I had heard that buying a Ferrari was a painful process. It wasn't that there would be a wait (that is a given and for good reason) but the interaction with dealers who have too many clients. With the Atlanta team you'd never know that there is a line of customers out the door. From beginning to end, the folks at Ferrari of Atlanta were great. From the first phone call with Steven Eckhoff to discussions after delivery, it was a really great experience. Attentive and friendly throughout. Prompt responses to all questions. And some great advice along the way. Steven and the others on the team in Atlanta - I met a few including the service staff who gave me good peace of mind that the attention would not wane - were great to deal with. If you are fortunate enough to be able to consider a Ferrari or Maserati, I would recommend that you give them a call.

It has been an awesome experience. Michael Mills was a pleasure to deal with and so was the rest of the dealership. Everyone at the dealership was very courteous in answering my calls and questions even when Michael Mills was not available to do so. Ferrari of Atlanta is a very reputable dealership. The whole experience was amazing including follow up and additional questions and transactions months after the original purchase. Michael Mills made me feel very comfortable with making my first 'sight unseen' very large purchase. It is very hard to put your trust in someone to be your eyes and ears for you when you are thousands of miles away, and you can't even take a 3 day trip to fly in and check things out for yourself. Michael made me feel very comfortable with this situation. He answered all of my questions via phone, text, and emails. He even sent me some detailed pictures and videos that pertained to my questions and concerns. They all went the extra mile even with setting up and scheduling the pickup and delivery of the vehicle via a car transport company with a covered trailer. Michael sent me updated info with pictures of the pickup and loading of the vehicle when it was on it's way to me. My local servicer, who received the car in for me to do the local state inspection etc., was amazed by the quality of service and the product itself. Although, he was not surprised. He knows all of the large and small dealerships that sell new and used Ferraris in the country. When I told him that I was looking at a vehicle at Ferrari of Atlanta, he told me that I should feel at ease. He assured me that I would be receiving the best service possible from them. My servicer has been in the business for many years. He assured me that I would be very satisfied with a car from Ferrari of Atlanta, because he and his clients have had good experiences with them. It may not be the most comfortable or "Cool" in the summer but you will absolutely not find a more fun car with a Ferrari badge for the money. Not a typical DD unless you are that hardcore and if that's you then you found a new pony for the stable.

One of the best and easiest car buying experiences I've ever had! I worked with Chris and Jonathan to buy a car sight unseen, 500 miles away. Jonathan owns one of these cars himself, and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the model. We worked off of many photos and videos of both their car, and the car I was trading, and they were very helpful in facilitating having Jimmy Rapasi ( who was amazing as well) in coming down to do the ppi. We developed a mutual trust in representing both cars, and they shipped my car up, and theirs down, to me. It was a very smooth and easy transaction, and the car turned out to be even better than I expected. They came recommended from a few friends of mine, so I walked into the deal with high expectations of integrity and honesty, and I'm happy to say those high expectations were met. I still converse back and forth with them about cars, and look forward to making it up there sometime to hang out in person. I recommend them highly!

I just bought an F430 from Merit and wow, such a great experience - from initial contact through to delivery. Jonathan was outstanding, a trusted wing-man in this journey. I told him I wanted either a 550 / 575 or F430, gated. Jonathan coached me up on specs that count on this model and we aligned on what to pursue. In short order, he found the perfect car - all the right specs, low mileage, great price, and fully inspected & sorted out my Merit. I didn't want to try and find and buy something on my own and risk getting screwed (nor did i really understand the specs that matter) - so happy I went with Merit, this is the place to partner with on your pursuit. A great driving car with lots of power, comfort and handling. I have not had it long enough to review the reliability but thus far it has been fine. This is the Turbocharged 552 Hp version of the California so 0 to 60 is about 3.5 seconds....plenty of power for me. My car is the Handling Speciale which gives the car a tighter suspension for better handling and a better sounding exhaust system. I am replacing a Porsche 911 4S that I have had for 15 years and this car beats it in every category and that is saying a lot. For the price you can buy these cars for used, it is a bargain for what you get.

I bought a truly beautiful 2013 Mustang from Kamal and Atrin! They shipped it to my house in Nebraska in December!!! Its grabber blue and makes the neighborhood look more colorful and lively!!!!

I spoke with Syed on the phone about a car he had in his inventory, Syed was very professional and helpful in answering my questions before I drove 3 hours to look at a car on his lot. I missed a turn and Atlanta traffic is a nightmare so I was late getting there, Syed had even called to check on me to make sure I was still coming. That's above and beyond. When I arrived I have to say they were very busy and they have a lot of very nice cars on their lot. There were customers everywhere so this is a high volume dealership. Syed was up front and greeted me with out having to wait. Again above and beyond. Although the car I came to see was not the one for me, I didn't care for the interior color, it was a very nice car. I had read a lot of bad reviews from other customers and I felt the need to share my experience. Again this is a high volume/very busy dealership, there will be some unhappy customers. Don't let that deter you from visiting this lot. There are a lot of nice vehicles there.

This is such a beautiful car and handles so well. I love the design, sound and look. It’s a special car for special occasions and we love cruising with the top down.

I recently bought a BMW X5 from this dealership. Greg is a nice and personable salesman. After test driving the vehicle I noticed an oil leak underneath, I pointed it out to Greg, he asked me to bring it back when the service mngr would be there and they’d fix it. Turned out to be a leaking seal per the service mngr he explained to me his finding and after 18 hours of work my leak is bone dry. The vehicle has high mileage so some things are to be expected. I’ve seen several bad reviews but my experience has been good so far.

After having a 2012 California in a place that the car could be driven I decided to upgrade to a California T. These two cars are completely different The T is so much more powerful and dun to drive, unfortunately in Hilton Head you van drive over 45mph 90% of the time. This car is to much for here. Gets a ton of attention and very comfortable to drive. Quiet and smooth when you want it to and an incredible GT with 553 hp when needed. This is a driver car for someone that can drive it over 45..
