We have bought multiple vehicles from Johnson Bros. Everyone there is beyond nice. We have bought since we moved to Bell County from Houston. Never had any problem with our Fords pickups, Expeditions, even Taurus or Lincoln Nautilus. We won't buy anywhere else !

What started as a possible terrible car buying experience turned into one of most enjoyable times, we have ever had buying a car. Initially bought a used 2023 GLE AMG, but it had a perfume odor that was not acceptable to us or dealership. Purchased based on assurance that could be corrected. Unfortunately, after multiple attempts, and not a lack in trying, dealership could not remove the smell. They facilitated us trading for a new 2025 GLE 350 with a minimum amount of hassle. While two ends of performance spectrum (we were loaned a 350 while they worked multiple days on the AMG), we discovered for everyday needs the 350 would work well for our needs.

All the people in the Service Dept were very friendly & nice to work with. Bobby made sure my repairs were done promptly & right. It was good to be able to have the shuttle to take me home, then pick me up again when my car was ready.

I recently had a total loss on my car, so I was in a rush to find another. I contacted Chad Johnson, who ask what I was looking for and apparently is excellent at his job. I live out of town, but drove to Waco to check out the vehicle he located for me. It was EXACTLY what I was looking for. He listened and worked with others to find this vehicle as it came from Gainesville, TX. I purchased the vehicle that afternoon (I could see it ahead of time-online) and drove it back to my home that same weekend. The car was mechanically sound, beautiful pearl/silver color w/leather interior (looked brand-new) and it was a used car. I am so, so happy working with Chad Johnson and B-K that I plan to purchase my next vehicle with them. Chad listened and walked me through the entire process from beginning to end. He is a top notch person and sales person. I highly recommend Chad to anyone looking for the perfect vehicle for them.

There was a slight mix up on the price of the vehicle… but when we brought it to their attention, they made it right with no hesitation.
