I had heard that buying a Ferrari was a painful process. It wasn't that there would be a wait (that is a given and for good reason) but the interaction with dealers who have too many clients. With the Atlanta team you'd never know that there is a line of customers out the door. From beginning to end, the folks at Ferrari of Atlanta were great. From the first phone call with Steven Eckhoff to discussions after delivery, it was a really great experience. Attentive and friendly throughout. Prompt responses to all questions. And some great advice along the way. Steven and the others on the team in Atlanta - I met a few including the service staff who gave me good peace of mind that the attention would not wane - were great to deal with. If you are fortunate enough to be able to consider a Ferrari or Maserati, I would recommend that you give them a call.

A great driving car with lots of power, comfort and handling. I have not had it long enough to review the reliability but thus far it has been fine. This is the Turbocharged 552 Hp version of the California so 0 to 60 is about 3.5 seconds....plenty of power for me. My car is the Handling Speciale which gives the car a tighter suspension for better handling and a better sounding exhaust system. I am replacing a Porsche 911 4S that I have had for 15 years and this car beats it in every category and that is saying a lot. For the price you can buy these cars for used, it is a bargain for what you get.

It is very hard to put your trust in someone to be your eyes and ears for you when you are thousands of miles away, and you can't even take a 3 day trip to fly in and check things out for yourself. He even sent me some detailed pictures and videos that pertained to my questions and concerns. They all went the extra mile even with setting up and scheduling the pickup and delivery of the vehicle via a car transport company with a covered trailer. Michael sent me updated info with pictures of the pickup and loading of the vehicle when it was on it's way to me. My local servicer, who received the car in for me to do the local state inspection etc., was amazed by the quality of service and the product itself. Although, he was not surprised. He knows all of the large and small dealerships that sell new and used Ferraris in the country. When I told him that I was looking at a vehicle at Ferrari of Atlanta, he told me that I should feel at ease. He assured me that I would be receiving the best service possible from them. My servicer has been in the business for many years. He assured me that I would be very satisfied with a car from Ferrari of Atlanta, because he and his clients have had good experiences with them. After considering a change from the Cali T to the 488, I did it. Got a ‘17 488 Spider w 5k miles. Best move I’ve ever done. The 488 is a drivable super car that’s art work in motion. It has a great ride and unbelievable performance. It’s what Enzo would want for a drivable super car. Lastly, it is a stunner and people I never thought have asked for pictures with it. I give it a 10+

Took in to fix light coming on re: Anti-lock brakes and Traction control. Didn't realize it was still under warranty, but was informed it was. They also identified a problem with the battery and replaced it under warranty as well. Parts were not in stock, so I was given a loaner at no charge. Also had some 30,000 mile maintenance done on the car. Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable.

I had to bring my car back too many times for the same tire balancing issue. It was finally fixed. I don?t believe they were doing any quality inspections like test driving the vehicle to see if the issue was corrected.

After having a 2012 California in a place that the car could be driven I decided to upgrade to a California T. These two cars are completely different The T is so much more powerful and dun to drive, unfortunately in Hilton Head you van drive over 45mph 90% of the time. This car is to much for here. Gets a ton of attention and very comfortable to drive. Quiet and smooth when you want it to and an incredible GT with 553 hp when needed. This is a driver car for someone that can drive it over 45..
