We bought our XC-60 new and it has been the best car I’ve ever had. It’s a sturdy vehicle with a nice stable ride. We have had no significant mechanical issues. It can haul quite a bit of stuff with the seats down. The height and weight of the car are perfect and create a great blend of performance and safety. Still feels the same as when new, which is amazing.

Bought one for my son for college. Had 108K, now as 190K. Can't complaint. Safe, reliable and very comfortable. Did have to replace the oil cooler assembly, but that's a given on a 3.6. Other than that, tires, brake pads, the usual. It's been a winner.

Our family bought this car brand new in late 2005 and it ran for nearly 20 years with no major mechanical issues whatsoever. It has a Honda J35 engine instead of a typical GM 3.5 liter, making it run much smoother than other Saturns. Occasional maintenance and attention was of course necessary along the way but no mechanical issues ever made the car unsafe to drive. HOWEVER, after about 235k miles, the front engine mount had almost entirely rusted away beyond repair and could not hold the engine in place, deeming it unsafe to drive, a shame because the car never had any major mechanical issues and was extremely dependable besides this fact. Otherwise, the car looks great with a nice interior and is fairly comfortable Overall, it is a great car and very reliable, just be sure to check that the engine mount is intact.

Bought my first car here in May 2015. Everyone was helpful and honest. My car is a 2003 Hyundai Sonata and was pleased to see it had been washed and detailed when I went to take it home! Very honest about the value of the cars and what's wrong with them. I was overwhelmed deciding what car would be best for me but they give enough space to not feel heckled into a certain car and they are very fair with prices. I plan on buying every car I get from here!

The best purchase of my life. Bought this while in college as a basic sedan that I always liked the look of, and it was the most pleasant surprise of my life! So affordable, fun, peppy, responsive, and easy to maintain. It’s one of those cars that becomes your identity and a part of your personality. Maintained the car in my early 20s while going to school and had zero issues funding this car. Gas is cheap and my most major issue was the suspension needed to be redone when I hit 200k miles and because of harsh winters, I decided to put that repair money into a new AWD car. I miss the Mazda though!!! Recommend this vehicle to anyone and everyone!

Purchased a 2008 Saturn Vue with appropriate mileage to convert to a tow-behind (motorhome), and have to say that the car has exceeded all my expectations so far! I think I might use it also for perfectly normal "travel", it drove that well! They took care of a few minor issues before picking up the car, as they had said they would. The price was nearly $ 2000 below comparable 2008 Saturn Vue with similar mileage and condition! The buying process was simple, they were absolutely straight with no hidden fees or other tricks. Never bought a used car before (always new), but this truly was an eye-opening and positive experience!

I love everything about this car! Except the CVT system. It's giving me problems now. Go back to old transmission!! Love these cars though! The CVT tends to break down alot faster than the older normal geared transmissions.

He knew everything about Cadillacs, and shared his knowledge with me when I had a question. Jacob was not pushy whatsoever; he simply is a nice guy who sells Cadillacs. I will buy from Jacob and Massey for my next Cadillac.

These cars are very very reliable, the engine gives the driver of power over and stability over most other cars, the car is very quiet considering the 300 eye popping, seat of the pants performance, the E class makes you feel like a spell person, and you would be if you bought one today.

Joel was excellent at presenting information about the broncho. I was very happy with how quickly I got in and out. My only complaint is after spending $70,000 on a truck they could at least offer to detail it! I had to remove the sticker from the window which is not much but was a pain!!!

This 2013 c-max hybrid has absolutely stood the test of time , unexpectedly driving excessive miles daily for years without having any mechanical problems, we did replace worn tires and always kept up with the recommended sevice maintenance by Ford. I am really impressed by this lil car. Now being sold to continue driving a hybrid car. I defiantly would recommend the c-max.

