I purchased it used in 2022, it had 76k and now has 96 in 2025. It's 4wd with the 5.7 Hemi in the Overland trim. It hasn't given me any trouble.

First I like to say my name is Mr Van, and I like to.tell you about my wonderful experience buying my car from Global motors. I found a car I really like and it had a very fare price. I called Global motors to let them know I had interest in this car and wanted to know if the car was mechanically sound. I asked can I have a purchase order because I have a bank check for my desired cost. . They assured me the car was clean and well kept and no major issues where present. I informed them I'm from Maryland and I like to set up the entire transaction before flying to Binghamton NY to take possession. They reassured me that they would be able to accommodate my request and began the process of preparing the paperwork. They FedEx overnight a purchase agreement with no hidden fees or anything. Only the agreed price. So I mailed the the order back next day with my check in tow. A day later they informed me they got the check and paperwork, just give them a few days to prep the car with temp tags. I agreed that's fine I will not be able to fly there till the weekend. So on Friday evening right after work I took a flight to NY and stayed in a hotel room that night 🌙 In the morning I took a uber to the Global motors dealership, it was 10 minutes away. Soon as I got out my uber one of the brothers greeted me Mr Vann? I said yes hello . He said your car is ready for you freshly washed come inside and just sign a few papers. So about 10 minutes later we talked smiled, joked a bit and I thanked them for making this such a fantastic experience buying a car, zero stress. These guys are honest, professional business owners and you can tell they really care about you as there customer, I love how they run it. With all that said I encourage anyone looking to purchase a car to strongly consider shopping with Global motors. I've had many cars in my time but this time has been Magical. I've never owned a Subaru before but after purchasing the Forester, I may never own anything but a Subaru again! I love the Eyesight Drivers Assistant that it came equipped with. This was a replacement vehicle for a Toyota Camry that was totaled. Bought it, it was 3 years old with 36,032 miles on it. Been rear ended $14,000 in Damages to the rear, there’s only 2 things I would complain about. One getting a replacement Drivers seat has been a problem, I’ve even looked in Auto salvage yards to get a replacement seat, it’s been a headache, and if you do find one you got to give the first 2 numbers of the VIN # so the wiring Harness will work.. if you have the American built version , the Japanese or Korean Version Wiring Harnesses will not work, they will bolt in, but the Harnesses won’t work. Been looking for 3 years for a seat , still can’t find one. I’ve looked in both North & South Carolina for a replacement seat.

Very dependable, Very useful, and Very Fun to own. This truck is at 206,000 miles and everything still works as the day I bought it. I could not express how much I love it. It has the 3.5 ecoboost twin turbo engine and the fx4 luxury package it eats dodges and craps on chevy. Please note that if you currently have the 3.5 Eco boost or 2.7 Eco boost to change oil every 3 to 4k due to the high temp your oil gets because you have turbos the 5.0 v8 doesn't have turbos btw

I went from owning a 2003 Monte Carlo SS to a 2017 Subaru Outback. It was worth every penny. My Subaru is not only reliable, functional, and cute; it also saved me from being injured in a bad crash. This past fall a six point buck hit my car head on and I never saw it coming. It was a fatal crash for the deer, but not for me. As heartbroken as I was to see my car crumpled on the front, I was so glad it wasn't me. It was a repairable fix and made me really appreciate my car.

Don’t know why people hate Nissans with CVT. Now that I’ve lived with the CVT with 140,000 miles I know I wouldn’t buy another one, but it’s been just fine, no issues. This isn’t a sporty vehicle but for 8 years and 140k miles it gets the job done every time. I just don’t get the hatred towards these cars. I do have AWD but if I were to do it over I’d drop that option. It’s expensive to maintain and truthfully I don’t go outside when the weather is bad anyway so I doubt the AWD feature has ever engaged, not even once. I plan to keep my vehicle for 10 years then get a minivan.

Bought a 2014 f150 from them, test drove it. a couple of issues popped up they took care of them asap. The buying process was simple and easy.

I think for the most part, I like my car. I have had a couple issues, one of them is probably not the cars fault, (but seeing other people have the same issue, it makes me wonder) I now have 50k miles on it and in that time I have only had to replace the battery and tires, to be expected on a 6 year old car. (and windshield) The windshield is the questionable item. It seemed to crack out of nowhere and I thought I must have gotten a small rock chip while driving down the highway and just didn't see it until it started to crack. So I replaced it at a cost of almost $1000. However, I am on an Outback form and it seems to be a common complaint with outback owners of this year, having the windshield crack out of nowhere. Could it be the frame design? Maybe, but it does seem suspicious that others have had the same issue. One other problem I have had is if I let my car sit unused for like 5 days, the battery goes completely dead. There seems to be a parasitic drain somewhere on the car. It doesn't happen if I drive it every day, but if it sits for about 5 days unused, the battery goes completely dead. I have read it has something to do with the DCS system in the car, but you have to pay the dealer a diagnostic fee to verify. I drive it enough I have not gotten it checked, but next time I am at the dealer I am going to ask them about it.

