Brought my Maserati in to get looked at for some leaking from the engine. Randy was very upfront and even warned me about the extended warranty package I purchased from another dealer. Excellent service from their team. While I didn’t get the work done there, they have my upmost respect for keeping customers informed and no xx.

Randy is the best service person I had ever had to work with he is very professional and understanding of all that I needed to be done to my car . I had never met him in person but I can tell you every time my car goes to him for service I get videos and phone calls and follow up so I am always in the loop with all that’s going on with my vehicle . Certified Benz and Beemer is a top-notch dealership. I’ve always heard great things about the place, but just got firsthand experience. On a Sunday I pulled in late afternoon and took a brief walk around the cars out front. Walked into the lobby after about 10 minutes and was greeted almost immediately by Product Specialist Michel James. Told him what I was looking for (I4) and he walked me upstairs to the inventory. Took a test drive around Papago Park (gotta love those curves). Michel was able to either immediately answer any question I had or had the info at his fingertips. He kept in touch with me in a way unlike a typical dealership. When I had my decision 2 days later, he arranged for a pretty seamless, low-stress acquisition of my new (to me) car. Sales Manager Kevin and Finance Manager Brock were great too! Hoping this ride will last me a long time, but will definitely be returning to CBB for the next one and letting friends in the market know where to go.

I traded in my 2007 F430 for a 2014 FF and could not have been happier. Must drive to believe how great this car is from top to bottom. I loved my F430 but the balance between full out V12 at 8000 rpm's and cruising in 7th gear at 1500 rpms is the best of both worlds. I always felt like I was on the edge of my seat with the 430 due to stiffness and power, but truly could relax and enjoy the drive so much more in the FF. I find myself driving it so much more and just enjoying it rather than feeling like I'm racing every time I drove the 430. Again, depends on what you are looking for but in my opinion, truly cannot beat the FF!
