We visited Rivertown Toyota on Saturday, September 13th, simply to look and see what they might have to offer on their previously owned vehicle lot. Jennifer met us almost immediately and was very professional, yet also very personable and friendly. She was a great help and made a couple different trips back and forth from the main office back to where we were. Not once did she appear to be aggravated or upset about going back and forth so much. We test drove a couple different vehicles and found one we liked. We did go inside with Jennifer to get a little more information on it and to see if we could get an "out the door" price. We explained we were not going to be doing anything that day, but that we would possibly be back on Monday or Thursday of the following week. She understood our position, but still did everything she could to be sure we would be able to purchase the vehicle we had liked. She got us the OTD price we wanted and even got permission to put it on 'hold' for us until Monday. Well, Monday came and things we had in the works didn't turn out the way we had thought they would, so we called to let her know it would probably be Thursday before we could make it in. We told her we understood they couldn't hold the vehicle that long, but if it was meant to be ours, it would still be there. She came through, again, and let us know, if we would like to pay a deposit (non-refundable), she would be able to mark it as "SOLD" and it would be there Thursday when we got there. Well, the Lord worked things out in a different way than we thought and we were actually able to go back on Tuesday afternoon to purchase our 2022 Toyota 4Runner! Jennifer is the best car sales person we have ever dealt with. She is not 'pushy', but she will do everything she can to help you get things worked out to get your vehicle. We thoroughly enjoyed talking with her throughout the process, she stayed in contact with us throughout the four days and any time we sent her a text, she responded in a very timely manner! The seats in the challenger will suck you into them and hold you securely while you are operating the car. Wether it be taking a nice Sunday stroll or flooring it around a corner drifting, the seats will hold you securely and snugly. The Challenger has a huge trunk space for additional groceries or clothing for trips or the grocery store. The back seat is big and can lay down flat. For an adult they back seat will be cramped. A car seat will fit back there and works well. There are multiple models of challenger out there. From the SXT, GT, RT, TA, Scat Packs, Red eye, xxxx cat and demon. The challenger turns heads no matter where you go or what model you choose. The performance you will get out of your car will leave a smile on your face every time you drive it. It will also leave you wanting to drive all the time. When you first step on the gas and the challenger responds. Pushing you back into your seat a little giving you the feeling of the power it holds. If that doesn’t make you smile you are in the wrong vehicle. This experience was way better than my previous experience. I was almost to the point of finding another dealer to service my car. However, this time was much better than the last three times I had my vehicle serviced. This time I waited for my vehicle and was in and out in a timely manner much quicker than expected the guy who checked me in was nice and helpful and I didn?t get my vehicle back filled with grease, paper or debris plus it had my next service date and mileage this time. The last three times I was there I received my vehicle back with grease on the seat the steering wheel my arm rest my floor mat I had oily plastic on my seat no sticker for the next service paper on the floor grease in my door jam plus once there was so much grease on my floor mat that they had to take it to the back and clean the drive side of my vehicle but this time was a big improvement from the last three glad of that.