This review is 3 months after buying, so you know it's honest. It's a long review because I had to comment on all the great experiences I had with multiple employees at AutoNation Honda in Sanford. I connected with salesman Dayton Babcock-Latta through E-commerce. I live in Melbourne, so doing business with a dealership 90 miles away is a time investment for me, and I'm very glad I made the investment. From the beginning, and beyond the sale, Dayton was extremely helpful and accommodating. Dayton worked with me to change my initial appointment to view a 2017 Ford Edge multiple times. Dayton couldn't have been nicer to me, my son and daughter during the appointment, test drive and the sale experience of the new-to-us 2017 Ford Edge. During the test drive, I noticed an odd grumble when braking. After the test drive, Dayton introduced me to his manager, Nelson Bryant, so I could provide my thoughts about the test drive and pricing compared to other Ford Edge's I had recently test driven at other dealers. Nelson asked if I could give him an hour so he could get a mechanic to investigate the grumble. Within the hour, Dayton let me know the mechanic identified the grumble was coming from a new brake rotor they had installed during their preparation of the vehicle for resale. Dayton also let me know Nelson could meet my price point. After the mechanic replaced both front rotors, we went for another test drive and it felt perfect. I was ready to make the purchase, but I didn't know Dayton's helpfulness was just getting started. Dayton made the paper work a breeze, including transferring a license plate I had and getting my insurance updated to add the Edge. During the paperwork process, Dayton found there was only 1 key fob for the Edge, but he didn't stop there. Once Dayton handed my off to the financing specialist, Sergio Perez Cedeno, to complete the sale, Dayton kept looking and found the 2nd key fob in another area of the dealership. Sergio was great at walking me through the sale portion and used vehicle warranty options. I was paying cash (debit card), so I thought this piece of the experience would be the easiest and least stressful, but my credit union declined the transaction so it quickly became the worst part of the day. Unfortunately, it was Saturday and after hours at this time, so I had no way to contact my credit union and get them to approve the transaction. This was all my fault because I didn't pre-approve the transaction with my credit union, so my options became ? finance the purchase so I could drive the Edge home that night (I could pay it off immediately, but I didn't want the unneeded new loan mark on my near perfect credit history), or I could drive 90 miles home that night and drive 90 miles back the next day to bring in a check so I could take the Edge home that weekend. Thankfully, Dayton's helpfulness jumped in again. Dayton offered the idea of splitting the purchase between a credit card and the debit card to reduce the debit card amount?maybe the smaller amount would be approved. It worked and we were able to drive the Edge home that night! Most reviews probably stop there, but my great experienced didn't. A couple days later, Dayton followed up to make sure we were still happy with the purchase. I let Dayton know we were happy, but the day before I had noticed the 3rd brake light was missing a clear cover and some of the LEDs weren't working. Dayton immediately made arrangements to make the repair at no cost to me. It took almost 2 months to make the time in my family?s busy schedule for the repair, but when I was finally ready so were Dayton and AutoNation Honda. Due to this excellent experience, I'll firstly and strongly consider using AutoNation Honda for any future vehicle purchases. I've driven this vehicle from Idaho to Florida to California through blizzards and hurricanes. It handled well on icy roads on normal tyres with no chains on them. It handled well through tropical storms and hurricane conditions. It gave me 50 MPGs in Orlando and gives me 35 MPGs in LA traffic. Even in 30 below zero weather it always has fired right up. I've driven it 50k miles and have only had to change the oil and replace the brakes. It's a great little car. I'm 6'0", 280 lbs and I fit great. It's as comfortable as Lincolns and Lexuses I've owned at a fraction of the cost of operation.

I bought this car second hand. Gas mileage could be better and all my interior windows frost over in the winter. Doors must not be insulated?? The car has mechanically been very good. Drivers seat is uncomfortable though.

