I have always trusted my 2011 Ford Edge with Ford Service since day one. I moved to Mesquite TX so I started to use Town East Ford. I had one service appointment with an issue but they went above and beyond to take care of it, even after a considerable amount of time had passed. This spoke to me about their honesty and integrity. I absolutely LOVE this car! Mine is the SXT base trim with the Pentastar V6 engine, purchased used at 37,000ish miles, but it is still the best car I’ve ever owned or driven. It is extremely comfortable to sit in (I am 5’10), on par with the comfort of my dad’s old ‘87 Camaro, which was also incredibly comfortable. It’s not a cramped space to sit in and the console is a comfortable arm rest height. But family conscious buyer beware, this isn’t a family friendly car; there’s pretty much no legroom in the back of the car. Maybe if you’re short and very skinny you could fit well, but taller or heavier folks will definitely not fit in the back. I certainly struggled to fit just to pull the seat down to extend the trunk space! The headrests of the backseats are a little tall and don’t let the front seats click back up all the way unless you pull the bucket seats up really far which is a little annoying but as someone who doesn’t lug around much it’s not something I’m really frustrated with. The trunk is super spacious! It rides very smoothly on the absolute garbage roads here in Western Washington (we have some of the worst roads in the US). Still bumpy because the potholes are insane, but smoother than our my parents vehicles and my old car (2011 Kia Soul). The audio controls on the steering wheel are mounted on the back which was odd to me initially but I have quickly adapted to their placement and make use of them a ton with Apple Music. Speaking of music, the base 6 speaker audio system sounds phenomenal as it comes; loud and I can really feel the drums and bass on higher volumes which I love, though I’ll be adding a subwoofer at some point. Let the music play! The engine and transmission run and function well and shifts smoothly in both regular and sport driving mode; I love sport mode, the slight engine sound difference and touchier throttle is fun, but it does reduce fuel efficiency a bit so I don’t use it too terribly much. I do wish the car was fitted with a cat-back exhaust system so it at least has the sound of a muscle car (where’s the allure in a muscle car, particularly one that revives the classics in a modern form, that has a quiet engine?) while retaining the more dependable and fuel efficient motor. That is something I will be saving up to change out, but that’s just me; for many that doesn’t matter, but is something to note if you are an avid lover of classic muscle cars and want to enjoy its allure even if you can’t afford the higher trims with the V8s, I certainly couldn’t; but that’s okay, I still cherish this car and appreciate the reliability of the V6 as a lower income individual. One thing I really don’t like (but chose to live with as I love the car to death otherwise) is that a lot of the climate control features are “locked” behind the infotainment screen; making it a big distraction and hassle to change between max or regular air conditioning and the which fans are blowing. The only buttons for it is a dial for fan strength, an off switch, an auto button, defrosters, and the AC on/off button. The USB and aux plug ins are inside the console, which is kind of awkward, but I actually like that as it makes you put your phone in the console (unless you have a long cord, mine is coiled) which prevents it from being a distraction. There is a moderate blind spot, but it is easily corrected with *properly* angled side mirrors. All in all I love this car and couldn’t recommend it more than I do. I plan to try to make this last the rest of my life in the best shape possible. It’s Mopar or no car! 🚗

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

Well, my wife cant get over the fact that town eastford has had her car for 3 months and they just dont let us know updates,should I request them to buy it back and buy a different vehicle,let the public decide

Bought my truck used in 2016 with 69k miles one owner vehicle currently pushing 122k. Only major issue has been the replacement of the break pump, great on gas plenty of torque have hauled a Bob Cat in the past with no issues. Love my truck!

Update, I was quickly contacted by the GM who promised to make good on the car by either getting rid of the smell or take the car back.

2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.

I've owned Porsche 911, a G35 and now this baby. I originally leased it for a few years and was going to give it to my son for his 16th birthday, but decided to keep it as it is STILL so much fun to drive. Fast, zippy, not one problem in 4 years. Just replaced the battery (AAA said I didn't need to, but after 60K, better safe than sorry). Replaced the tires at 40K. Other than that, regular oil changes. LOVE IT.

2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. I know that there is a recall on 2015-2019 Ford Expedition for faulty transmission gear box. I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my transmission. Vin #1MJK1JT8LEA27351 Model: XLT Max Grey

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

I've now had 3 2015 or newer Ram 1500's. I tend to out between 30k to 35k per year on my trucks, and I have had almost no issues with any of my Ram 1500 pickups. The first one and the one I am currently driving both had 5.7 liter Hemis, and the middle one had the 3liter turbo Eco Diesel. The last 2 have been Laramie editions with the first being a Big Horn edition. I have nothing but high marks to give these trucks across the board. Power-great Exterior styling- great Interior (especially the Laramies) - Stellar Reliability - great I think they are easily the best value and best looking trucks on the market.

If you get this truck , you need sulastic shocks . You’ll thank me later. No more bouncing and hitting your head on the ceiling. That is the single complaint I have. Other than that it’s the best thing ever. Even with the low tech. I have 90k miles on my 2021 duramax and it drives like new.

Second X6. Very comfortable and confident auto. Tried others - Mercedes, Land Rover and came away wanting the X6 again. Nice and tight, full of more functions than truly necessary and safety is evident. I look for every opportunity to drive this vehicle and I have enjoyed every mile. No surprises. It just does what it is supposed to do - very comfortably!

The reason for the four stars is because I hate haggling with finance for all weather floor matts when were buys a 40 K plus car.

After owning a 2017 and 2020 Charger R/T, I do miss the power and sound of that 5.7 hemi, but my 2022 300S w/ the 3.6 V6 (300 ponies) aint no slouch but the gas mileage is phenomenal. I prefer the sportier look of the Dodge over Chrysler but this car is much quieter inside and handles as well as my 2020 Charger R/T Daytona did. Seats are supportive, sound system is amazing and always I'm always getting compliments on what a beautiful car it is. ❤️

Family. That's the feeling you get at every step of the purchase process. The only problem with any of the kicks is they are very small inside Great if you are a small short person, 40 mpg will make you OVERLOOK THAT😂

This is my 2nd VW. My 1st was a 02 passat I bought in 2013. It was the most reliable car I ever owned. It has 230000 miles and still runs great! This Atlas takes things to a whole different level. The look, performance and features are world-class! The only knock I would have is the mpg is average at best. Only 20mpg on average. But overall it is a great vehicle for the price. The SEL trim is fully loaded. Whatever feature you could imagine, it has it. I hope to enjoy this vehicle for years to come.

I traded mine in after 19000 miles for one reason, the run flat tires. they are $300 a piece and last 15000 miles. They might be an option, if you don’t mind putting new and expensive tires on every year but they don’t perform in snow after 5000. They don’t perform great when new to be honest, just better in snow with more tread. I loved the car, but living in hilly, snowy Pennsylvania, it just wasn’t practical. Think twice if you drive in snow or rough roads or just don’t feel like getting new expensive tires every year

This is my first brand NEW car, and I absolutely love it. I does great on gas and it's very comfortable to drive. If you have long legs or larger in size the back seat would not be good for you. We have only had one problem with the usb port for the CarPlay keeps cutting out but the dealership is working on fixing the issue, not sure if it's the fuse or the box yet. But I would buy this car again
