It is very hard to put your trust in someone to be your eyes and ears for you when you are thousands of miles away, and you can't even take a 3 day trip to fly in and check things out for yourself. Michael made me feel very comfortable with this situation. He answered all of my questions via phone, text, and emails. He even sent me some detailed pictures and videos that pertained to my questions and concerns. They all went the extra mile even with setting up and scheduling the pickup and delivery of the vehicle via a car transport company with a covered trailer. Michael sent me updated info with pictures of the pickup and loading of the vehicle when it was on it's way to me. My local servicer, who received the car in for me to do the local state inspection etc., was amazed by the quality of service and the product itself. Although, he was not surprised. He knows all of the large and small dealerships that sell new and used Ferraris in the country. When I told him that I was looking at a vehicle at Ferrari of Atlanta, he told me that I should feel at ease. He assured me that I would be receiving the best service possible from them. After going to a few main stream dealers, Ferrari of Long Island, was a surprisingly great experience. Fred showed me the cars that I was interested in and made me feel like a regular customer. After the sale was made they went above and beyond anything that would be expected. I don't think I could ever go to another car dealership in the future.

I brought my 458 Italia into the showroom to be serviced last month. Bill provided me excellent service and my car was returned to be in beautiful condition. I have bought many cars in my lifetime (more than 50+ cars). I am usually that friend or family member that people call to help them buy cars. Sure you all have someone like that. This was my best experience that I have had. They were easy to work with, respectful, honest, no games, professional, and HONESTLY THE MOST PAINLESS EXPERIENCE EVER. Also, if you are from NY, NJ, or CT, you need to shop here. They only have a $75 doc fee where they usually charge around $500 in other states. I'm from MA and it is common practice of $450-500 for the doc fee. No other junk or silly hidden charges. The car I bought came with all the paperwork and things I expected. Seriously, I would drive 4 hours again to buy another car from them again. It was that good of an experience and my travel time is nothing for excellent service.
