April is absolutley awesome to work with, from the first time we spoke and through the whole buying process from flying down there, having our jeep shipped to us and still after the delivery. She was either a phone call, a text or email away with any questions or concerns that I had even after hours. Had a very small problem with an insert on the wheels and how it was strapped down by the driver of the shipping company ( nothing April or Bayshore had done) she jumped right in not having to and had a replacement in the mail to us within a day. I don't usually shop at non-franchise dealers but my wife found an Acura MDX she loved on their website. I was skeptical having bad experiences in the past. But Zed and the entire family are stand up guys. There was a problem with the AC that surfaced the day after we bought the car and they went the extra mile to make it right. I traveled from Houston to purchase a used automobile. The car was exactly as represented (excellent ), dealing with Kerry was a real pleasure as well as Greg Marino. I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of the cars, the classy service and the high level of integrity of both Kerry and Greg. Kerry was my principal contact and demonstrated knowledge, a low key and non pushy approach to sales, excellent knowledge of the car which he represented with great accuracy and a most pleasant personal style. I searched the internet for a used Ram purchase and finally found one at Hoblit Chevy I was interested in. From my first contact with Blaine Aponte, the Internet Sales Manager, all the way through the purchase, which included a trade in, I couldn't have been treated better. All my questions were answered, all pricing was exceptionally fair, everything regarding the value of my trade in to the final purchase price was fully disclosed. The drive was well worth it and gave me an enjoyable trip home driving my new Ram Laramie.
