I cannot say enough about this dealership. Everyone was so nice and very helpful. We bought a new 2024 Tucson and we love it. We were at other dealers and walked out. This is the second car we have bought here. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The Durango drive ability is very good, power is very adequate. But the cam shafts developed a ridge which caused a loud ticking noise. They had to be replaced. This was an expensive undertaking. In a low mileage vehicles. Dodge should pay me for my expenses.

Steve in sales helped to find a last minute offer from Ford and saved us some additional money on the truck which was very much appreciated! Finally, Kyle assisted in finalizing the financing. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and was able to answer any questions we had. The process was very quick but did not feel rushed. Overall, our experiences with Chapman dealerships have been nothing short of exceptional. I researched a lot of 7-seater SUVs before deciding on a 1 year old Durango... we needed something that could haul our 5 kids and also double as a commuter car with good cargo space for my husband, who travels to construction job sites all over the place. We both love our RAM trucks (mine is the 2500 horse hauler), so Dodge was a natural choice for us, but we opted for the V6 model for better gas mileage than our Hemis. The Durango did not disappoint!! I've seen other reviews complaining about the power of the SXT... what do you honestly expect, people?! It's a 3-row SUV, a V6 simply can't put out the HP to move it like the Hellcat would (ohh, that one must be sweet!!). That being said, we're still pleased with the performance... which is impressive for a vehicle of this size. It still hauls @ss and handles like a dream, and we live on a ranch in the Rockies so good handling on mountain roads in all manner of nasty weather conditions is an absolute MUST for us. You can tell the Durango is modeled on the Challenger chassis so it's basically a race car of an SUV, even in the V6 model. Do yourself a favor and splurge on some d@mn good all-season tires like Michelin LTX for optimum performance in any road conditions. We've been very impressed with the fuel economy, it does well - even with my husband rallying up and down the mountain and dusting people left & right on his daily commute. Haha! That's one advantage over the V8 models, which guzzle gas as bad as our big RAM trucks. We even run it with the Eco Boost turned off, and often in Sport mode. One thing my husband's not fond of is the fact that there is only one special jack included... and no mounts for floor jacks or jack stands. A second jack from the dealer is almost $300. So husband spent some time in his metal shop to fab an adapter for a second scissor jack, so he could rotate tires and change the oil. It's a non issue if you take your car in for service, but if you're the type to wrench on your own vehicles, it's something to bear in mind. Interior design is nice... the only small beef I've got is the 2nd row seat backs fold down, but the whole seat doesn't fold up to more easily access the 3rd row. It's not an issue for our kids clambering over, but it could be awkward for an adult. So the little ones go in the back. Overall, we're really pleased with our Durango SXT - even for the base model, it's got enough whistles and bells to keep us happy, and an impressive performance to economy ratio. Definitely worth every penny of the purchase price, and it's a vehicle we'll keep for a very long time.

I had problems with misfire. Cylinder #5 misfire about 135000 miles. It was under extended warranty. Still cost me some dollars because the dealership some other issues needed to be repaired that they say they found and without repaired the warranty company wouldn't replace the Cylinder #5. Now I have 151000 miles and Cylinder #6 has misfire. I have a 2018 GT Plus. Very nice looking car. Now with high mileage it seems like a problem. I had all maintenance preformed including oil changes. That was very important because without that the warranty company wouldn't have paid for the repairs.

I awaited the order date for this vehicle for over a year. When the first day of placing orders arrived, I sped to my dealer for the opportunity to make the order, since each dealer was limited to very, very few orders. Four months later, it arrived. As I approached the dealership, several people, both customers and sales personnel, were gathered around my 710 Durango Hellcat. The vehicle was the focus of everyone's attention. When I approached my vehicle and made known that it was mine, quite a few onlookers were shocked to see that such a truck had been ordered by a 75 year "young" woman. Being a "hot car" buff since 16 years of age, this vehicle is the ultimate. Everyone agreed that my body paint selection was perfection: black with wide black matte stripes outlined with narrow red stripes. Along with my 2008 Pontiac Solstice GXP convertible stick- shift, what more do I need? Just a footnote: NASTY is part of my license plate reading.

The process was pretty painless because they all worked together as a team to help get us into our new Truck! Jack was very knowledgeable and thorough when explaining how all the vehicle systems and accessories worked. While we were in the dealership the staff we spoke with were courteous and acted in a professional manner towards us.

I am 56 years old and have purchased 6 brand new cars in my lifetime. I own them from 7-12 years, usually overlapping the ownership as I sell the old one rather than trade it in. I have previously purchased 2 other Dodges, 2 Chevys, a Toyota and Subaru. The 2015 Dodge Durango I currently own is the only vehicle that I have never had an issue with, nothing broken, no engine lights, nothing. I simply kept up with the maintenance. I had planned on replacing the front brake pads at around 60,000 miles and when I took the calipers off, the old pads showed little wear, so I left it. At 9 years of ownership I decided to change the battery even though it was still good. At 130,000 miles I changed the spark plugs and figured I should change the coils while I was at it, again no indication of wear, I just felt it was time. It was at this mileage I finally changed the pads and planned on doing the rotors as well, but the rotors showed little to no wear so I only did the pads. I went to my local Dodge dealer the other day and talked to a salesperson about getting a new Durango, hopefully it will be as good as this one.

We went in there after we saw a van online. We left there the first time with nothing. Got a call back from them with a better price. Went it and purchased the van. Super friendly and honest!

The prices are always way above what they should be😶.So that's why there was a 4 starwith pricing, but the interior I find the compartments hold dirt and capture things. Lots of cubbies. There is no way to clean out without deep cleaning other than that, the inter is fine with is looks. Electronics a little complicated. I have never seen a car with this color leather seats🤔.But they are growing on me☺️. Other than those things this car is absolutely perfect. Had a lot of zip to it with the 3.6 v6 engine. I love the way it drives. I love the way it maneuvers, and it's very classy looking

I’ve had my 2024 Hornet GT for over 2 years now and I could not be happier! I’m just short of 28,000 miles. Love the sporty Dodge design with some Italian flair from its Alfa Romeo sister vehicle the Tonale. The standard all wheel drive is great along with a long list of standard features like blind spot monitor, parking sensors, lane keep assist, advanced brake assist, traffic sign recognition, 10.25 inch screen w/ wireless car play, etc. Quite the value for a car that starts at $32k! Highly recommend it to anyone!

I was the second owner for a 2023 Durango Hellcat Premium Plus. I wish I would have purchased this car first before my charger ScatPack. The Durango is a family car and it’s safer to drive. With the power and has lots of room I Woolsey say it’s a great car. I’m sure they’ll have them around in 6 years I’ll buy another hellca t Durango destroyer gray with the black red rally stripes!

Recently purchased a GT Plus with black package. This is an underrated SUV and is a blast to drive. It has great performance, AWD, and features not found on other SUVs. It has a comfortable, very comfortable seats, and quiet ride. It handles really good, and the steering has good feel. The plus package adds leather heated and cooled seats and a heated steering wheel. The Harmon Kardon sound system sounds great. The interface system is loaded with apps and is responsive. The 268 HP and 295 torque puts other SUVs to shame. The Alfa DNA is what gives this vehicle the performance, character, and soul. The ONLY drawback I can find is limited cargo space. The discounts dealers are offering on this SUV makes this a steal. I think some of the negative reviews are from people working for other manufacturers.