I absolutely LOVE this car! Mine is the SXT base trim with the Pentastar V6 engine, purchased used at 37,000ish miles, but it is still the best car I’ve ever owned or driven. It is extremely comfortable to sit in (I am 5’10), on par with the comfort of my dad’s old ‘87 Camaro, which was also incredibly comfortable. It’s not a cramped space to sit in and the console is a comfortable arm rest height. But family conscious buyer beware, this isn’t a family friendly car; there’s pretty much no legroom in the back of the car. Maybe if you’re short and very skinny you could fit well, but taller or heavier folks will definitely not fit in the back. I certainly struggled to fit just to pull the seat down to extend the trunk space! The headrests of the backseats are a little tall and don’t let the front seats click back up all the way unless you pull the bucket seats up really far which is a little annoying but as someone who doesn’t lug around much it’s not something I’m really frustrated with. The trunk is super spacious! It rides very smoothly on the absolute garbage roads here in Western Washington (we have some of the worst roads in the US). Still bumpy because the potholes are insane, but smoother than our my parents vehicles and my old car (2011 Kia Soul). The audio controls on the steering wheel are mounted on the back which was odd to me initially but I have quickly adapted to their placement and make use of them a ton with Apple Music. Speaking of music, the base 6 speaker audio system sounds phenomenal as it comes; loud and I can really feel the drums and bass on higher volumes which I love, though I’ll be adding a subwoofer at some point. Let the music play! The engine and transmission run and function well and shifts smoothly in both regular and sport driving mode; I love sport mode, the slight engine sound difference and touchier throttle is fun, but it does reduce fuel efficiency a bit so I don’t use it too terribly much. I do wish the car was fitted with a cat-back exhaust system so it at least has the sound of a muscle car (where’s the allure in a muscle car, particularly one that revives the classics in a modern form, that has a quiet engine?) while retaining the more dependable and fuel efficient motor. That is something I will be saving up to change out, but that’s just me; for many that doesn’t matter, but is something to note if you are an avid lover of classic muscle cars and want to enjoy its allure even if you can’t afford the higher trims with the V8s, I certainly couldn’t; but that’s okay, I still cherish this car and appreciate the reliability of the V6 as a lower income individual. One thing I really don’t like (but chose to live with as I love the car to death otherwise) is that a lot of the climate control features are “locked” behind the infotainment screen; making it a big distraction and hassle to change between max or regular air conditioning and the which fans are blowing. The only buttons for it is a dial for fan strength, an off switch, an auto button, defrosters, and the AC on/off button. The USB and aux plug ins are inside the console, which is kind of awkward, but I actually like that as it makes you put your phone in the console (unless you have a long cord, mine is coiled) which prevents it from being a distraction. There is a moderate blind spot, but it is easily corrected with *properly* angled side mirrors. All in all I love this car and couldn’t recommend it more than I do. I plan to try to make this last the rest of my life in the best shape possible. It’s Mopar or no car! 🚗

Love this car. I had bought a 2011 Charger when they first changed the body style and loved it as well but I moved up north and needed to sell it for 4 wheel drive. I am back down south now and got rid of the 4 wheel drive and went straight back to the Charger. I bought the R/T and it has lots of power and is super comfortable as well. I plan on keeping this one and never getting rid of it. If you want something that can fit 4 to 5 people comfortably and still have plenty of muscle this is a great car.

2015 SXT plus V6 full leather interior absolutely love this car. Don’t let the V-6 fool you. This thing really runs out. My last car was a 2014 challenger hemi RT and this would’ve kept right up with it. Great car for the money. Cold air kit, and this eight speed transmission really made all the difference. Best 0 to 60 time 5.6 seconds.

I've owned the 2016 Dodge Journey SXT 3.6L V6 AWD SUV, since April 2017. Purchased with approximately 10k miles, this vehicle has been nothing but a pleasure to drive & own. I've had zero mechanical issues beyond regular maintenance (new tires, oil changes/scheduled manufacturer service, basic upkeep). I worked between Charlotte & NYC for more than 4 years, driving each way every 6-8 weeks and the car has had no problems at all. Super reliable with extra seating & massive cargo space. I now have 74k miles & still no major issues.

Over the years we have purchased at least six vehicles from Willy Herold that I can remember and will continue to purchase vehicles from them. The ladies in the office are awesome and work with you to make purchases happen. They have their own maintenance department and any repairs are made at a discounted rate. I am looking into purchasing another vehicle in the near future and would not even think about going to another dealership.

Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.

Got a great deal on a 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 ST 4x4 truck last summer, and now very grateful to have it. I'm very blessed with the way this truck performs, both on- and off-road. This engine purrs like a kitten! Lots of ground clearance on mine and lookin' good all the time.

