My wife & I purchased a 2021 XC40 Inscription and a 2021 XC60 Inscription. We like these cars so much we have a sign in our garage that reads, "Volvo Parking Only". We've had a lot of excellent cars in our lives, but the Volvos to this point have been very impressive and the safety technology helped prevent us from being in accidents at least twice in less than a year. With all of the traffic today you can't get too much safety technology. We've had 1 car serviced and it took us less than 1 hour and the service director was efficient and personable. Sandberg Volvo Cars means to please and that is obvious.

Love the C40. Sporty car ride and acceleration. Refined interior and worthy infotainment. Styling is top notch and simply a great looking car. Charging will not be an issue once able to use Teslas Supercharger Network.

I first contacted Sandberg Volvo on a Friday morning, but our search began many days before. My wife and I previously owned a XC60 and we were set on the new Recharge Extended Range. We searched all dealers in WA, ID and OR looking for the best package and price. These models are limited and we expected a different experience than when we bought our first Volvo when the market was “normal.” Friday morning I combed the 250 mile dealer radius (we live in Olympia) and found a model we had not seen at any other dealer; a Polestar Engineered. Assuming this was ordered, pre-sold, or not available, I inquired about it through their automated buying process. Just before the dealership opened I received an email from sales consultant Fouad Fares and within minutes we were texting and conversing on the phone. Fouad and manager Bill Tapscott tailored the deal, we drove up the next day and the entire process was simple, transparent and by far the best car buying experience. All the staff were friendly and DJ in finance was also a pleasant surprise. We never felt pressured, all of our questions were answered and we left feeling a little bewildered because it was not at all what we expected in the best way. The only downside to the whole process was the drive from Olympia to Lynnwood. It was worth it and the drive back was amazing in our new XC60 Polestar Engineered Extended Range! I called ahead to ask my sales associate, Jon Pollock, to hold a newly advertised certified Q7 for 4 hours while I drove from Portland to Seattle. Jon went out of his way to accommodate me and assured me the car would be waiting. He was friendly, engaging, and absolutely knowledgeable about the product he sales. During the test drive, I was given a brief summary of the features the car had and after returning to the dealership, I was given a more detailed explanation of the Q7’s amenities. The price was more than fair, the car was better than advertised, and financing got an interest rate for me that was lower than my own credit union offered. The moment I got the demo car onto the highway, I thought to myself, “I LOVE this car!” Which rarely happens. I test drove both the Model 3 and Model Y in snowy conditions, and had not a single bout of fear that I may lose control. A few weeks ago, when we were getting a winter blizzard, I was driving my Mother home from Boulder. It was snowing about 2” -3” per hour, people were spinning out all over the place. No pressure from Malakai the Manager, who is also calm and relaxed. He was willing to listen and make adjustments. Even signing the paperwork was easy as typically this is the time my stomach aches and my heart goes 0- 120 in one second.

My first Tesla. The car is a great luxury car with hypercar performance. I love it. It took a day or two to figure out the basics, but the settings and features and FSD have spoiled me. Unless I want to drive, I simply tell the car to take me somewhere and off I go. FSD is not perfect yet, but I’m thoroughly impressed. I’m looking forward to the approaching day I can choose to simply ride rather than drive. On top of all that, the utility of the large hatch area is almost as large as our Durango. Finally, I am extremely pleased with the value proposition even if the purchase process had some bumps along the way. Buying a 20 month old car saved me boatloads over purchasing new. Count me a happy camper.

I just purchased my 2nd (almost) brand new Tucson from Doug's in Lynnwood. My first experience was 7 years ago and fairly stressful, however this time was amazing. My sales rep was Michael Wilson. I had a certain deal in mind with my trade based on research and with very little back and forth I got my car! I've bought several new cars over the years and Michael by far is the best sales rep I've ever dealt with. He has a very kind, calm demeaner and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. I highly recommend him! Also Sonny (sp?) in warranty was great and very quick and efficient.

Luckily, I stumbled across a $7500 instant rebate along with a $5000 above trade-in value for my car. I purchased the SEL trim with leather, adaptive cruise, lane assist, power driver seat, etc. No sun roof, which I did not want. 19" tires for a little better mileage. I am absolutely impressed with this car and feel very safe on winter roads (AWD), especially in winter mode. I find no fault other than it lacks a rear windshield wiper, Which I would prefer to have. Extremely quiet and comfortable ride.

Fantastic experience start-to-finish! Good selection, no pressure, personable staff. Our salesman Mike B was very knowledgeable and took time to listen to what we wanted without pushing us one way or the other. Finance Manager Max M was also friendly, went over all the paperwork clearly, and explained very useful extended warranty options without all the nonsense other dealerships try to arm-twist you over. Buying a new car doesn't have to be a chore and we give Doug's our highest recommendation without hesitation!

I own a 2017 Tesla Model S. It's literally the best car I've ever owned. I have driven it 157,000 miles and haven't done a thing to it except change tires. ZERO maintenance! No more oil changes, fluid flushes, belts, filters, nothing. I haven't even needed new brakes because the car slows it's self down so I rarely even touch the brakes. It cost me $400 to have my electrician put the proper outlet in my garage. I charge from home while I sleep. I am never inconvenienced by having to go to the gas station. No more pumping gas, getting gas on my hands, nothing, dripping down my car. I will NEVER own an ICE engine again. Couldn't be happier and will never go back. If you aren't sure, trust me, you will love every minute of driving this car and you will save money doing it.

My wife and I are in our mid 70s, and this is only the second time we have purchased a new car. We were treated with respect. We knew what new car we wanted, and John Neal, in a most professional, friendly, knowledgable and courteous manner, shepherded us through the buying process. I have the Limited version of this car. It has a very comfortable ride compared to our Tesla M3. Range is plenty for daily commuting and long drives. The car charges very quickly at EA stations and comes with 2 years of free charging. The front seats are very comfortable and fully recline plus they are heated and cooled. The infotainment system is feature rich but the controls are a complicated mess so I mostly use Apple CarPlay with works great on the large display. I suggest you test drive this car as the photos make it seem smaller than it really is. It’s about crossover size but with a hatchback. The Digital Teal and Shooting Star matte paint colors are beautiful! My Hyundai service center has been excellent but some other Hyundai dealers are not so great. Visit your local service center before buying.

The Ioniq is a lot of fun to drive. The ride is smooth and it has plenty of power. If you are someone that likes technology it has a lot to offer. If you are not tech savvy there will be a learning curve. Things that I don't like about the car is 1. No rear windshield wiper so it has to be clean frequently in winter or dirty environments. 2. If you live in a cold environment the efficiency is greatly diminished if the heater has to be run constantly. Overall great car so far.

Performs flawlessly but charging technology is badly designed and takes too long. If Kia had their own chargers like Tesla, that would be better. But they don't.
