I haven’t been able to drive for 15 yrs. I wanted a Dodge Challenger but with 2 large pits, I “settled” for the Charger as I’m 60 & didn’t want to drag my butt out of a low sports car, but wanted a “HoT” driving experience without a huge price. The 2020 CHARGER SXT PLUS is by far 1 of my favorite sports cars of all time! Great ride, comfort, accessories!

My 2020 charger sxt was brought brand new. I notice from day one the radio would go silent just for a second, I thought nothing of it but it still does it from time to time.

I was on the hunt for a 2019 VW alltrack, not an easy find. Charles Boyd has one and we loved the looks of it. Upon our arrival for the test drive, the car was washed and ready. And it was perfect! The buying process after was as smooth as can be. Fair on pricing for both the VW as our trade in, the financing piece was easy and I was out the doo within 90 minutes all in! I've owned Porsche 911, a G35 and now this baby. I originally leased it for a few years and was going to give it to my son for his 16th birthday, but decided to keep it as it is STILL so much fun to drive. Fast, zippy, not one problem in 4 years. Just replaced the battery (AAA said I didn't need to, but after 60K, better safe than sorry). Replaced the tires at 40K. Other than that, regular oil changes. LOVE IT.

I contacted dealership regarding Chevy SSR. I was contacted back quickly and professionally. However, the vehicle had a defect in the electric roof. I was no longer interested. Good experience, but it did not go anywhere because of the defect.

I absolutely love this entry level V8 Challenger RT. Reminds me of the muscle cars of yesteryear. I love it. It’s naturally aspirated. Sounds like a monster. Enema say relatively inexpensive if you buy a used one. Almost always have low mileage. Put a smile on my face every time I start the darn thing up. Thinking about stepping into a challenger scat pack widebody next. I’d like to try and find a way to keep both vehicles because I would just love to drive them every day without putting too many miles on a single one.

SXT AWD 3.6 V6 is a very comfortable and dependable car with enough power. I get 33 mpg on long trips and with AWD very handy for wet roads or snow. Lots of extra features like the Beats stereo and I also like the red door puddle lights, fold-down rear seat makes extra trunk hauling space, too. I recommend the Charger, No mechanical issues so far.

Mr. Rufus Greene was very easy to deal with and answered all my questions. I was pretty specific about the kinds of cars I was interested in. He showed me what they had in their inventory and I drove a few of them. The whole process was easy and pretty quick. He worked with my situation and got me in the car I wanted. I absolutely LOVE this car! Mine is the SXT base trim with the Pentastar V6 engine, purchased used at 37,000ish miles, but it is still the best car I’ve ever owned or driven. It is extremely comfortable to sit in (I am 5’10), on par with the comfort of my dad’s old ‘87 Camaro, which was also incredibly comfortable. It’s not a cramped space to sit in and the console is a comfortable arm rest height. But family conscious buyer beware, this isn’t a family friendly car; there’s pretty much no legroom in the back of the car. Maybe if you’re short and very skinny you could fit well, but taller or heavier folks will definitely not fit in the back. I certainly struggled to fit just to pull the seat down to extend the trunk space! The headrests of the backseats are a little tall and don’t let the front seats click back up all the way unless you pull the bucket seats up really far which is a little annoying but as someone who doesn’t lug around much it’s not something I’m really frustrated with. The trunk is super spacious! It rides very smoothly on the absolute garbage roads here in Western Washington (we have some of the worst roads in the US). Still bumpy because the potholes are insane, but smoother than our my parents vehicles and my old car (2011 Kia Soul). The audio controls on the steering wheel are mounted on the back which was odd to me initially but I have quickly adapted to their placement and make use of them a ton with Apple Music. Speaking of music, the base 6 speaker audio system sounds phenomenal as it comes; loud and I can really feel the drums and bass on higher volumes which I love, though I’ll be adding a subwoofer at some point. Let the music play! The engine and transmission run and function well and shifts smoothly in both regular and sport driving mode; I love sport mode, the slight engine sound difference and touchier throttle is fun, but it does reduce fuel efficiency a bit so I don’t use it too terribly much. I do wish the car was fitted with a cat-back exhaust system so it at least has the sound of a muscle car (where’s the allure in a muscle car, particularly one that revives the classics in a modern form, that has a quiet engine?) while retaining the more dependable and fuel efficient motor. That is something I will be saving up to change out, but that’s just me; for many that doesn’t matter, but is something to note if you are an avid lover of classic muscle cars and want to enjoy its allure even if you can’t afford the higher trims with the V8s, I certainly couldn’t; but that’s okay, I still cherish this car and appreciate the reliability of the V6 as a lower income individual. One thing I really don’t like (but chose to live with as I love the car to death otherwise) is that a lot of the climate control features are “locked” behind the infotainment screen; making it a big distraction and hassle to change between max or regular air conditioning and the which fans are blowing. The only buttons for it is a dial for fan strength, an off switch, an auto button, defrosters, and the AC on/off button. The USB and aux plug ins are inside the console, which is kind of awkward, but I actually like that as it makes you put your phone in the console (unless you have a long cord, mine is coiled) which prevents it from being a distraction. There is a moderate blind spot, but it is easily corrected with *properly* angled side mirrors. All in all I love this car and couldn’t recommend it more than I do. I plan to try to make this last the rest of my life in the best shape possible. It’s Mopar or no car! 🚗

