We purchased this 2013 Honda Civic new , it now has roughly 135,000 miles now in January 2025 and has only received regular service maintenance. It has not needed any repairs , with the exception of tires, two battery replacements , and proactively replaced brake pads and rotors.

After finding a used car listed on cars.com I ran right over to the Littleton dealership to check it out. The car had just been received at the dealership and needed to go through the Toyota check. I bought this car used with under 40,000 miles in 2014. I have been driving it ever since and currently have 272,000 miles on it. After multiple accidents and repairs it has been an extremely reliable and dependable car. Up until 250,000 I would have still driven it across multiple states. My biggest complaint is the quality of paint and the exterior design being so poor. Last year I replaced the timing belt and that was the biggest cost I've had on the car. It is beginning to throw check engine lights randomly and is burning oil - oil needs to be refilled every 1000-1500 miles now. Overall it is still a dependable vehicle around town if you are managing the oil.

I bought a 2011 Chevy Suburban. Liam and John were fantastic. Amazing is an understatement. I did not know there are actually car dealerships anymore that go this above and beyond and as pleasurable to deal with. A+++++++++

I bought my 2011 MDX used with $120,000 Mi on it. I've had it almost 3 years and it now has 244,000 Mi on it and it's still going. With regular maintenance and keeping up with the oil changes the car has lasted exceptionally well. I'm very surprised at Acura and the reliability of the MDX. Like I said though regular maintenance is essential and I do not put nothing in it but premium gas. I've owned different cars of my life but the MDX I like the most. The one thing I do notice is it's not fast enough for me. It's still got enough pep to get you where you need to go but you still look good doing it without the compromise of comfort.

Bought my 2015 Subaru 2.0XT Touring brand spanking new off the Subaru dealership's lot. Have owned it all this time about 9 years straight. Take care of your car with regular oil changes, servicing at recommended intervals, and your car will take care of you. Performed the required recalls during service periods. Not 1 single regret on owning this car, ever. It rides smooth and true. Had a clicking issue in the ball joints 2 years ago which Subaru fixed free of charge. Other than that, this car has been my dream machine.

I bought this car brand new in 2012. Paid 17k. Worth every penny. It has 63k miles onit right now. Have never done anything other than change the oil and filter. It runs like it is expected. Slow and easy. You won't win no races with it. But it gets my wife to work with no issues. { 5 miles} Rain or snow. We have taken it on several road trips. Including a couple 1000 plus mile trips. Running wide open the whole way. It has no problem. I am a big guy. Very un comfy in most cars. But this I fall right into it and am able to climb back out with ease. The interior is cloth. Its starting to fade. But still no tears or wear marks. Theres nothing fancy about this car. But my wife loves it.

Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

The "used car dealer" method is not one that Alex uses. He won't try to upsell you a car, but he will provide you the facts you require. He responded to texts and phone calls really quickly. The Explorer required a few additional repairs, which Alex and his technician promptly fixed. His willingness to ensure the car was ready for use was really appreciated. There are some unfavorable reviews here, but since we're purchasing secondhand autos, problems are inevitable. Those evaluations shouldn't stop anyone from seeing one of his vehicles and getting to know him in person, in my opinion. Alex was a great experience for me, and I think you will be too.

Having now over 202,000 miles I can say this is a great car to own and drive. Friends never believe the mileage that is on the car because it rides and drives so amazing. The interior quality of materials and fitment are also exceptional and have held up perfectly over the years. These cars do require maintenance but if properly taken care of they will last a long time and be very reliable!

Stacie the GM was fantastic and Chris in finance was so patient with my, no less than a million questions on warranties etc. I never once felt pressured or treated like a bother. Not every dealership can say this. I had some bad experiences recently during this buying processes with other dealers and I wondered where the days went when the sales person not only wanted to sell you a car, but sell themselves and all the reasons to create a relationship with this dealer. I have been looking for a used car on a tight budget for a few days. After much searching, I came across Car Lot Express. At first I thought they might not be able to provide it to me. But when I reached them, they welcomed me. Then they showed me the working parts of the car, which bear the hallmarks of a professional dealer. Then we had a long discussion. I was between a rock and a hard place after my Honda passed away-it drove itself to its demise due to the handbrake not on tight enough. So I had nothing to trade, no leverage. I know Subarus owned many Outbacks and they go forever. The problem is I'm 5' tall and this car is too big for me after the Honda and a Miata I have. I had 2 big dogs and felt the car would be great for a dog owner. Which it is. One dog rode on the back seat (covered) the other had the back to herself. Great for a dog owner. If you need a crate there's plenty of room. This would be a great vehicle for a children or pet family. I only have one 10 yr old dog left and this uses too much gas for me to consider a practical vehicle.

