The overall experience was good. We did end up purchasing a vehicle, and are very satisfied thus far. The facility was clean, but could use some updates. The waiting areas where a little less comfortable than some other dealerships we have been to recently. Would still recommend this dealership, as the feedback I would have would be how to get better and is not a complaint.

Toyota decided to get serious with their electric compact suv over their earlier version. Lowered the price making it competitive with all others in this class. Also making it now competitive is the increase in driving range, the XLE AWD model gets a significant boost with a 288 mile range. In addition the horsepower on the XLE AWD increased to 338 providing 0-60 in the middle 4 second range… that’s head snapping power. Also, major improvements were addressed to the charging system… now able to charge significantly faster and it comes using the NACS (North American Charging Standard) outlet connection for faster charging ( (originally called the Tesla charging connection). I personally enjoy driving the bZ around town but also on major roads. It runs quietly as an electric should but also isolates road noise. The instrument panel is different but coming from driving my plug in hybrid Prius Prime I’m used to different. I trust Toyota overall quality over all other manufacturers whether the vehicle is a traditional combustible gas engine or now electric.

This is our second Mach-E purchase. Our first was a 2021. We chose to sell it and get a 2025 Mach-E Premium. The 2025 gets revised suspension that is so much better than the previous years, which was bouncy. You can also now get the premium without the glass roof. I do not like the glass roof, so getting the premium features without it is great! Excellent power, comfort and features at a pretty good price. Love the style, too!

Just had the car for a month. It's much like its predecessor, the bz4x but gets better range, at 90% from 230 to 275. It rides smoothly and a bit less noisy than the 4x. I'm very happy with it.

This car has more features that some I never used. The navigation system is defendant plus but the best feature is extremely low. My average cost is $20 per month.

Everyone from sales to service department are very nice and friendly. We even bring our grandchildren with us since they enjoy looking at the new models and they like the playroom. I own a 2017 Tesla Model S. It's literally the best car I've ever owned. I have driven it 157,000 miles and haven't done a thing to it except change tires. ZERO maintenance! No more oil changes, fluid flushes, belts, filters, nothing. I haven't even needed new brakes because the car slows it's self down so I rarely even touch the brakes. It cost me $400 to have my electrician put the proper outlet in my garage. I charge from home while I sleep. I am never inconvenienced by having to go to the gas station. No more pumping gas, getting gas on my hands, nothing, dripping down my car. I will NEVER own an ICE engine again. Couldn't be happier and will never go back. If you aren't sure, trust me, you will love every minute of driving this car and you will save money doing it.

Best Car ever! Elon Musk and his Tesla company did a great job with this reliable vehicle. Don't want any other car! It is so Reliable. I use it as a business vehicle and don't want anything else. no major breaks, always runs, pre conditioning features and app connection is unbeatable.

Charging has turned out to be easier than expected, but haven't taken for long trip yet. Great acceleration and got over 440 miles on first 100% charge when delivered. Did get RST version so list price was higher than what is listed here.
