I initially contacted the dealership, via email and received a lot of useful information from the staff. I wanted to make sure I had enough background on the car, prior to making a two hour drive to the dealership. Once there, I received a warm welcome, was treated well, and went through the purchase process. Candy, Lee, and Rick were great through the whole process.

A one owner, Arizona car with 47,860 original miles. Always serviced at Tesla in Scottsdale. The car is great fun to drive, as it's very quick, handles nicely and it's very dependable. About 160 mile range which is perfect for running around town. The navigation system is the best I've ever seen. Super easy to use and very accurate. Operating cost is very low compared to a car powered by a gas engine. I love the car and we're getting a new one.

I had a great experience purchasing my used 2023 Tesla Y from Lumin Fisker! I worked with Alexandria who was very helpful in selecting this vehicle and answering all my questions. She really wanted to make sure I got the right vehicle for me even if I had to go to another dealer. In the end, the Tesla was the perfect car at a perfect price! I absolutely love my 2024 Acura. It’s a well-built, stylish, and reliable vehicle that delivers excellent performance—especially with the AWD, which gives me confidence in all types of weather. The ride is smooth, the features are modern and intuitive, and it feels like it was truly designed with the driver in mind. I’ve owned several vehicles over the years, but this one stands out. I’m planning on keeping it forever! If you’re looking for a dependable and fun-to-drive car, I highly recommend the 2024 Acura.

I originally ordered an R1S in Jan 2021 and waited nearly 3.5 years for it to be ready. When they first opened up test drives I nearly canceled my order due to the ride quality of the early builds. However, once it became time to take delivery, the software improvements drastically changed the character of this truck. It honestly sealed the deal given how much better it was, and there was yet another release to address ride quality after delivery which turned this into an extremely comfortable vehicle—on par with the X7, Q7, etc… The air suspension is truly a boon to the capabilities and ride quality as well. Ride quality aside, the performance is unbelievable both in terms of handling and acceleration, especially given the size and weight. On top of that, the ability to go from sport mode and a 3s 0-60 to off road mode with nearly 15” of ground clearance really puts this vehicle in a league of its own. The interior quality is very good, especially compared to Tesla, but not quite luxury-level, though all the details still make it feel special. There are a few rattles here and there, but nothing too out of the ordinary, and all the materials feel nice. Additionally, the range is dead on, and I usually get 2-3 mi/kwh, which is great for a 7000lb suv. In terms of the footprint, the vehicle is both agile and easy to maneuver, yet has tons of interior space and storage. The glass roof really adds to the openness as well, and the heat in the cabin from it hasn’t been bad comparatively. The one gripe I do have is that the suspension is very noisy, and there’s not any remedy for that. Gen 2 is far quieter, but all in all it’s not a deal breaker given how capable and versatile the vehicle is. All the pieces of this vehicle combined really make for such a special package, especially given that they’re still in the early years and not ubiquitous (yet). This is my 9th car and I’ve had many BMWs, a Tesla, and a M-B, yet this one always makes me smile every time I see it and get to drive it. It truly feels like a remarkable machine (and is incredibly fun too).

Had this vehicle for about a month and I have to say it's the most amazing thing I've ever driven!  It's so quiet, smooth, and maneuverable with the all-wheel steering.  And driving it with one pedal has been a very satisfying experience and gives you so much control.  Plus, that quiet interior has made enjoying the superb Dolby Atmos sound system, playing Spacial Audio via the integrated Apple Music app, even better.  It's like being in a personal sound studio!  And add to that the hot back massage, ambient lighting, and, air balance fragrance system makes it a wonderful place to relax and unwind.  The whole design is beautiful IMHO and truly reflects Mercedes's design language of "Sensual Purity", especially the front interior.  I only wish it had a longer range, but with everything it offers, I'm OK with that until the battery technology for EVs improves.  One final note.  The HEPA filtration has been such a godsend with all the smoke from the Canadian wildfires and makes the inside air so fresh. After driving this,  there's no way I want to go back to an ICE vehicle as it's just so superior in every way! 

2 Years in and no looking back. If you have a driveway and can install a charger, it is an even better experience to bypass gas stations completely.

The moment I got the demo car onto the highway, I thought to myself, “I LOVE this car!” Which rarely happens. I test drove both the Model 3 and Model Y in snowy conditions, and had not a single bout of fear that I may lose control. A few weeks ago, when we were getting a winter blizzard, I was driving my Mother home from Boulder. It was snowing about 2” -3” per hour, people were spinning out all over the place. The vehicle is good in all categories. Which makes it great overall value. There are only 2 things I do not like. The Black card that does not consistently work to unlock the driver side door. The light option under the rear tailgate to unlock trunk with your foot. Otherwise I would of rated this SUV a 5 star vehicle.

I got the raven performance model s and have not regretted it. I commute to LA from San Diego at least 3 times a week and the auto pilot has really made my life significantly easier. The fact that it drives itself on the freeways takes the edge off of traffic. Also the new suspension is incredible, also helps that I can make it there and back going 80 easily with plenty of battery remaining. The interior is simple and I truly enjoy the vegan leather. The performance of this car is unparalleled and the quickest car I had ever been in. It is hard for me to imagine driving any other car!

i hate the process of buying cars BUT i actually enjoyed the process it was painless, Neillo was great! i would buy from them again! only complaint i didnt like that there was a extra added expense for the lowjack (which i should have had negotiated off the price) BUT didnt know about it until we were signing papers

Ultra Trim No more gasoline for me. This car is extremely fast and nimble. It's small and that's a plus in city streets It is VERY quiet and the Harman Kardon sound system is very nice. There is a learning curve with this car and as I get more used to the system, the more fun this car becomes. I am using level 1 charging so I just plug into a standard 115V outlet and that is plenty sufficient for me.

Great service, vehicle had to stay there for a while due to recall, great loaner vehicle, always kept in the loop and updated on what’s going on. Nick from the service department was really helpful and professional.

Only minor problems with only one maintance/repair/upgrade visit just recently (2020) at a Tesla SC, 1.5 days in the shop. All other minor problems handled by an excellent mobile Tesla tech that comes to your house (a special service for those not near a SC). No drivetrain problems whatsoever. 1/3 the maintenance cost of an ICE vehicle, no gas cost. Gas net savings about $5,0000 over 5 years. This is an SUV with moderate dirt road capability and 9" ground clearance.