I purchased 2013 Ford Explorer from Ali. He was very kind and explained all process before purchasing car. Car was in good shape, just a couple small dents but it is a used car right!! Other components was great and already maintenance made by their mechanic. Would recommend.

The 2016 Subaru Outback is the first car I'd ever bought brand new, and I haven't been disappointed since it was purchased 7 years ago. It's very reliable, fun to drive, easy on gas, easy on maintenance and easy on the eyes. Will do it all over again when I make my next Subaru purchase!

Fiat didn't market the 500 correctly. I had a 500 Sport manual that I bought new. It is amazingly fun to drive, incredibly fuel efficient (37+ mpg at a minimum) and a ton of room when you fold the seats down. I went from a Porsche 911 turbo as my daily driver to the cinquecento (500 in Italian). The Fiat was more fun to drive basically because you could floor it everywhere and when I'd look at the speedometer I'd be going 52 mph! In the Porsche I'd be going 130. I drove it multiple times over a thousand miles in a day. Seats were comfortable, sat radio, and Beats sound system rocked. I sold it and bought an i3. Never had a problem with the Fiat. Inexpensive to maintain and the Fiat dealer was great for service. Fun to drive, utilitarian, and great gas mileage. I wish I still had it. If I had a giant garage, I would have kept it.

Have been shopping for a truck for a week. Though I did not ultimately purchase a vehicle at Neat, my experience with Louis made this dealership my top pick among the 7 or 8 that I visited. I had narrowed my purchase down to two very different options - a higher mileage 4 cylinder at Neat and a lower miles 6 cylinder in a higher price point at another dealership. Louis sat down with me to look at both options, and encouraged me that the other vehicle appeared to be a great deal. He talked through the potential trade-offs without any pressure, and even after it became clear that I was leaning toward the V6 he continued to spend time to help me understand the complications with the Tacoma frame recall which affected both purchases. He also gave me a number of references for folks who could help out with my purchase of the other vehicle, for modifications I was interested in making. Louis is knowledgable, generous and clearly puts his customer first. Neat will be my first stop for my next purchase.

It's a small but not tiny. It sort of roomier in the front but tighter in the rear seats. My model is the 2 doors coupe ex, with stick shift, it came well equipped with all the bells and whistles. Is good on gas and fun to drive. It's not incredible peppy but is fast and strong, and there's a lot of ways you can customize it with. Hondas have always been known for reliability, and this car won't disappoint you, it has 140k miles on it and stills runs like it was new. I got a really good deal from the dealer I bought it from, and they're pretty good overall. I would definitely buy from this place again!

Bought this car three years old with less than 50K miles on it. I’ve loved it since we got it. It has been very reliable, fun to drive, with pretty minor drawbacks. For example the maintenance has been very minimal. I haven’t noticed ANY oil burning or leaking (I have personally changed the oil every 3-4K miles). Sometimes on long trips it will burn some oil and need a top off, which the car alerts us to. Overall I’d buy this car over and over as long as it fit my needs at the time. Currently looking into an Ascent for future hockey trips and other trips.

I highly recommend Neat Auto sales. Louis and his wife are wonderful. Louis is honest, professional, personable, and fair. They offer a no pressure atmosphere. While I did not end up purchasing the vehicle I was looking at, they were very accommodating and let me take as much time as I wanted to see and drive the vehicle multiple times. I purchased my 2013 Mazda 3i Grand Touring Hatchback (manual transmission) in 2014 and the previous owner had put 30K miles on it. I've now got 140K and still love the car. Outside of recommended maintenance, the only repair expense I've had was I decided to replace the clutch. It hadn't failed but it was starting to show some slippage. I haven't even had to replace the brake pads yet! As for likes and dislikes that someone checking out this car might not notice just from looking, here are some negatives: 1) The 1-2 shift is always a bit notchy but others are smooth. 2) The 2.0L doesn't have a lot of power in the lower revs but 3000-4000 rpms it's pretty spirited (assuming you don't have four large adults in the car) 3) I ended up replacing the OEM headunit (the BOSE with Navigation) with an Eonon. I had issues getting the Eonon working early on but after a couple updates, it's been a huge improvement. 4) The biggest negative is that at some point, I'll have to let it go. On the positive side: 1) It handles great, 2) It carries a decent amount for its size 3) It gets good gas mileage (I used to average 35mpg but in recent years my driving in this car has been more around town and it's fallen back to 31-32.) 4) It's been extremely reliable. 5) The front seats are very comfortable (I'm 5'7" and the car fits me great. I imagine taller people would not be as comfortable.)
