I experienced a little hiccup with this dealership, but it was quicky resolved by Mr. Paul Nogrady. After speaking with Paul about my issue, he assured me that he would "make things right." I must say, Paul didn't make things right, he actually MADE EVERYTHING BETTER! The vehicle that I purchased was BETTER than the one I initially wanted. The experience that I had with him was BETTER than any of my other car buying experiences, and Porsche of the Mainline is BETTER than any other dealership I have dealt with. I purchased a 2025 Ct4 Luxury from Delaware Cadillac in July 2025. I noticed some inconsistencies in the paint on the passenger rear quarter panel and the rear parking sensors were working intermittently. I contacted Tony in the service department, and she checked the problems I had. She scheduled an appointment with the paint service and had the parking sensors checked. The day I came in for the scheduled service, Mike checked my Ct4 again to make sure he saw the problems too be corrected. I was given a Ct4 to drive while the work was being done on my vehicle, this was helpful because its the same car and I did not have to figure anything out. Mike called and told me that the paint was worked on but he did not think it was any better than I had done with the touch up and the parking sensors were checked and seemed to be as they were supposed to be. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was very happy with the paint work and the vehicle was clean as I left it. It is important to me that some one knows that I am very satisfied with the way this issue was handled . I want give kudos to Dane Tjaden for sales, Mike Anderson and Toni Spille for service. When I arrived for the service, Mike Anderson inspected my CT4 again to confirm the issues and ensure everything would be addressed properly. I was provided with a loaner CT4, which I greatly appreciated—it made the transition seamless since it was the same model I’m familiar with. Mike later contacted me to provide an update. He informed me that while the paint had been retouched, he personally didn’t feel it was much of an improvement over my own previous touch-up. He also noted that the parking sensors were tested and found to be operating as expected. However, when I picked up my vehicle, I was genuinely pleased with the paint work—it looked much better than I anticipated. The vehicle was also returned to me clean and in great condition, exactly as I had left it. I want to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent customer service I received. It’s important to me that someone knows how satisfied I am with how this situation was handled. I’d like to especially recognize Dane Tjaden in sales, and both Mike Anderson and Toni Spille in service. Their professionalism, transparency, and care made all the difference. Thank you again. We've had our Vistiq Sport for only a couple weeks - so I'm sure our view will evolve. Lots of positive things to say - performance, room, handsome (not gorgeous...it's no Aviator or Land Rover) design in and out, great range (we are seeing 330+ range), features for money, good visibility and appreciate the vegan 'leather' seats. It is, however, hard to master the infotainment system - super frustrating. The lack of Apple CarPlay is missed more than I imagined (does not seem like a sustainable strategy). Perhaps once we are able to drive it without having to hit enough buttons as if we were re-tasking a drone our love for it will grow.

This was my first experience purchasing a new vehicle, and the team at KIA of Wilmington was PERFECT! Not only was the vibe of the store friendly, welcoming, and pressure free, everyone on staff from servicing, to sales, to financing knew all of the ins and outs, were more than happy to answer all of my (sometimes obvious) questions without judgement and clearly, and really made my first real purchasing experience a great one. I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

It's a cadillac! Big Spacious Smooth Ride! Plenty of tech, easy to use. Lots of storage space. Plenty of torque, speed and acceleration, no problem

Went to look at an 02 Porsche 911. Been looking around a while to find this generation/style of the 911. Came across a this particular car on the Internet. I knew it had to be somewhat decent of a car if Porsche of the Main Line had it on their lot. Made an appointment with the sales rep Brett Hagen to see the car. Brett was an amazing. He was upfront and honest with a few details about the car that needed repairing. We went out on a test drive and I was hooked! We negotiated a deal including service to get the car up to spec. The car was then handed over to a phenomenal tech named Christopher Wise. Not only did he expertly fix all the issues with the vehicle. He went above and beyond fixing other details of the car that were not part of the deal. By the time he was done, the car was near perfect, especially for its age. Brett and Chris made my Porsche buying experience great. My 911 was by far the least expensive Porsche they had on the lot. (I was surrounded by dreamy $100k - $200k Porsches and Lamborghinis) Brett, Chris, and the rest of the dealership treated me as if I was purchasing a new car. Not one single detail was missed from the buying experience. I would highly recommend Brett and Porsche of the Main Line to anybody looking for a new or used dream car.

This dealership was honest and helpful, but we did not purchase a car here because they would not accept a PFFCU AutoDraft. They insisted on providing their own financing, or would accept a down payment and a cashier's check from the credit union.

I recently purchased. a Model X Long Range to replace my 2021 Audi e-tron; I couldn’t be happier. The Tesla is faster, more efficient, and more fun to drive and the charging network is second to none. Interior quality and ride are comparable. My dogs love the extra room and Dog Mode in the Tesla. I have no regrets!

I would like to reach out to BMW of Devon for my latest oil change and brake fluid change in my 2023 X5 and 50i. Ishmel was a great service writer kept us informed and had a sense of looking out for us. Had no problem with services that were done. Haven’t noticed any oil on the driveway. seems that oil will get trapped in the engine plate and then drips out when you’re not level. BMW, please help your technicians in making it easier for them. We know that time is not a lotted to take the plate down and techs are trying to make money. This does definitely affects the overall ownership experience. this may be rather small, but it is something that is bothersome for the owner when he has to remove the paper and plastic that is put in for service driver seat, and floor mat. we also realize that when we do not pay for services, the technician is also cut. By no means should this be that we would get any poor quality work done. We have to take it somewhere else because the technician is not happy. again everything seems to be working fine and would like to thank BMW of Devon for completing this job properly. As a first owner of BMW my expectations are high. i’ve had other problems at the dealership prior to this. issue with cracking performance tires from Hancock. basically too much of a fight to have one replaced under warranty. it doesn’t doesn’t deter me. it’s a shame that we have to go through these types of fights. have a great day thank you

I leased a 2025 and in May of 2025 and I now in October 2025 have just over 5K of trouble free miles, no issues what so ever. Love this aar so much I will most likely buy at the end of the lease. It is the most comfortable vehicle I have ever driven. The other review about the brakes, they most likely turned off the regenerative braking system and then forgot to use the brakes. I say that because when my was inadvertently turned off the same thing almost happened
