. It still hauls @ss and handles like a dream, and we live on a ranch in the Rockies so good handling on mountain roads in all manner of nasty weather conditions is an absolute MUST for us. You can tell the Durango is modeled on the Challenger chassis so it's basically a race car of an SUV, even in the V6 model. Do yourself a favor and splurge on some d@mn good all-season tires like Michelin LTX for optimum performance in any road conditions. We've been very impressed with the fuel economy, it does well - even with my husband rallying up and down the mountain and dusting people left & right on his daily commute. Haha! That's one advantage over the V8 models, which guzzle gas as bad as our big RAM trucks. We even run it with the Eco Boost turned off, and often in Sport mode. One thing my husband's not fond of is the fact that there is only one special jack included... and no mounts for floor jacks or jack stands. A second jack from the dealer is almost $300. So husband spent some time in his metal shop to fab an adapter for a second scissor jack, so he could rotate tires and change the oil. It's a non issue if you take your car in for service, but if you're the type to wrench on your own vehicles, it's something to bear in mind. Interior design is nice... the only small beef I've got is the 2nd row seat backs fold down, but the whole seat doesn't fold up to more easily access the 3rd row. It's not an issue for our kids clambering over, but it could be awkward for an adult. So the little ones go in the back. Overall, we're really pleased with our Durango SXT - even for the base model, it's got enough whistles and bells to keep us happy, and an impressive performance to economy ratio. Definitely worth every penny of the purchase price, and it's a vehicle we'll keep for a very long time.

Unfortunately for me, I didn't buy from Hassz. I've had a terrible experience with the other dealership, and issues still aren't resolved. This is where Jessica Alldredge went above and beyond for me. She had reached out again to see how everything was going and if I was still interested in the truck. I told her I had bought elsewhere and was having a difficult time with the other dealership. We exchanged emails back and forth numerous times about the situation and she gave me ideas/advise about certain issues. She did all this for me when I had bought elsewhere. I just purchased a new vehicle from Spitzer Ford in Hartville Ohio, and it was BY FAR the best vehicle purchase experience that I’ve ever had. My sales consultant, Jeff Handy, was phenomenal. Other dealers were unwilling to discount the vehicle that I purchased, but not only did Mr. Handy discount the new vehicle, he also offered me significantly more for my trade than other dealers, and did so without any agonizing negotiations. The Finance Manager, Rich Ruby, completed all of the paperwork in less than ten minutes, which I didn’t even think was possible. Seriously, it was like a magic trick. Not having to wait around and getting to drive away almost immediately in my new truck was awesome. There are a lot of Ford dealers much closer to where I live in the Columbus area, but I will absolutely and without hesitation drive over two hours (one way) to purchase my next vehicle at Spitzer Ford. Purchased my '17 DD GT with 25k miles on it. Have owned for around 4 years and now have 66k miles. Haven't had any issues. Routine maintenance only. Love the style and comfort. Interior seats are comfortable for long drives. Mine came with lifetime oil changes. Dealer support has been good (although we've only had oil changes so hard to say). I'm hoping this continues.

Kevin Bertilacci was the most helpful in picking out my new 2025 RAV4. He contacted me in the morning and stayed in Touch answering any questions I had throughout the day until I got to the dealership later in the evening. He was prepared and had the vehicles I wanted to look at pulled down and ready for me to drive and look at. Then he worked up what payments would be for both vehicles so I could see it side by side and compare. Once decided he made the process flawless. The whole interaction once I got to the dealership lasted almost an hour and the entire place was so very professional up to and including the finance man I worked with. Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!
