Purchased my '17 DD GT with 25k miles on it. Have owned for around 4 years and now have 66k miles. Haven't had any issues. Routine maintenance only. Love the style and comfort. Interior seats are comfortable for long drives. Mine came with lifetime oil changes. Dealer support has been good (although we've only had oil changes so hard to say). I'm hoping this continues.

I had problems with misfire. Cylinder #5 misfire about 135000 miles. It was under extended warranty. Still cost me some dollars because the dealership some other issues needed to be repaired that they say they found and without repaired the warranty company wouldn't replace the Cylinder #5. Now I have 151000 miles and Cylinder #6 has misfire. I have a 2018 GT Plus. Very nice looking car. Now with high mileage it seems like a problem. I had all maintenance preformed including oil changes. That was very important because without that the warranty company wouldn't have paid for the repairs.

James the service manager to address a couple minor issues, him and his team were great to quickly address my concerns. Vehicle was in at 8:30am and out around 4pm, even got a car wash. Professional and friendly , have really appreciated the team at Greenline. First time buying here and would recommend for anyone looking to purchase a new/used car.

The Durango drive ability is very good, power is very adequate. But the cam shafts developed a ridge which caused a loud ticking noise. They had to be replaced. This was an expensive undertaking. In a low mileage vehicles. Dodge should pay me for my expenses.

Purchased a Tacoma, had an independent mechanic come and do an inspection. Abram and the guys were great to work with - coordinated with the mechanic for the inspection and they picked me up at the Lincoln Airport when I came to get it. My 08 caravan has 371,000 and still going, it has had a few issues with brakes replaced often, the front control arms and a front axel was replaced around 250,000 miles but overall I love this van so much I don't trust the newer ones, we bought brand new and purchased the lifetime wrap around warranty, so after 16 years I still drive it, although we have two newer dodge vehicles a truck and charger, I prefer my van

Bought new in October 2017. 85,000+ miles. Needs new set of tires (previous set went 40,000+ miles) and a new battery (original battery dying after 69 months). Otherwise just (full synthetic) oil changes and routine maintenance. 2.4L 4-cyl. engine/4-sp. automatic trans. runs strong. 21 MPG in town, 30 MPG on the highway. Good winter traction with the right tires. Nothing inside or outside has fallen off that wasn't helped off by road debris. I wanted basic transportation without all the bling - this vehicle has more than filled the bill.

Purchased 2019 Crew Plus with 30k in July 2020. So far only complaint is the clunky UConnect system. Having owned 1988, 1995, 2000, and 2005 model years we have always found Caravans to be sensible, reliable, all round family centric vehicles. Could spend an extra $10k or more for a comparable Odyssey (Primary cars/bikes are Honda’s) or Sienna but personally do not seethe long term benefit. As with all vehicles maintenance is key.

I bought a pickup truck from them about 4and years ago and was very happy with the quality and price. This month I went back to look at pickup that was priced right with low miles. I bought the Crew trim. It is very comfortable inside and from out side it has a sporty look. Toyota Sienna and Honda Odyssey look kind of bulky. I suppose those who complain about Dodge Grand Caravan are looking at the base model which, yes, is not good from inside and it has not changed since I believe 2011. They should at least add a centre console. (I am sure you will increase your fans). But the upper models (SXT and up) are really good.

I've owned my '15 Dodge Charger SXT Plus Rallye for over 2 years. Have not EVER had a problem with it and still enjoy getting in it and driving. Great response time and acceleration. Sexy body style. Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!