I have had this '19 GT for a little over a year and 10,000 miles or so, including two long trips. It is comfortable, performs reasonably well, and has a lot of helpful features, although not "the latest." I like the look of it (Black/Chrome trim), and my impression is that they made it as close to a Minivan as possible in an SUV. It has wide-opening rear doors, storage under the seats and cargo area, and three rows of seats. My actual fuel economy is about 22 on trips and 19 around town. I am entirely satisfied with the vehicle and have had no problems at all. As for the 3.6 I am very encouraged that they use this thing in everything from the Challenger to the RAM 1500, plus the Gladiator (only motor offered). They must have confidence in it.

Bought new in 2020. Has only 23,000 miles . Love this car. Roomy, comfortable, has 3 row seating and the hatch back for easy carrying groceries and unloading. Peppy with the Hemi V8, but mileage is only 15-17 mpg. Don’t care because it’s fun to drive, good looking and easy to maneuver and park. All the whistle and bells on it. Probably my last car. Registered on NHTSA so have had no recalls. We do have a 2024 Ram with the Hemi. Will keep that one too.

Great performance, great handling. The dual zone A/C is a really nice feature. I actually like the rearview being in the mirror, it's a good safety feature, as your eyes are in fewer places.

I'm compelled to share my good experience at this Carmax dealership. I ordered my car from their Fayetteville store with a free transfer. They kept me informed through text and email of the transfer status. I could have waited for a call but since I knew it arrived I called to schedule a test drive. I had applied online for financing and was approved with little detail but when I called to see if they would transfer to Fayetteville they asked similar questions and got the finalized approval. The salesman on the phone had an instant approval with 3 term options and the corresponding interest rate. He told me what the payment would be. In the end the payment was exactly as they quoted by phone. I expected to be in and out but spent 4 hours there. That probably wasn't normal though. The salesman Bob and I talked too much and he messed up our address in the computer. It happens. The other slowdown was the slight difference between the drivers license name and the credit app name. Oddly enough those small mistakes cost us an extra hour and a half. It happens. Meanwhile during the test drive I noticed a vibration on the highway over 60mph. They decided to have it looked at while we were there and rebalance the tires as well as resurfacing the front rotors. I was honestly surprised that they did the rotors. I didnt mention anything about them. I thought it was just the tires. In the end the vehicle took longer than the purchase process. It was quite an operation they had. They've really streamlined their processes. The financing, trade-in process, transfer process, detailing process, service process etc. Were really wild to see in action. The things I loved: The approval and disclosure process of financing. The transfer process. The minimization of paperwork. The teamwork process of communication. The dealership itself. The cars are all open to look in and sit in without a need for a salesman to get keys. No need for proof of income with fair to less than fair credit. Free coffee and bottled water. Fixing issues on the car while we complete the purchase and paperwork. The cons: small mistakes made very long wait. I'm quicker than them at moving the process forward. No negotiation price is a little high. Tips: as with everything in life do your due diligence. Inspect the car thoroughly. Utilize their carfax and recall information. Consider selling your car elsewhere for more money if you paid off your trade. Push along the process if you want it to go faster. Dont buy their gap insurance. Its overpriced and negates a good deal. Consider an outside warranty company for a better price. Realize a well placed call will hurry the process and verify what one person told you as being true. Place a hold on a vehicle you like for 7 days for free. Apply online to streamline the process.
