I purchased a 2024 Honda Accord around August 2023, and within two months, the car locked up on me. I had to get it towed back to the dealership for inspection, and needless to say, I was not happy at all. This vehicle had just 13 miles on it when I drove it off the lot. The dealership looked it over and informed me that they needed to order a part to fix it. I was frustrated because I didn't want the same car I had just purchased, especially since it shouldn't have broken down so soon. I asked for a new vehicle, which was my main concern. My sales consultant, James Mathews, sat down with me to discuss the situation. He spoke with his supervisor and returned to let me know that everything would be taken care of. I must mention that he is a very respectful and helpful person. Honda of Cleveland took great care of me, and I ultimately received a new vehicle. On top of that, my payments and interest rates were lowered. I want to extend my gratitude to James Mathews and the supervisor at Honda of Cleveland for making my experience positive and for addressing my concerns effectively.

I have had my Altas for over 4 years and I keep on falling in love with it each and very day. Extremely comfortable space and overall a perfect size SUV for a family of 5. We have had and continue to have amazing long road trips with this beauty and we will carry the memories we continue to make in our heart for the rest of our lives.

Mountain View and Chris Yancey made my truck buying experience a good one. when I ordered the truck, the sales team made sure I got the truck I wanted even though I changed the order a time or two. After the truck was built, Chris let me know it was in and made an appointment for me to come pick it up. Chris and the finance department helped me get the financing that worked best for me. Overall my Pearlita has been beyond reliabe, comfy, Greatbon gas and roomy However hit 65k and worries began. Replaced gasket, recommended spark plugs begore my 100 k mark.. Def recommend warranty. Lodi Honda took care of me!

As an SRT8 owner this car is amazing to drive but not as a daily driver with less than 60k miles I already had to replace the camshaft, lifters & the entire transmission (nearly $20k). I would only recommend this car to those who really love the design and if you use it only as a weekend drive.

Let me tell you about Economy Honda. Josh and Dustin made this the easiest and most stress free experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I came in with negative equity and even though they couldn't fix it all for me, they did an amazing job taking away some of my financial burden and worry. They provided me with great warranty coverage, gap insurance and a service contract and still kept me where I knew I had to be with my payment. Our family of 5 has traveled across US, Canada, & many many daily city miles, in our Tiguan (almost 200k) with solid performance. General maintenance, & a loose nut on window regulator. Acceleration slowed but spray clean of mass air flow (MAF) sensor solved issue. Seats are comfy enough but maybe less engineered for 1,000-mile trips. 2018 infotech was quirky, but good enough. Folding 3rd row, full sun & added hitch for bikes etc. make this smallish SUV super convenient for city as well as long trips.

I love my Tucson. I've had no bad experiences with Tootie the Tucson. Minor problems are repaired as soon as the problems are presented. I take my breakfast to the service center and settle down until my car is ready. I seldom wait long.

I bought the 2016 Mazda 3 with manual transmission brand new. Since then I've driven 280,000 miles through new York City traffic . I've just change my original clutch at 278000 . Most reliable car ever owned!

As a proud owner of a 2014 Acura RDX, I can confidently say that I have not experienced any malfunctions with my SUV. It has been a reliable and dependable vehicle that has served me well over the years. The comfort level of the interior is something that I particularly enjoy. The seats are comfortable, and the ride is smooth. Even on long drives, I never feel fatigued or uncomfortable. Despite its age, the 2014 Acura RDX is still a competent performer on the highway. I have driven it over 100,000 miles, and it still performs admirably, achieving 30-31 mpg on the highway. The fact that I haven't experienced any malfunctions only adds to my confidence in its reliability. In terms of aesthetics, the exterior and interior of the RDX are okay compared to other SUVs in its class. But, it's not the primary reason I bought this vehicle. My focus was on a reliable and comfortable vehicle, and the RDX has certainly delivered in those areas. Overall, if you're looking for a dependable, comfortable, and practical SUV, I can wholeheartedly recommend the 2014 Acura RDX.

I've owned my Mustang LX 5.0l L Coupe since new and have recently put a turbo into it and it now makes almost 600 RWHP and as a road course race vehicle, it's been amazing for the money that I paid for it! I absolutely love this car and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a fast car with little braking and terrible steering as well, if you want to compete well, you'll be having to work aggressively to make it to that point of winning races, but if you want to just create, then you don't need to do much!;

Previously I had gone to another dealership and treated me like I was not elite enough to buy from them. So going to University Motors after that was a total change. All the employees were polite, respectful, humble and full of smiles!

Great value considering the superior safety features, low maintenance and reliability. Rear wheel bearings have been replaced twice and just had the AC compressor and serpentine belt replaced. Albeit expensive repairs, all cars need something after the first 3 years. It's been 8 years and the car still run and drives like new.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

We are still in the buying process but wanted to review now. Moss Motor Co is a rare find in today's car buying world. Everyone we encountered treated us nicely AND they were well versed in their job. We met Steve and Benny Moss, and were really fortunate to work with Tyson Lovelady. Tyson is a very nice person and he has outstanding product knowledge. He has been a very patient man! We have not seen that too often in our quest to purchase a vehicle. Great car, quiet ride mostly for an SUV, glad I bought it, tested Honda CRV, Mazda CX-5, Hyundai Tucson, Kia Sorrento, Chevrolet Equinox, Terrain, and many others, at that time I could not make a comparison with Toyota since there were none to be tested, the Tiguan stood above the others

Excellent vehicle purchasing experience. Ryan communicated with us and our Credit Union throughout the process. Absolutely stress free. We were also contacted by their service department by email which we appreciated. We will definitely having them service our 2020 Lincoln Nautilus. Under the rear seat it leaked water from the outside when driving in rainy conditions. I upgraded the stereo system and it was better for listening to music on the interstate and hi ways with the top down. I’m hoping to find another car soon.

They care overall is great. Fred is fixing any of the little things that we knew about it prior to me taking it!!! Fred added on so much and is putting new tires on and fixing any of the little things!!!!!

I bought my 2017 Ecodiesel in April of 2018 at a significant discount from MSRP due to "Dieselgate" with VW and then modified software on these. They were held up for months so that the software could be corrected, so by the time they were available for purchase there was a massive overstock on them. With the complete re-design for the 2019 models, dealers were looking to get these moved out and offered big incentives to do so (up to $20,000 off). There have also been some recalls for a few things, but nothing that has seemed to go wrong on my vehicle, but I took it in to get everything addressed for the recalls. That being said, I haven't had any issues with the truck not working at any time and it is one of the most comfortable riding vehicles I've owned, especially on longer trips. The little diesel engine gets excellent milage on the freeway (about 28 mpg) and about 20 around town. Seats have coolers and heaters, the steering wheel also has a heater, auto start, good lumbar support, a nice sound system, "Millenium Falcon" style ice boxes under the rear passenger floor spots, and a lot of other features that even new trucks don't have. Plus I am not having to "rent" services that came in my truck like a lot of new vehicles force people into. It hauls what I need it to haul, tows what I need it to tow, and drives where I need it to go. Does what a truck should and with comfort to boot.
