This is a great car. Rides good and has all the bells and whistles. Clean interior. I especially love the heated seats and outside temperature along with gas mileage shown. Love this car.

Loved my Outback from the beginning. However I was sure the salesman that sold me the Outback said I had a lifetime of oil changes etc. So when I brought it in the first time for a change, I was surprised to be charged and I did question that salesman. I am still sure that was part of the deal. Next thing was my transmission was leaking and I talked to an excellent CS lady last year. I got a rental and my SUV was fixed and I continue to love the Outback. Last Sunday, I noticed a leak on my garage floor same as before, so I immediately called on Monday to get my SUV back in to you. The last repair was done 3/2/22 so I assumed it would be covered under your warranty. I asked your CS rep, Dia to make sure it was before I drove all the way into Salt Lake. When she acted a little hesitant about the dates, I assumed. I asked her to verify her info with her supervisor, which she put me on hold and did. When I arrived at your dealership for the work, I was informed that it also had a 12,000 mile or 1 year. I was not told that. Your customer service was excellent. It appears it was not my transmission, but an O ring covered by warranty. They checked out my transmission, fixed the O ring, aligned and washed my Out back. I was very pleased and would now recommend you to anyone and would buy another SUV from you It does appear, that you listen to your customers. And I have learned to double check when someone tells me something is covered. I am impressed that your staff believed me. You have turned a not so satisfied customer into a valued one. Thank you. I purchased my 2016 Camry SE used in 2018 @ 39K miles as a certified pre owned. Pros: - Regular oil changes and recommended maintenance is all that i did. - Quiet engine - Smooth ride and no body roll while cornering - Quick acceleration for a daily driving and highway passing - Comfortable driver seats with lumbar support. - Huge leg room for rear passengers. - Stable in snow. This FWD with good all season tire is all you need to survive winter. Cons: - Stock headlight is not bright . Got oxidised and foggy within 60K miles - road noise and rarely wind noise when on the highway(no sunroof) -Suspension is stiff for the SE trim but got used to it. - Infotainment screen is super outdated. No apple carplay -Factory Blue tooth sync for videos were bad. -Stock speakers are better than Corolla. Problems: At 120K the touchscreen on the infotainment started glitching and stopped responding. Replaced the whole unit with a Sony Car stereo. If buying this car in 2025, get an aftermarket Apple car play/android auto. I will be running it to at least 250K miles. Wish me luck!!

This was a replacement vehicle for a Toyota Camry that was totaled. Bought it, it was 3 years old with 36,032 miles on it. Been rear ended $14,000 in Damages to the rear, there’s only 2 things I would complain about. One getting a replacement Drivers seat has been a problem, I’ve even looked in Auto salvage yards to get a replacement seat, it’s been a headache, and if you do find one you got to give the first 2 numbers of the VIN # so the wiring Harness will work.. if you have the American built version , the Japanese or Korean Version Wiring Harnesses will not work, they will bolt in, but the Harnesses won’t work. Been looking for 3 years for a seat , still can’t find one. I’ve looked in both North & South Carolina for a replacement seat.

Just picked up my new GLS 580 (literally, like 4 hours ago) and I couldn't be more pleased. I expected good things (bought a GT 63 last year) and the team didn't disappoint. Even when there were some hiccups, all concerns were quickly resolved and I remain a happy and loyal customer. Fiat didn't market the 500 correctly. I had a 500 Sport manual that I bought new. It is amazingly fun to drive, incredibly fuel efficient (37+ mpg at a minimum) and a ton of room when you fold the seats down. I went from a Porsche 911 turbo as my daily driver to the cinquecento (500 in Italian). The Fiat was more fun to drive basically because you could floor it everywhere and when I'd look at the speedometer I'd be going 52 mph! In the Porsche I'd be going 130. I drove it multiple times over a thousand miles in a day. Seats were comfortable, sat radio, and Beats sound system rocked. I sold it and bought an i3. Never had a problem with the Fiat. Inexpensive to maintain and the Fiat dealer was great for service. Fun to drive, utilitarian, and great gas mileage. I wish I still had it. If I had a giant garage, I would have kept it.

I have a premium Yellow 2015 GT convertible. Black interior (not charcoal gray) with a Black top. This car has the 6-speed automatic and therefore, it does not constantly shift up/down like the newer (lousy) 9-10 speeds. Mine includes the Ford Performance PowerPac 2 with RTR axle backs. With only 19,000 actual miles, this car looks, sounds and performs excellent. Would not sell it for any Corvette (have had 3 of them) nor any other Convertible with a 9-10 speed auto. Nope - This car is too nice to part with…

We have a 2013 and it has 230k on it and runs like new, body is in excellent condition, been normal wear and tear things but we have gotten our money’s worth out of it and would buy another, we have the turbo model so it’s fun to drive and has the power on the high way.