Owned a Dodge Charger GT 2021 for 3 years now. Grey with the nice 245 tires. The care is BEAUTIFUL. I love the style and Dodge give you soo many options to customize it. I added a rear winder louver and some racing stripes. Its a car that looks super fast eventhough its on a V6. But who am I racing in my daily driver? The drive is nice, excellent 305 HP, and massive caliphers along with rotors gives you excellent stopping power. All is stock. This is a strong rear wheel drive. I see why many people like doing donuts in this car. its fun, but at $400 a tire, not me. The comfort could be better. Plenty of space, as a man who is 6'2 300, very spacious, but the seats are not comfortable for long distance trips, The stereo system is average, nothing to boom or even brag about. I do like all of the electronic features, such as checking your 0-60, sports control, and Mopar app. that keeps you updated on your car needs. The value, I think its a bit over priced. At the time it was $42K, but I traded a 2018 Challenger that knocked off $20k and then Dodge had a special that knocked another $3k off and with 0% financing using Chrysler Capital...it was a deal. I know without these perks I have settled for the SXT. A huge negative about this car, it depreciate badly. Only 3 years and the car lost almost half its value. I support over time, since Dodge stop making these cars in 2023...they may increase in value...but I doubt it. Ask Pontiac.

They?re clearly has been a major change with the service department and who ?owns? them. I don?t like it! My vehicle was checked in shortly after 8:30 and was not ready until after 5 PM. Confusion and frustration among the staff and customers was obvious. Everything felt like an upsell and part of a package, which means you really don?t know what they?re doing exactly. It?s kinda like when dealerships offer the super duper platinum gold mountain model package. WTH, those words must cost a lot of money. I prefer simple, fair prices, and hassle free over someone trying to tell me what I need.

I researched a lot of 7-seater SUVs before deciding on a 1 year old Durango... we needed something that could haul our 5 kids and also double as a commuter car with good cargo space for my husband, who travels to construction job sites all over the place. We both love our RAM trucks (mine is the 2500 horse hauler), so Dodge was a natural choice for us, but we opted for the V6 model for better gas mileage than our Hemis. The Durango did not disappoint!! I've seen other reviews complaining about the power of the SXT... what do you honestly expect, people?! It's a 3-row SUV, a V6 simply can't put out the HP to move it like the Hellcat would (ohh, that one must be sweet!!). That being said, we're still pleased with the performance... which is impressive for a vehicle of this size. It still hauls @ss and handles like a dream, and we live on a ranch in the Rockies so good handling on mountain roads in all manner of nasty weather conditions is an absolute MUST for us. You can tell the Durango is modeled on the Challenger chassis so it's basically a race car of an SUV, even in the V6 model. Do yourself a favor and splurge on some d@mn good all-season tires like Michelin LTX for optimum performance in any road conditions. We've been very impressed with the fuel economy, it does well - even with my husband rallying up and down the mountain and dusting people left & right on his daily commute. Haha! That's one advantage over the V8 models, which guzzle gas as bad as our big RAM trucks. We even run it with the Eco Boost turned off, and often in Sport mode. One thing my husband's not fond of is the fact that there is only one special jack included... and no mounts for floor jacks or jack stands. A second jack from the dealer is almost $300. So husband spent some time in his metal shop to fab an adapter for a second scissor jack, so he could rotate tires and change the oil. It's a non issue if you take your car in for service, but if you're the type to wrench on your own vehicles, it's something to bear in mind. Interior design is nice... the only small beef I've got is the 2nd row seat backs fold down, but the whole seat doesn't fold up to more easily access the 3rd row. It's not an issue for our kids clambering over, but it could be awkward for an adult. So the little ones go in the back. Overall, we're really pleased with our Durango SXT - even for the base model, it's got enough whistles and bells to keep us happy, and an impressive performance to economy ratio. Definitely worth every penny of the purchase price, and it's a vehicle we'll keep for a very long time.

