Felt like I paid a fair price for a vehicle in outstanding condition. Trade in price was ok-not great but ok. Worked with Greg in sales who was a pleasure to work with. Went to peek at 2018 Rogue and Tuscon..they got the cars out and even when I made a mistake on stock number it was no problem. Dan was dressed for success and kept making it happen whatever we needed. Bob was thorough and made us feel like we were old friends. Andy I see you dude killing it on the numbers and finding all the accessories we asked for and by the way the Rogue was a great choice!!!

The prices are always way above what they should be😶.So that's why there was a 4 starwith pricing, but the interior I find the compartments hold dirt and capture things. Lots of cubbies. There is no way to clean out without deep cleaning other than that, the inter is fine with is looks. Electronics a little complicated. I have never seen a car with this color leather seats🤔.But they are growing on me☺️. Other than those things this car is absolutely perfect. Had a lot of zip to it with the 3.6 v6 engine. I love the way it drives. I love the way it maneuvers, and it's very classy looking

I have been viewing used vehicles and somehow requested information from Security Dodge. They reached out promptly to help. I notified them I wasn’t ready to purchase and they promptly removed me from their contact list and offered assistance when I was ready. I will definitely contact when I’m ready.

I drove a durango GT for 300 miles its not bad the 3.6 V6 is plenty powerful and 30mpg but no hemi theatre. Interior is xxxx near luxurious and the ride is very good. A lot of reliability issues seem to stem from going long on oil changes and driving the car like it's a rental car aka the average dodge driver. If you keep up on the maintenance, this is a genuinely enjoyable car that does almost everything decently well.

I awaited the order date for this vehicle for over a year. When the first day of placing orders arrived, I sped to my dealer for the opportunity to make the order, since each dealer was limited to very, very few orders. Four months later, it arrived. As I approached the dealership, several people, both customers and sales personnel, were gathered around my 710 Durango Hellcat. The vehicle was the focus of everyone's attention. When I approached my vehicle and made known that it was mine, quite a few onlookers were shocked to see that such a truck had been ordered by a 75 year "young" woman. Being a "hot car" buff since 16 years of age, this vehicle is the ultimate. Everyone agreed that my body paint selection was perfection: black with wide black matte stripes outlined with narrow red stripes. Along with my 2008 Pontiac Solstice GXP convertible stick- shift, what more do I need? Just a footnote: NASTY is part of my license plate reading.

I have enjoyed my 2019 Dodge Durango have had a lot of pleasure worry about everything being electrical but so far very happy will be traveling to Florida in next month can’t wait to see how it handles.

This my 5th Durango (2022 GT). Size is right, comfortable, powerful and good value for money. Just wish they would get rid of the piano black trim on the center stack. Led lighting vast improvement and lots of safety features.

After this excellent experience with the rental car in Florida, I’ve decided to buy a new Durango GT Plus AWD. I have always thought of the Durango as a sharp looking automobile. I had recently traded my 2012 Camry for a 2023 Camry but soon became tired of climbing out of the car, so I looked for something I didn't have to climb into, nor out of. The 2022 Durango GT+ (new) was the ticket. It had the ingress and egress I was seeking, the amenities the 2023 Camry XLE had, and the space to carry my two dogs, as well as people passengers. The vehicle is AWD, gets about 22mpg commuting to work, and around 25-26 on the Interstate and other highways. I love the quiet ride, the smooth suspension (yes, in town with crappy city streets and intersections it isn't as smooth as the Camry). The Pentastar V6 is our second experience with the engine which has never failed or had issues. The leather seating is comfortable, the AC works well, though the old R-34 was a better refrigerant. The UConnect 5 / 10.1 system with navigation, SiriusXM, etc is great, I just wish it had a CD player, yeah, I know I can stream, BT, or aux it, but I do like to play my CD collection too, without having to rip the music onto my phone... I'd buy it again!

Just bought a new Dodge Durango, love it so far but only have 300 miles on it and can't say much other than it being really nice to drive, very comfortable. Dodge styling far exceeds the other SUV's out there.

Claro, Good cars, no pressure. They let me look around without hovering. When I was ready to ask questions, someone helped me out without trying to push anything. It was a comfortable experience overall.

Very very happy with the whole experience. Everyone was very professional, quick courteous. Everything was taken care of in a timely fashion probably one of my best experiences ever at a car dealership recommend it highly.

I had problems with misfire. Cylinder #5 misfire about 135000 miles. It was under extended warranty. Still cost me some dollars because the dealership some other issues needed to be repaired that they say they found and without repaired the warranty company wouldn't replace the Cylinder #5. Now I have 151000 miles and Cylinder #6 has misfire. I have a 2018 GT Plus. Very nice looking car. Now with high mileage it seems like a problem. I had all maintenance preformed including oil changes. That was very important because without that the warranty company wouldn't have paid for the repairs.

I just wanna start by saying most of the bad reviews are from people that bought cars with recalls. But is not a reflection of the dealership. My experience with them was phenomenal. They went above and beyond and treated very well. I flew from maine to ny. When I arrived they noticed I was very tired and offered me an orange and coffee and also gave me the option to rest in one of there vehicles till all paperwork and the car was detailed. Shout out to Pablo and the manager for a great experience. Highly recommend!!!

Bought new in 2020. Has only 23,000 miles . Love this car. Roomy, comfortable, has 3 row seating and the hatch back for easy carrying groceries and unloading. Peppy with the Hemi V8, but mileage is only 15-17 mpg. Don’t care because it’s fun to drive, good looking and easy to maneuver and park. All the whistle and bells on it. Probably my last car. Registered on NHTSA so have had no recalls. We do have a 2024 Ram with the Hemi. Will keep that one too.

I currently live in Queens and attempted to buy local. I called my local dealers and managed to work up deals that's worked within my budget. The problem came when I arrived to pick my vehicle up. The pricing changed, the payment changed, what a waste of my time! This happened multiple times. I finally decided to reach out a little further and called Riverhead Dodge. A nice young lady worked up a lease for me and the pricing was actually better than others I received. It sounded to good to be true but I decided to take a trip anyway. After previous experiences, I prepare myself for disappointment. Fast forward... Upon arrival, I found my Jeep Grand Cherokee cleaned to perfection and ready to go. I was greeted by my sales person (Bonnie) with a smile, management was very welcoming as well. Bonnie went over my Jeep top to bottom, and explained every option. It was after that, I spoke to the finanacial person (Joe) who explained everything regarding my loan in great detail. At that point, I braced myself for disappointment but, to my elation,dissapointment never came! Nothing changed! The price agreed over the phone was the price I received . They even found an extra rebate for me, so the price was even better! Upon completion, the owner came out to thank me for my business! I've never been more impressed in my life. I am so glad I decided to keep faith and take the trip out to Riverhead! I highly recommend this dealership! This is a lovely place with an old world feel that I found was family owned and operated and it shows! Once again, thank you for a great deal and keeping your promises! I love my truck!

Purchased my '17 DD GT with 25k miles on it. Have owned for around 4 years and now have 66k miles. Haven't had any issues. Routine maintenance only. Love the style and comfort. Interior seats are comfortable for long drives. Mine came with lifetime oil changes. Dealer support has been good (although we've only had oil changes so hard to say). I'm hoping this continues.
