This is the best car I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned many luxury cars and by far my Tesla Model Y is better than all of them. I have had the car for 2 years now and I never had any issues with the car. Very reliable, fast, and love the auto pilot. The handling is amazing and very quiet. Love the minimalistic interior. I don’t understand why other car maker put 100s of buttons in the dashboard. Love the screen and it’s user friendly.

I own a 2017 Tesla Model S. It's literally the best car I've ever owned. I have driven it 157,000 miles and haven't done a thing to it except change tires. ZERO maintenance! No more oil changes, fluid flushes, belts, filters, nothing. I haven't even needed new brakes because the car slows it's self down so I rarely even touch the brakes. It cost me $400 to have my electrician put the proper outlet in my garage. I charge from home while I sleep. I am never inconvenienced by having to go to the gas station. No more pumping gas, getting gas on my hands, nothing, dripping down my car. I will NEVER own an ICE engine again. Couldn't be happier and will never go back. If you aren't sure, trust me, you will love every minute of driving this car and you will save money doing it.

This is easily the best car you can own. I decided to upgrade from a 2021 Tesla to my current Tesla Model 3 in November 2024, a few months after the model was refreshed. Both were amazing cars and blew me away. The 2024 model is extremely class-upgraded and refined over the original. It is easily the most luxurious and tech-forward car in its category. This car is ZIPPY, and it handles amazingly. The self-driving features are absolutely superb and get software updates frequently. This is the best car for road trips around town, honestly, anything you throw at it, it handles. It is so cheap to fill the range back up at home (I keep mine at 80% max unless road-tripping). The convenience alone of this car makes it worth it, but the material quality and luxury feel make it all the more worthwhile. Tesla's audio system is SO GOOD, it rivals the Harman and Bowers & Wilkins on other cars I've driven. The LED ambient lighting is so beautiful and adjustable. Cooled seats are a must on hot summer days, and you can even start them with one button on the app. So beautiful, fun to drive, and intuitive. Could not be happier with my purchase! You won't regret going with a Tesla!

I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

I really love this car. It looks great, is very fast, and is all-around fun to drive. The one-pedal braking is the best feature, IMO. Would purchase again.

I did as much research as I could on the 2026 EQUINOX. I made some online enquires and got phone calls from many different Chevy dealers. Then it took days before they would get back to me and some not at all. I got a call from Tony Dillberg. I told him I was waiting on some information from other dealers. He told me he was willing to be aggressive to earn my business. I explained that my time was limited and can we do the negotiating over the phone. He asked if I had a trade and told him yes, but couldn't make it over for a few days. He said no problem we can send someone to your home and take care of that. And he did. We came to terms on a deal. After that was settled I asked how soon I can pick up my new vehicle. I explained that it was a surprise for my wife and was picking her up from the hospital the next day and wanted the WOW factor when doing so. This was at 2:00 PM in the after noon. He told me I can pick it up by 7:00 PM that evening. SOLD. When I arrived he introduced me to Paul Deleon and he took it from there. Paul was knowledgeable with all the questions that I had and a pleasure to work with, he went over all of the paper work and formalities and then got me familiar my new Equinox. Picking up my wife the next day and the look on her face seeing her new shiny new red Equinox was a surprise of a life time for her. I got the WOW factor, missioned accomplished. Amazing car. Was able to easily fit 300 square foot of laminate wood flooring inside with the seats folded flat. I'm going to glamp in this thing. I'm going to commute in Los Angeles, take my sister's dogs around - you name it. This thing is going to get a little dirty, hah. I'm happy it has a tow hitch as an option and roof rails available. The frunk and back trunk having storage (under the flat lift boot cover in the back) are just great for shopping and carrying around smaller items. I like that the 2023s still have the stalks because my wife and I tried the 24' Model 3 without, and we don't prefer that experience just yet. This is the best, most efficient, utilitarian, and sharp looking vehicle on the market. My only feedback is the paint could be better. I think they have the fit issues with the body panels down, and the sound dampening is a ton better in the 23's with the extra carpet that they add in the back and on the sides of the vehicle. I think to address the management of the company, Tesla is a big company. The recent Supercharger team layoffs were disappointing to hear in terms of how it was handled. However, I am excited by the prospect that the U.S.A. will have the North American Charging Standard, (NACS), as the single charging standard for Electric Vehicles going forward. NACS is much more elegant than J1772 and DCFC handles, as is the typical Supercharger location and experience. Do yourself a favor and buy into the vertically integrated EV experience with Tesla and don't worry about the public charging infrastructure that others have to deal with. That'll just be your backup option if the lines are too long at the Superchargers, or if you want a better charging rate in some rare contexts. What do I think about the CEO? I don't think about him really too much... the car speaks for itself.