The dealer I bought it from was horrible , Twenty hills dodge jeep, They were misleading. I found out 2 days later that the car had been wrecked. I love the car but the Rack and pinion. is bad on it, The service department is horrible. Still haven't got the car fixed yet,

This is the second Charger owned. 2019 and a 2023. The car is reliable but workmanship and materials are no different between the model years. I anticipate issues with the 2023 that I incurred with the 2019 such as early suspension component wear and UConnect problems with blue screen and eventual failure. One item Dodge cut corners on starting in 2020 was elimination of the remote gas door. It is now tap and open and there is no aftermarket filler neck lock that can be purchased to prevent someone from pouring a fluid or substance into the gas tank using an emergency filler funnel. The car also honks 3 times instead of a beep if anyone including a passenger leaves the car with the keys/FOB to go inside a Post Office to check the mailbox, or make a quick stop at a convenience store. Seems logical it would prevent a lone driver leaving a running vehicle, so why do automakers have remote start using the FOB, or Dodge APP. They need to allow the owner the option to select no horn or just flashing lights. When it comes to value, it gets an average rating. Nothing spectacular about the car except it no longer will be produced with a Hemi. And the price exceeds its value for a vehicle that has not seen a body change in too many years and uses the same shoddy suppliers for the fault prone UConnect, and interior door panels known to buckle along the windows for no reason, even garaged vehicles. That's probably why there is still a glut of these "Last Call" cars before Stellantis, nothing more than a group of investors, pushes the next generation performance Charger on buyers as a rebadged 2 door Electric Challenger, or 2-door in-line 6 cylinder. But it a fun car because of its performance. And that's what attracts buyers to this 4-door car. If "Fun" was a rating category, I would give it a 5.

I got this car approximately 3 months ago from a close relative, and I can say there have absolutely been no issues that would make you regret your decision, (knock on wood). The car has never left me stranded, and has always started. When I first got the vehicle I got basic maintenance such as a synthetic oil change, oil filter, an engine filter, and an in-cabin air filter. After some time, the check-engine light appeared due to a thermostat. After one new installment of a thermostat, and some freshly topped coolant, there have been no other issues. I give the comfort rating a 5, due to the spacious interior, and captain-chair seats. I give the interior a 4 because while it may not have "everything" you want, it has everything you need (even coming from a base model). Performance is a 4, because it's not an M3. I give the value a 4 as well simply because of the fact that you can buy one as a consumer fairly priced, and you can sell one as a seller for a decent price. Exterior is a 3, due to the largeness of the vehicle. However, LED brake lights, and rear turn signals are standard, which is really nice. And lastly, other than basic maintenance, and one mishap, I give this car a 5 star rating for reliability.

Now, I did just purchase this car, just a couple of months ago, and even though it's an older car, it only had 55,000 miles when I bought it, and I purchased a 5-star warranty as well. First, I'm probably being a bit bias, b/c I'm a Dodge fan, due the Nitro I had previously. But so far, the other reviews I've read are pretty much spot-on. Mine has the 2.4L 4-cylinder. It's not as good on the gas mileage as other 4 cylinders, from the Reviews I had already read, b/c the Journey is heavy, but for me, it's also less to fill up than the 3.6L, 6 cylinder Nitro I owned previously. I also wouldn't take it on any sharp turns either. As other reviews had said, the engine does make some noise, but it's not that big of a deal to me. However, unlike the other reviews I had read, I have plenty of space as a driver, it's not as compacted as I thought it would be, but the cargo space has plenty of room, just like I've read. The infotainment system is really good too, just like the reviews I'd read had stated. I have SIRIUS, don't know how, I'm not paying for it, but if it's a feature with this car, fantastic, BB King's Bluesville station is on constant play, as other stations are too. It doesn't have the vehicle backing system nor an AUX connector that most cars now have, but it's a 2015, and the Journey wasn't Dodge's most elite model either. However, so far, I'm growing into this car, and glad I purchased it. I'll probably get the Hornet next. Ha.