I have been looking for a Subaru Baja fora while now and I finally did at carmax in salt lake. I was three hours away and couldn't get out there quickly so they held the car for me. FOR A WEEK. They had people come in and was wanting it.But they still held it. I wish they would negotiate on the price. But I got it at a good price. The car was in top shape and the interior is awesome. Bought it new. Hard to tell that it's almost 8yrs old. Third Mini, first automatic. Very nimble and good acceleration. Love the heads up display and love love the power folding mirrors and side driver visor. Seats are very comfortable and have an extension for longer legs available. Haven't been able to figure out how to delete older phones from the bluetooth or unwanted addresses from the nav system tho. Biggest drawback for me is that the nearest dealer is 1.5 hrs away. But they do offer a valet service to pick up the car if scheduled in advance. It's not the most inexpensive to repair but what vehicle is nowadays.

I've owned my '15 Dodge Charger SXT Plus Rallye for over 2 years. Have not EVER had a problem with it and still enjoy getting in it and driving. Great response time and acceleration. Sexy body style. Rides great for road trips, lots of room. Will own this car til wheels fall off. Then...I'll buy another one.

We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

Very attentive to my request. They are not pushy. I really felt like they listened to me. They have options for financing and if they do not have what you need, they can get it. We know repairs can be more expensive but we really like our Audi. I think that’s the key. We don’t leave the house worrying about a failure. A new set of tires was $900🙂. The big shock was a battery replacement, my goodness $750.🙄. It’s solid, pretty and enjoyable ride. The entertainment group is a bit silly but once you get used to it it’s still a pain😊. We enjoy our Audi but costs are higher.

I bought the car with 90,000 on the odometer. The car, when got on it hard, would start hesitating, and struggle to accelerate. The CVT transmission is defiantly a critter to get used to. The biggest negative thing I found about the car is that it noisy on the interstate. A lot of road noise in the cab to the point I have to turn the radio way up! After repairing the hesitation issue, and ignoring the CVT quirks, the car is very reliable.

As a proud owner of a 2014 Acura RDX, I can confidently say that I have not experienced any malfunctions with my SUV. It has been a reliable and dependable vehicle that has served me well over the years. The comfort level of the interior is something that I particularly enjoy. The seats are comfortable, and the ride is smooth. Even on long drives, I never feel fatigued or uncomfortable. Despite its age, the 2014 Acura RDX is still a competent performer on the highway. I have driven it over 100,000 miles, and it still performs admirably, achieving 30-31 mpg on the highway. The fact that I haven't experienced any malfunctions only adds to my confidence in its reliability. In terms of aesthetics, the exterior and interior of the RDX are okay compared to other SUVs in its class. But, it's not the primary reason I bought this vehicle. My focus was on a reliable and comfortable vehicle, and the RDX has certainly delivered in those areas. Overall, if you're looking for a dependable, comfortable, and practical SUV, I can wholeheartedly recommend the 2014 Acura RDX.

I was between a rock and a hard place after my Honda passed away-it drove itself to its demise due to the handbrake not on tight enough. So I had nothing to trade, no leverage. I know Subarus owned many Outbacks and they go forever. The problem is I'm 5' tall and this car is too big for me after the Honda and a Miata I have. I had 2 big dogs and felt the car would be great for a dog owner. Which it is. One dog rode on the back seat (covered) the other had the back to herself. Great for a dog owner. If you need a crate there's plenty of room. This would be a great vehicle for a children or pet family. I only have one 10 yr old dog left and this uses too much gas for me to consider a practical vehicle.

Darrick in service went beyond doing his job. He offered water, coffee and drinks while we waited. He kept on contact with me by texts and phone calls. He updated me every hour to let me know the situation. He offered to help us load our car onto the two wheel dolly for car and helped do it. We have never had more thoughtful person work with us. We were from Georgia on vacation trip to the national parks we had appointments with camp grounds for the next two weeks scheduled to arrive on certain days, if we had lost time we would have had to reschedule all our plans. Your mechanics worked us into your schedule so we could get back on road. They did a complete repairs job and found another issue to fix before giving our RV back to us.

despite numerous quality & reliability issues ( 2016 thru 2021 ) > many will never be resolved by Honda as Honda accepts no responsibility nor concern about problems > including mechanical & in-vehicle entertainment systems, Honda still retains value.

This was by far the easiest car-buying experience I've ever had. The car was in immaculate condition, and they had the Carfax report ready, so there were no surprises. We took the car for a test drive, and everything was exactly as expected. The entire process was seamless, and everyone I spoke to were all very professional.