I’ve been buying cars for more than 40 years and this was the best experience I have ever had. Honest, no pressure and very pleasant. I was between a rock and a hard place after my Honda passed away-it drove itself to its demise due to the handbrake not on tight enough. So I had nothing to trade, no leverage. I know Subarus owned many Outbacks and they go forever. The problem is I'm 5' tall and this car is too big for me after the Honda and a Miata I have. I had 2 big dogs and felt the car would be great for a dog owner. Which it is. One dog rode on the back seat (covered) the other had the back to herself. Great for a dog owner. If you need a crate there's plenty of room. This would be a great vehicle for a children or pet family. I only have one 10 yr old dog left and this uses too much gas for me to consider a practical vehicle.

Bought our 2017 on New Year’s Eve 2016. Choose an SV model with optional premium package. Heated seats,heated steering wheel,remote start, pwr tailgate and upgraded info screen with many cameras and nav. As of November 2024, it has been absolutely bulletproof. We bought the car for our 16-year-old daughter and it has carried her through high school and now college with only one issue. I have had to replace the battery three times only oil changes. A set of brakes and a set of tires and service the CVT transmission. I learned this is highly important for the CVT to get the maximum life out of it, since it is a weak spot. Dealer charges about $200 to do it. Do it every 30k. Ours has performed flawlessly! Negatives- At 6 foot two I find a hard driving position. The power seat does not go back far enough but if I lower the seat all the way to the floor it gives me the room I need but then I feel like I’m sitting in a bathtub, but hey, it’s not my car so I rarely drive it Performance around town is very good! You can find yourself getting a speeding ticket on city Street if you’re not careful. Highway power is just OK I find it if you’re trying to cruise 80 miles an hour with other people in the car the CVT is constantly revving the engine out to get maximum performance and hold the Cruise control. I also find there’s quite a bit of road noise at freeway speeds especially if you’re sitting in the backseat. The cloth upholstery on the zero gravity seats stains way too easily especially if you have a tan colored interior I have to steam clean them at least every six months, my daughter is an athlete and she sometimes gets in the car sweaty with a water bottle between her legs and just the moisture stains the heck out of the seat. Overall, though for about $26,000 it’s hard to beat. It’s been reliable it’s safe and I have felt extremely comfortable putting my child in it and sending her off to college. I imagine she will keep it for many more years after graduation.

I recently bought a 2020 AWD SL Murano and am very impressed with the interior space, seat comfort and list of standard features of this car. I was considering MB GLE and Lexus GX350 as well and think I clearly got a great value with the Murano. I also think the maintenance and repair costs will be less than a German alternative.

The only sad moment on my AL travels was that the Battery Died! = three-year warranty one replaced with Auto Center Assistant that KNEW his stuff - all is well - aging vehicle - onto the new one in the future.

I like some of the things they put on the car . But it just a little to small for me and my family. We have five people in the house one with a car seat and I know it's not comfortable the other two because the car seat take up some of the room

The 2012 used ml350 Bluetec that I purchased is a dream to drive. The small turning radius makes u-turns carefree. The Diesel engine purrs as quietly as a gas engine. It’s the 10th Mercedes that I’ve had, and the 2nd diesel. I plan on driving this car for many more years. It’s an Arizona car, 8 years old,and still like new. 61,000 miles and lots of life left.

The Ford Fusion SE FWD has proved itself to be a solid choice. It is reliable in stop-and-go traffic and is nimble enough to overtake other cars on highways. It is also quite comfortable, although the headrest is quite uncomfortably placed. The suspension absorbs most of the road's vibrations. When turned on at lower speeds, the motor can be louder than expected, but the transition between electric and ICE power is quite smooth. The design is aggressive, and it looks quite good. The car is also reliable, and parts aren't hard to find. The infotainment system, however, is not as sophisticated as expected, but not in a pleasant way. Overall, I would still recommend the car; it's practical, reliable, and nimble.

Neil and Jake are great - nice, direct, knowledgeable and honest. Bought a 2017 e400 with 38k miles for a really good price and it is aces!! They are upfront about everything, and as far as service, I called today because my front tire is leaking air, and I’ll go in tomorrow morning at 8 AM and have them either plug it or put a new tire on. How often can you do that with a dealer? I’m considering buying another used Merc from them. One of my best friends talked to me into buying a used Mercedes, as he has bought from them over the last few decades, and he just had glowing things to say about them, and my experience is consistent with that. 2013 C350 RWD, AMG Performance and Handling package. 108,000 miles. Bought this car in '16 with 40,000 Miles. It continues to serve me well. The one major problem has been an anti-theft ignition switch that only the dealer can fix. Cost 2k to fix. This is the only repaired I've needed. I have had all scheduled maintenance done, Runs quite well, and still has great performance. Handling is the best.

Keep in mind this rating is for a small gas fuel efficient economy car, it's way more than expected and for 2 years has not diminished my opinion at all. Good reliable car. Here in New England I have seen models from 2013 and newer still driven all over and even the prior avio models on the road too. BSic maintenance keeps them together. It is a good car!

While I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle due to a last minute deal, the operations manager Brandan Collins who was assisting me was informative, easy to work with, and super friendly. Overall Butler Auto was a great, even if brief, experience.

Purchased a used 2018 with 35K miles in 2023. I now have 75K miles as it's a commuter car, about 90 miles a day. I average almost 41 mpg going from Pueblo to Colorado Springs and back. The CVT was a bit suspect when I first got it, but I think the driving has corrected the 3rd gear delay. The CVT is hands down better than my Altima. One year that car was gone, total junk.