The car has pluses and a few minuses. First the good things. It is by far one of the smoothest vehicles I've ever driven, especially highway driving. You barely feel the road. Breaking is quick and responsive which adds to the smooth driving experience. The car is agile and has a impressive turning radius. Engine performance is adequate but acceleration is a bit weak especially taking it from 0 to 60. so you will not be passing every car on the road with this. Also the car sways a bit in high winds so it feels like you have to fine tune the steering at highway speeds to stay in lane. Exterior stying of car is also a bit unorthodox with it's small 15 inch wheels and oversized headlights. Interior is very comfortable for most people seats are comfortable with good back support. The rear seating is large for a subcompact with excellent legroom . The dash is not terribly impressive though cheap plastic is used and the glove compartment is too small . Also audio system is subpar and basic. What I love about the car is the price, the gas mileage and the comfort and reliability. If your looking for fancy or fast look elsewhere.

I purchased a nice used vehicle from this dealership and had a good experience. It took a bit too long to wrap up the paperwork but I guess that’s to be expected. All in all I highly recommend this dealership!

I bought a 2011 Equinox w/2Lt, with the 3.0L VVT. 264 HP engine and 18" wheels. This vehicle was T-boned on the passenger side door with air bag deployed and thus declared totalled by an insurance company from a previous owner. This vehicle was rebuilt and salvage title issued with approximately 38,000 miles on the odometer. This vehicle turned out to be a very good experience so far as I have had some repaint done and I replaced my wheel hubs, brake rotors, calipers and brake pads with high performance parts. With this power plant configuration, I can pull my droptail trailer loaded with 2 cruiser motorcycles to Sturgis with absolutely no problems whatsoever. I change oil every 6 months with under 3,000 miles on the oil. The engine does not use oil. I am a conservative driver and use extra caution while trailering. I added a Curt class IV hitch with no trailer brakes. Trailer payload on the scale is 1900-2200lbs depending on what bikes I decide to take. However, I would not have considered ANY Equinox with the xxx I4 Ecotec Engine. Those engines were built with a batch of bad timing chains from Mexico and GM ended up replacing a boat load of those engine. I am a mechanical engineer.

I bought 2015 used and am impressed with my edge. I had an explorer before the edge that was totaled in a crash. The explorer was a very safe vehicle to be in when unfortunately totaled and with the edge being the little sister I feel safe and secure almost. Just uneasy because of recalls.

I have had my 2014 Fusion Titanium for 10 years, i bought it with 12K miles and now have 145K. this is the best car I have ever owned. besides regular maintenance, i have had 0 issues. Everything still works, no leaks runs great. Definately a good car.

I owned this car for 9 years with relatively few issues. There were several minor recalls that were easily rectified at the dealer, but other than that, it was a reliable car, that was comfortable, and is still stylish. The interior controls are convenient and easy to use. It was fun to drive and had good acceleration.

I just purchased my 6th car from Sport Mazda North, and my 5th from "VIP Customer Care Expert" Zee Saidi. I started doing business with them around 1998 when they were named Fairbanks Mazda. I've always been pleased, and never disappointed. Having bought cars from Zee for over 20 years, I've always been impressed by his thoughtfulness. Several times, they did not have what I was looking for, but every time, Zee would give me a call in a week or so, as soon as they got in what I wanted. My recent purchase was a beautiful but older used car with just a few known issues. It was already listed with a steep discount. Knowing how much the repairs would be, I got exactly the deal I asked for. The process of buying a car can involve some "negotiating." Overall, I've found this dealership always honest and forthcoming, and Zee will go to work for you if you need more information about any specific part of the deal, be it financial or technical. I also have to shout-out to Ray Navas in the service department. He's got another mazda of mine in the shop but he has kept me in the loop the whole time with updates. The Certified Used Car warranty process is just as easy as you would hope it would be! If your'e looking for a new or used car, I highly recommend Sport Mazda North, and try to find Zee if you can. You may just have to wait in line!

I have owned my 2013 S60 T6 AWD for a little over 2 years now and it is an exceptional car. The looks, the power, the handling, all around a very solid and capable vehicle. I have taken it on several road trips and every mile is a joy to drive - I have not had any serious issues and have just done regular maintenance. Would highly recommend the 3.0 T6 AWD S60 if you can find one!
