This is my 2nd Journey and I was so happy with the 2014 that when I upgraded, I decided to get another one. I've only had this for a month but have been very happy with it so far.

My vehicle has been pretty good up until two weeks ago , September 9, 2022. I experienced a no start situation with the vehicle towed to the dealership and the dealership has no idea what’s happening or watt they report bad battery no charge etc. I’m suspecting that the PCM has a bad chip due to a recall that was performed supposedly in 2018. I don’t believe my vehicle was recalled and have not received a recall notice from Chrysler Corp. so now I’ve got a dead vehicle in the shop the dealership has no concept of what’s happening and the service writer seems to be not knowledgeable enough to research the problem.

I recently rented a 2023 Dodge Durango GT RWD for a summer-family vacation. I was impressed by its smooth ride, comfort, and overall refinement. The middle captain chairs and 3rd row are great items. All seating is roomy and comfortable throughout. Nearly 300 HP V6 gets you moving, with great gas mileage for this size SUV. 100% satisfied!

The prices are always way above what they should be😶.So that's why there was a 4 starwith pricing, but the interior I find the compartments hold dirt and capture things. Lots of cubbies. There is no way to clean out without deep cleaning other than that, the inter is fine with is looks. Electronics a little complicated. I have never seen a car with this color leather seats🤔.But they are growing on me☺️. Other than those things this car is absolutely perfect. Had a lot of zip to it with the 3.6 v6 engine. I love the way it drives. I love the way it maneuvers, and it's very classy looking

This is our second Durango. We had our first one many years ago. We now have 5 grandchildren and needed MORE room. We decided to go back to the Durango and so glad we did. It's a smooth ride. It has lots of room, cup holders, heat and air all the way to the back, and USBs available!

I have had this '19 GT for a little over a year and 10,000 miles or so, including two long trips. It is comfortable, performs reasonably well, and has a lot of helpful features, although not "the latest." I like the look of it (Black/Chrome trim), and my impression is that they made it as close to a Minivan as possible in an SUV. It has wide-opening rear doors, storage under the seats and cargo area, and three rows of seats. My actual fuel economy is about 22 on trips and 19 around town. I am entirely satisfied with the vehicle and have had no problems at all. As for the 3.6 I am very encouraged that they use this thing in everything from the Challenger to the RAM 1500, plus the Gladiator (only motor offered). They must have confidence in it.

My wife and I contacted AutoNation Toyota of Pinellas Park, FL about possibly purchasing a new to us vehicle. We were connected with Connor. He was Awesome from the start! We made an appointment to visit the dealership on Wednesday, January 28th. When we arrived Connor was waiting for us. He is a Very Bright, Knowledgeable, and Enthusiastic Young Man who I would refer anyone who wants to buy a new or used vehicle to! The Buick Enclave that we looked at we loved it! Since it had only just recently arrived at their dealership it wasn't totally checked out yet. But Connor assured us that it had passed there preliminary inspection. So I took a test drive. I loved how it handled, and operated! So Connor said if we purchased the vehicle they would go over it completely, and make any necessary repairs. We agreed to purchase it, but they found that the shocks and struts needed replacement. So they did that, and all the necessary detailing. Unfortunately it was too late in the day to get it all done. So Connor arranged to let us borrow a rental car from their lot so we could drive back to Leesburg then return to AutoNation in Pinellas Park the next day. So thoughtful of him, and we're grateful of AutoNation Toyota for doing that for us. Due to the fact that our Jeep that we trading in was giving us problems. We returned Thursday, and all work was completed except replacement of the grill which I agreed to come back at a later date to have that done. The only reason it wasn't completed before we arrived was due to the fact that the parts store that they ordered the new grill from wasn't delivering it until the end of the day on Thursday. So we will go back to get that installed. Connor had all necessary paperwork completed , our vehicle registered, and insured. I can't thank him enough he was just totally awesome from start to finish! AutoNation of Pinellas Park Florida you are lucky to have a bright, ambitious, and knowledgeable young salesman on your staff! My wife and I want to thank all of you and especially Connor! I bought this car with 70,000,when it was one year old. It has been very reliable, I still use it and I am at 250,000 miles right now. I did have to do a transmission repair at about 150,000, and I do have a small oil pan leak right now at 250,000. Both of these fixes are not unusual for the number of miles they have. I use it for my every day commute of about 50 miles/ day, and have traveled all over the US with it and used it as a ride share vehicle for a period. So I will say I am very happy with the overall purchase and reliability of the vehicle. It has been great for my family of 5.

Purchased mines in 2021 brand new My daughter fell in love with it because she saw the 3rd row. She rode the 3rd row twice in 2 years. She said it’s too small and not comfortable. She loves the reclining back seats. I have found a few black pieces on the inside of the truck on the floor but don’t know where they detached from. The rear view camera is small and has worked my nerves. 98% of the time it’s upside down. Other than that I’ve enjoyed it

Love my Journey but have notice several with a missing antenna and also several with foggy headlights. Like moisture buildup inside the headlight assemblies. Bluetooth doesn't always hook up. Not the easiest on gas.

I drove a durango GT for 300 miles its not bad the 3.6 V6 is plenty powerful and 30mpg but no hemi theatre. Interior is xxxx near luxurious and the ride is very good. A lot of reliability issues seem to stem from going long on oil changes and driving the car like it's a rental car aka the average dodge driver. If you keep up on the maintenance, this is a genuinely enjoyable car that does almost everything decently well.
