It started when Matt saw me drive in to the service bay and walked over to greet me with a smile. I had a question about our navigation screen that honestly was driving me nuts—he showed me how to fix it in a jiffy. We were in for a simple oil change, but Matt also after checking our tires warned us that new tires would be coming due and provided a few estimates so we could prepare for that upcoming expense. We always feel special at Skillman because of members like Matt.

I feel I must update my review from last month as Kia finally replaced the Power Relay Assembly and everything works perfectly now! Lucky that it presented as AC not blowing cold air. The car is an absolute pleasure to drive. We're planning a long road trip over Thanksgiving looking forward to using the Tesla supercharging network.

Came in to turn in the old lease. Wife wanted to go from a sub-compact Scion iA to a Rav4 midsize suv. Mike McGinness helped us find exactly what she could afford! No sales gimmicks from anyone. The sales Manager Stephanie came out and greeted us while we looked at some vehicles in the showroom. Simply thanked us for coming in and was excited for us. Wife’s anxiety and hunger got the best of her, so Mike was ok with me letting her test drive to our house to drop her off and take a closer look at the new Rav4. Came back, picked one out and worked out some numbers that she was able to afford. Even though it was closing time at that point, Randy Miles, the leasing manager got all the paperwork ready for her to sign. Very knowledgeable staff and super friendly. Not sure why people get wound up sometimes about dealerships. Its a big purchase and it’s great to have knowledgeable people helping you along the way. Going to pick up the new Rav4 LE AWD tomorrow! If you come ready to buy, know where you stand and do some price research, you will have a great experience. Toyota’s are solid vehicles. Def recommend this place and the great staff I had the buying experience with!

I was having trouble with monitor showing a problem with 1 of my tire sensors & service department diagnosed the problem quickly & was able to repair without my having to make another appointment saving me making another trip for repairs. They explained what needed to be done & so far everything is working fine.

Spencer was great to work with! As an out of state buyer, I was purchasing this car sight unseen. Spencer sent me a video of the car, which was a great help in convincing me to follow thru with the purchase. Was able to handle most of the paperwork via email, which was quick and easy. Outstanding service from the 2 service tech I talk to. I just wish the person that said i need 1 or 2 filters would had me why it was i shop. Because I drove about 60 miles to get there. Same as the service light in dash should of been addressed.

My favorate vehicle i have ever owned. Dont pay attention to unfounded comments by EV haters. If you use your vehicle mainly in a 250 mile radius this truck is perfect. I charge at home once a week. If you typically take long trips, it may not be for you. Front truck is invaluable. I have 11000 miles, and have saved close to $2000 already over a F150 ICE version.

We've had our Vistiq Sport for only a couple weeks - so I'm sure our view will evolve. Lots of positive things to say - performance, room, handsome (not gorgeous...it's no Aviator or Land Rover) design in and out, great range (we are seeing 330+ range), features for money, good visibility and appreciate the vegan 'leather' seats. It is, however, hard to master the infotainment system - super frustrating. The lack of Apple CarPlay is missed more than I imagined (does not seem like a sustainable strategy). Perhaps once we are able to drive it without having to hit enough buttons as if we were re-tasking a drone our love for it will grow.

We purchased a 2023 XT6 and had the best experience during this process. I would recommend Lockhart and Chad our salesman to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. Chad was the best salesman we have ever dealt with. Tom did a great job explaining all the bells and whistles on the new car. We have all of our vehicles serviced at Lockhart also. It's a cadillac! Big Spacious Smooth Ride! Plenty of tech, easy to use. Lots of storage space. Plenty of torque, speed and acceleration, no problem
