Had a faulty battery. Took it in to the dealer. They did a system check, stated it was a faulty battery and replaced it. Very efficient. A positive experience.

I'm not a fan of EV's because I feel their purpose is limited. That being said I bought this Ionic 6 as a city car and it is perfect. The reason I did this is because my Mercedes dealer wanted to charge me $1,700 for front brakes on a 2 year old car with less than 15k miles. Doesn't make sense to drive a car like that around town but it is great for trips of any size. The Ionic 6 is just fun to drive. And what makes it even better is I live in a carriage house and it would be hard to install a charger. This car comes with free charging for 2 years and I have a charge station 3 miles from where I live so it is perfect.

I brought in a 2022 BMW x5 to service department of Hilton Head BMW to have an inspection prior to me purchasing the car from a dealership. They gave me an appointment right away. They preformed a very thorough inspection, even sending me a video of it! The service department staff gave me a detailed account of what was preformed and the outcome of the inspection, which turned out to be awesome. This inspection outcome led me to purchase the car. I?ve bought and serviced several vehicles at this dealership and value their opinion. I wouldn?t take my BMW to an other BMW dealership!

I was looking for a particular year and model of a Porsche Macan for a little while now. I found it online using the Porsche website and their extensive dealership pre-owned search. When I found what I wanted at the. Hilton head dealership they couldn’t have been more helpful. I had never bought a vehicle online before and the process can seem a little daunting but many photos and videos were sent to me. The car was only a few years old but had an extensive documented service history. The dealership was very responsive to all my queries and made the process easy. I would buy from them again. Ernest Daly provided awesome customer service as always. He helped me when my brand new Sante Fe had a recall for engine replacement in 2024. It was a long process but he stated in contact with me. I think he's awesome. Give him an increase in his salary.

Had a maintenance appointment. Great Communication during the appointment. Photo documentation was good. Brett explained the needed repairs. Customer service on spot. I will be back.

1 month in and really enjoying the car. Very comfortable and quiet. The ride is smooth and pretty responsive for a true 3 rom suv. Charging has been easy and can use any fast charging stations. Home charge is very easy. Set the time, plug it in and all charged by morning. The range is holding pretty true. Using air-conditioning and cooling seats on the highway will drop the estimated range but I still did 270 miles I am 6'5" and I can fit in the 3rd row and have someone my size in front of me. The electronics are all their and using the auto hold a lot.

Cole was most helpful and professional! Timely , efficient, courteous, caring. The dealership has always been excellent in their service and an excellent customer service and maintenance.

Great experience with Steve. Updates and explanations on repairs was excellent. Felt confident that they could address my concerns as my car is over 20 years old.

This car has been the best I’ve owned so far. Even if you aren’t looking at a Tesla, EVs in general are so much fun! I’ve had little maintenance in the three years I’ve had this car so far (tire rotations, wiper blades). Every major software update brings either new features or improvements.

Charging has turned out to be easier than expected, but haven't taken for long trip yet. Great acceleration and got over 440 miles on first 100% charge when delivered. Did get RST version so list price was higher than what is listed here.

I bought this and have no complaints. It is a solid ride, super fast and fun to drive. It is very futuristic and I think it will hold its value mostly because there will be few sold due to tariffs and trumps anti EV stance. If VW could sell the cargo version in the US, there would be a million on our roads within a couple of years. I love my ID Buzz and am excited to drive spending less than $1.00 to go 30 miles.

I’ve had my M3P for 5 days and I freaking love it! Controls take some time to get used to where everything is. I’ve had maybe 30 cars and this is my favorite by far. I highly recommend if you’re in the fence, just buy one. You only live once!