My experience was awesome in dealing with all of the people at Cadillac of Norwood, form my sales person to the finance person, all top notch service. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are interested in a Cadillac. My salesman John was knowledgeable about the products that he was representing.

Amazing experience. I'd recommend anyone looking for a car to try CarMax first... There's zero pressure, tons of beautiful vehicles, and just an all around great place. Will definitely be buying from here in the future. They're willing to work with you if you don't have the best credit, and most importantly, they're just honest and transparent. Two very important things when spending tens of thousands of dollars. Put it this way, it was great enough experience for me to come online and leave reviews all over!

Got the 2023 standards model 3 and it far exceeds any other car, especially ICE. Every single car I will own from here on out will be a Tesla. The other ev brands can't compete. Will also get the Rivian R1S, that is the only other brand I would consider. Don't buy an EV from a company that also makes gas cars unless you like throwing away $.

I just leased 2026 Model Y after drive a free Model Y for a few hours. This car is revolutionary compare with other cars, Chevy, BMW, Mercedes, Toyota, etc. To name a few, no key fob, no Start button, no gear stick, no knobs, no push buttons, no switches, FSD(full self driving), etc. I need to write a novel for this car. I love every aspects of this car., the ride, the drive, the controls, the entertainment, the audio, the huge display, the service, the online uniform price, vast super charging stations. etc. Go to a Tesla dealership and drive off a free test drive car to experience the differences. We made our decisions within hours after driving the car.

Had a great discussion with one of their sales persons. We talked price. We talked milage. He was very informative and respectful of my questions. Answered them all. We ended our conversation with a big maybe cause IMO for the money and milage their are lots of EVs our their that give you a much better bang for your buck. And do it with better style. I don't like the bocy front ends on most cars built today. Luke em more sleek looking not boxy looking.

I picked up my Polestar 3, single motor long range, less than a month ago on a lease program with lots of incentives. It has been a great car to drive and it does get great range, 350 miles, on a charge. The Jupiter paint is unique and the first of its kind in the Southeast region. Wool blend seats are very comfortable. It has plenty of pick up and handles very well . I am very impressed. As a Volvo owner since 1974, there is a lot of Volvo in the Polestar. The 3 is built in the Volvo Ridgeville, SC plant so there was no tariff worries. I highly recommend this car!

Since the 90’s I have owned 5 used BMWs. Once you drive them you don’t change horses. I have been bringing them for service there since 2009. Great service and no need to wait for parts as in other garages. They are stocked. And they treat the earlier models (older) BMW customers as well as they treat someone who is either buying a brand new one or has a new one. They run the cars through the wash when finished and wipe down the interior and vacuum - and it is a very classy touch. The wifi is strong so you can get work done when you are waiting for a repair. It’s painless.

Not sure why all the poor reviews, but I have had nothing but positive experiences with this dealership. As for someone that has had many, many cars in my lifetime, buying my 3rd BMW was a no brainer and this store seemed to have more stock of certified cars than any other. Ill always gravitate back to a Herb Chambers, since I bought two Lexus from the Sharon store and had a great experience with their sales and service (although I would never by another Lexus, but thats a different story). Herb Chambers dealerships are all about exceptional customer service and great relationships for the long term which is what I like. From start to finish, this dealership had great communication from online, text and in person and Ahmed, my sales person was exceptional, friendly and professional and I could not ask for anything better. Great service, great people and quality cars , I would highly recommend this dealership. The location is not ideal, and it is a smaller dealership with mostly cars in the showroom, but they do an excellent job.

I have owned it for 3 months now and gone 10,000 miles. I have driven it in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio and Ontario. I have easily found charging stations and just line it up with lunch or dinner. Car has a few quirks but it is to be expected for the first EV model. Car rides beautifully and Blue Cruise is awesome (had a few times where it would make me keep the hands on the wheel when I didn't think it should). I haven't had range anxiety because most Targets, Meijers and Walmarts have fast charging. Almost all dealerships do as well. Ford is also sending a free Tesla converter which will just add to the availability of charging stations. My only drawbacks on the car so far is the back windshield is hard to keep clean and the windshield wiper is too small. I also wish the car recorded with all the cameras it has on it like the Teslas. Lastly, the plastic on the B Pillars look crazy with the oils from people's hands. Really hard to clean.
