This is not my first rodeo with eCarOne and it's always been an excellent experience. I even got a better discount this time. I definitively continue to buy my cars from them.

I purchased a used 2022 Polestar 2 about 10 months ago. I have a PHEV Honda Clarity and I wanted to go all EV. The Polestar 2 has been a great car to own; it is very low maintenance, comfortable for tall drivers and passengers under 6 ft in height; the over the air updates are good, and we should be getting a NACS adapter in August 2024. I recommend the Polestar 2.

The is the FUTURE of automobile transportation! Absolutely FABULOUS car! No more gasoline, no more scheduled maintenance. If you hit the accelerator hard, you'd better have your head against the headrest or you may be injured. Zero to 60 mph in 3.5 seconds for my 2022 Model Y Performance. Fast charging Tesla Superchargers are always available across the country making long, cross country road trips a pleasure. At home I can charge 300 miles of range over night for $8 of electricity. Yes $8! Super Chargers cost more, but the speed and convenience is well worth the costs on road trips and it's still a fraction of the price of gasoline. I honestly look forward to getting into this car and driving it. I've owned a Mustang, BMW M3 and 5 Series, a Porche, Jaguar, Mercedes SL550, and many more cars. None were as fun to drive as the Tesla Model Y Performance. This is the future of automobile transportation and getting better every day.

Vanessa and one of the managers ( can't recall his name) were extremely helpful. There was some confusion about the scheduled maintenance and what was covered and what wasn't. I explained to Vanessa and the manager what had been communicated to me by Graff Chevy & Brandon at Classic...they reviewed everything and completed the service based on what was communicated to me and sorted out the other communication internally. Additionally the service was completed in half the time I expected. Previously, I had a challenging experience with the body shop so Classic was not my first choice for this work, but I decided to give you a other try and it worked out far better. I'm pleased with this service and thanks again to Vanessa and the service manager she engaged to assist.

I own a 2017 Tesla Model S. It's literally the best car I've ever owned. I have driven it 157,000 miles and haven't done a thing to it except change tires. ZERO maintenance! No more oil changes, fluid flushes, belts, filters, nothing. I haven't even needed new brakes because the car slows it's self down so I rarely even touch the brakes. It cost me $400 to have my electrician put the proper outlet in my garage. I charge from home while I sleep. I am never inconvenienced by having to go to the gas station. No more pumping gas, getting gas on my hands, nothing, dripping down my car. I will NEVER own an ICE engine again. Couldn't be happier and will never go back. If you aren't sure, trust me, you will love every minute of driving this car and you will save money doing it.

Walking up to Autonation was THE Bezt decision I made! It was also the best experience I've had! I upgraded my 2021 Jeep for a 2026 Jeep. I LOVE my new Jeep! My salesman was courteous, respectful & great to work with! He helped me to get THE best $$$ for my 2021. My experience was very positive & hassle free. Everyone was very very nice & friendly at Autonation & I felt no pressure at all! Autonation in NRH is the BEST!!

This was a return visit because the work requested wasn?t completed as promised the first time. They did a good job of cleaning and returning the vehicle in a timely manner but would have been nice to have it done as requested on the first day the service was requested.

This is our second Mach-E purchase. Our first was a 2021. We chose to sell it and get a 2025 Mach-E Premium. The 2025 gets revised suspension that is so much better than the previous years, which was bouncy. You can also now get the premium without the glass roof. I do not like the glass roof, so getting the premium features without it is great! Excellent power, comfort and features at a pretty good price. Love the style, too!

Best Mercedes I have ever owned. Accept for normal maintenance the car has never had a service call. The Brigstone tires that came with the were terrible. Only got 20,000 miles out of them.

It is an incredible electric vehicle. It has plenty of great features and one of the best looking interiors of any vehicle on the market. It is much more luxurious than most EVs and the only drawback is that the range is only 236 miles but you can recharge it in 18 mins on a super charger.

Juan Feliciano, Assistant Service Manager, made my first experience with Mercedes-Benz Grapevine a very pleasant one. I took my car in for recall repair, although I did not purchase it there. Customer service was top notch from everyone I encountered there. Will definitely not be my last visit and would definitely recommend them!

I liked the process, they do not push you to buy immediately and allow you to decide at your own pace. They are patient showing you all available inventory of interest.

My first EV and a ton of fun to drive. Loaded with tech but it does take a while to get it all working. Fortunately, Audi has free phone support and they are great. The car is so smart, it tells you when to take you foot off the accelerator and slows the car down when you approach an intersection with stopped traffic. Amazing! The car handles well with a low center of gravity, accelerates well and gets the advertised mpeg. My car averages 3.2 miles/KW in mixed driving which is right at 307 miles per full charge, although you should never run it down to 0%. On a 160 mile trip with some stop and go traffic, the car used 50% total charge so my range anxiety is gone. On a fast charger, it starts at 135 KW/hr slowing decreasing to 90. That translates into a reasonable 25 minutes 30-80% charge. I had great reservations trading in my pristine BMW M550i, but it turned out to be a smart move. Buy one!

Everyone in the triad that helped us locate what we were wanting at a price point we were comfortable with made the process smooth & easy. Truly thankful for all of them & their patience with our indecisiveness and choppy weekend plans to finish the deal. Jeff was so helpful start to finish & was great at making sure we got something that had specific features we desired but keeping our finances in consideration as well. It was hard parting with the Borrego of 192,000miles we purchased from this same location 25 yrs ago-but they blessed us with a decent trade in value towards the purchase of a new Sorento. 1 month in and really enjoying the car. Very comfortable and quiet. The ride is smooth and pretty responsive for a true 3 rom suv. Charging has been easy and can use any fast charging stations. Home charge is very easy. Set the time, plug it in and all charged by morning. The range is holding pretty true. Using air-conditioning and cooling seats on the highway will drop the estimated range but I still did 270 miles I am 6'5" and I can fit in the 3rd row and have someone my size in front of me. The electronics are all their and using the auto hold a lot.

Everybody needs to stop what they are doing, going from dealership to dealership looking for the best deal. Just head to grapevine and ask for Jayson. I wish I would’ve done that from the beginning. It would’ve saved me a lot of time! Thank you Jayson for being so awesome.

Just had the car for a month. It's much like its predecessor, the bz4x but gets better range, at 90% from 230 to 275. It rides smoothly and a bit less noisy than the 4x. I'm very happy with it.

Pickup is quick. Looks amazing. Maintenance and maintenance cost is negligible. For my 40K mile service done at Ford dealer my bill was $0! You read the right. Charges well and works. Heated seats and heated steering wheel in MI weather is a blessing. I have it set where it heats up the cabin & conditions the battery on its own at my departure time everyday. It is also set up, where it doesnt charge at the time when my electric company charges a premium on electricity. No issues what so ever. I love the car.

I did my shopping online and spoke to Jason Rudd and set up a meeting to view several cars that you had in your inventory. I was interested certified used cars and Jason listen to what I wanted to spend. We continued negotiating and came to a successful conclusion.

Don't understand the earlier review - liked the car but only gave it a 1 rating overall??? I LOVE this car, 5 rating overall. Just purchased a month ago, so cannot rate reliability yet. However, comfort and performance are stellar. With a 300+ mile full range, you cannot be too concerned about finding a charging station. Just do a little planning. Everything well designed. You do need to figure out all the bells and whistles though. Manual was written by someone whose first language is not English.

Overall, Vandergriff Chevrolet service dept. did an excellent job on my repair. With an extended warranty, the repairs cost nothing. But if I do critique anything, is the trying to get me to spend $1,200 in new battery cables. There was nothing wrong with them.
