After the multi-point inspection was done, Shannon kept us informed regarding the status of our service and explained reasons for replacing certain parts such as the tires and the air conditioner belt. Everything was done in a timely manner and we were notified as soon as the car was ready to be picked up. All of the service representatives in the facility were very friendly and helpful. The main building was undergoing a major renovation and therefore, the service representatives were relocated to a portable.
