I sat and watched all the YouTube Videos I could find on the Lyriq. I decided on the 2024 Lyriq Luxury 2 because of the select features that It came with or I could add to the vehicle. With a personal check to place an order, I went to my favorite Dealership " Plaza Cadilac in Leesburg, FL. When I arrived to place my order I could see several Lyriq's lined up. The one main Item that I wanted was the 19.2 on-board charging system rather than the 11.5 system. My salesman scoured their inventory and found one with the equipment I wanted but not the color. He found a 2024 Lyriq Luxury 3 with a 19.2 charging system and a whole lot more. One of the main items this time around was the all-glass roof with the power shade. They brought up an all-white vehicle with a beautiful real leather interior and all the bells & whistles that Cadillac is known for. The car is a stunning showpiece in gleaming white paint and just enough chrome to make it stand out without being gaudy. A Vehicle that folks stop and look at in the Church parking lot, The Post Office, or the Grocery Store. At night the vehicle lights up the way around it as it glides along. When you see it, you know it's a Cadillac lyric.

The knowledge he had, all the time he took going over all the functions of the car, his patience while he helped find us the vehicle that was right for us, an how friendly everyone was.

We've had our Vistiq Sport for only a couple weeks - so I'm sure our view will evolve. Lots of positive things to say - performance, room, handsome (not gorgeous...it's no Aviator or Land Rover) design in and out, great range (we are seeing 330+ range), features for money, good visibility and appreciate the vegan 'leather' seats. It is, however, hard to master the infotainment system - super frustrating. The lack of Apple CarPlay is missed more than I imagined (does not seem like a sustainable strategy). Perhaps once we are able to drive it without having to hit enough buttons as if we were re-tasking a drone our love for it will grow.

He responded to our internet request for a test drive immediately, and followed up with us to set up a convenient time to meet for the test drive. I live in Appleton, but the 1.5 hour drive to Wausau was well worth it. My sales consultant, Billy Woldt, responded immediately to my internet inquiry on my 2018 Ford Edge and was my point-of-contact from beginning to end. Billy even had the Edge inside the facility ready for me to test drive when I arrived for my appointment. The follow-up e-mail from Billy two weeks after I purchased the vehicle was a nice personal touch. I will definitely be back to this dealership when I’m in the market again for a vehicle. He took me for 2 test drives, a z71 2025 new traverse, and a LT traverse. Connor was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. My husband was not with me. I made an appt to bring my husband next day. We did test drives and picked the the Z71. No pressure at all like some dealerships we have been too. Everyone there were so friendly and knowledgeable..
